I've been following animal-based diet for a while now, where it's still consists of some fruit, honey but mainly meats. And the result is amazing! I have better energy, better sleep, better mood and better mental clarity! Honestly, I don't know which diet is the healthiest, but I just want to stick with the things that feel the most right for me. However, one thing everybody would agree upon is that cutting off the processed foods from your diet would definitely be your best move, no matter what diet you follow!

Psychedelics have completely changed how my mind functions, in a good way! I feel like it has awakened the potential of my right brain (I'm a righty). My thought pattern becomes more and more intuitive and nonlinear! And I get tons of insights every single day from my consciousness now, which is amazing and has become my deepest joy in everyday life. Lastly it's made me more in touch with my feminine side. Well, if you want to be a real man, you need to embrace your feminine side and girls actually love that! In short, I become more wise, intuitive, compassionate, loving and holistic.

All the insights here are coming from my direct experiences rather than belief or wishful thinking. Now I get it why Leo has mentioned a lot of times that psychedelic could be one of the most important tools for consciousness work. Well, if you don’t have a reference experience of what’s actually being truly conscious, or being conscious of different aspect of consciousness, it’s brutally hard to grow yourself from the deepest lever. I mean the real growth, so called “breakthrough growth”. How can I be sure about it? It’s because I become conscious of my growth and a lot of fundamental deep changes that it’s too much to share them here. Direct experience is all we get, and psychedelic is one strong tool to give you the reference experience that would seriously transform your life afterwards if you also contemplate in your so called “sober state” while you awake. ( make contemplation your passion my friend !) well, at least that’s what I do . I contemplate as long as I’m by myself or stay awake. I would say responsible use of psychedelic with serious contemplation and the building of the foundation (ground work) can seriously grow you from a deepest lever. At least from my own direct experience. anyway, thank you Leo for showing me the way.

For Leo, he said that it’s for the sake of understanding itself. And for me, it’s the feeling of love. It’s not the realization of reality being love itself. It’s just the feeling that I got from the mdma and especially one of the lsd trips that I did two months ago. Every time I recall the feeling it just triggers my heart. I know it’s not awakening or any high-level god consciousness realization. It’s just a temporary feeling, but I knew it’s all that matter when this love hit me. The feeling of love tells me to go deeper, to consistently doing meditation, to explore more psychedelics, to be more open minded, and to be more loving. And now I’m typing the words with the feeling right now. I’m listening to my favorite songs now while being completely sober. And I haven’t done any psychedelic for a month. The feeling rises whenever I listen to my favorite songs ( melodic love song + some psytrance/ edm music), do meditation or shamntic breathing, or just simply take armodafinil. Feeling the love after I take some armodafinil? I know it sounds weird but I feel it every time. Perhaps the feeling of love is just the byproduct of raising up higher consciousness? Well, I don’t know. I’m still a newbie in this work. But the desire to go deeper in this work is becoming stronger and stronger everyday! It’s undeniable! So, what is your motives for doing this work? And I have one question for Leo @Leo Gura You said that Reality is Love. Would you describe the feeling or that ? I assume that this God’s Love would be 1000000 times more profound and divine beyond my wildest love dream. And this assumption is my desire for doin this work. Even though most likely I’ll first face my deepest fear or suffering in order to find it, but I’ll still do it.

I think now I’ve officially transcended from stage orange to green I used to be very materialistic and manipulative. And now I’m more and more aligning with my heart and feeling. I genuinely care about others and the world. Well, thx to Leo and psychedelic
