  1. Okey you stopped meditation. What are you going to do now? Are you completly satisfied with life now?
  2. You seem quiet an honest person. I think you'll find a solution that's best for you if you remain like that
  3. @Sukhpaal watch the video. You will like it.
  4. Ego backlash can't come if you're working with energy. It comes when you push your mind too far. That happens mostly for gnana yogis only. Those who practice some form of self-enquiry for example. If you feel something going wrong it will most likely be because improper kriya practices that cause disturbence in your system unknowingly. That's the thing about kriya yoga. It's something that you have no clue about what you're doing. You just have to trust that the person you're learning kriya yoga from is relaible and knows human mechanics inside out, that's it. It's basicly putting all your life and spiritual possibilities to another person's hands. It's better to chose wisely
  5. @Yonkon omg :Dddd that's a funny story. But honestly, the most dangeruous thing is that you're not doing this out of absolute love and compassion and desire to help others. There's money involved in this. And this makes it extremley dangeruous. You have to pretend like you know all the answers. You have to maintain a reputation. You can't just say "I don't have a clue how to help you". That's where people come up with a bunch of stupid advises that could be harmful. That's why helping others have to be done for free. There's no other choice. If it becomes because of money. It will become a corrupt, ugly process full of harm. If you want to live a high consciousness life then consider finding a different job better. Or if you want to help people you can find a guru and work under his guidence. A guru will put you in good use. You don't know what is best for people. Not yet at least. That's why an enlightened master could guide you. Other then that, respect for doing such a job at such an age impressive This is smart thinking. Don't ignore this voice. It's your conscience speaking. Don't lose it. The moment you think you have all the answers and you feel confident. That's when you'll become trully dengerous. That's when all the bullshit is born
  6. "Even if the most wonderful thing happens to you, if you're not ready it will be a disaster." You need to work on yourself to prepare your system on all levels before you go experience-hunting.
  7. I think vippassana has a similar effect. Basicly, whichever practice that hastens your dissolusion of karma will put your life a bit on fast forward Lol
  8. I listened to him say that like so many times in so many videos. There are videos where he goes into much more detail about this topic. this is such an advenced level of teaching. He said once we initiate you into samyama, If you get into trouble every 6months now you'll get into trouble every 6h "One of my foot is always in your life, it's on the throttle, and it's heavy (laughs)… Are you okey with it? " ''Life on full throttle." When I got initiated into shambhavi i experienced my life began to change at a tremendous speed. I was facing intense situations everyday. I thought I'm going to lose my mind. However it was the most adventurous part of my life. I lived more in those 6months then I lived in 10years. (Exaggerating here) But it was super intense. Now i stopped doing shambhavi because i had to and my life stopped. For a few months I'm just sitting home. Doing nothing. Sadhguru often talks about how if you activate your muladhara in a certain way your life will become very exuberent and vibrant. These are two dimensions of muladhara. It can be dormant, that means you'll be living a comfortable life without anything major happening to you. Or active and exuberent. That's when adventures start to happen.
  9. We have 1month left to live. Better make use of this time ?
  10. I agree with a title. But your explanation is not a 100% solid
  11. What a funny share I don't know what I'm saying here but if it was me who cried and failed, i would not give too much importence to it Whatever comes up naturally in any life situation is fine according to your present level of awareness and maturity, that's the way you act. The way you reacted in that situation was enough. Allow these emotions to find expression. You can't do anything about it anyways Emotions arise, let them come, and don't make a big deal out of it. Accept that you're not equipt to deal with stressful situations yet As you grow spiritually, your behavior will change naturally, you don't need to think about this. Don't turn this experience into a techneque. Like okey, next time someone screams at me I'll ignore them, or I'll stay positive. No... It's best if you don't know how you will react next time. When situation comes you'll find yourself acting in a certain way by itself, unforced and that way will be most appropriate way for you. What is the best way to act for somebody, maybe is not at all appropriate way to act for you. What is best for you will happen spontaniously if you don't gather any techneques in your pocket.
  12. That's the problem. You're acting out of the intelect, not out of intelligence. Trying to come up with techneques how to be with people will not work. Life is spontanious. If you're spontanious and act according to life situations you'll flow, if you're full of conclusions and techneques you'll crash.
  13. What are you trying to achieve? Nice share btw
  14. Passion for others, disspasion for yourself. That's the key to accepting yourself.
  15. I would avoid psychiatrists. They will only mess him up even more. They don't know anything about such matters. Does he use psychedelics?
  16. Okey I will. Go to a vippassana retreat. There's no other way to learn it. It's a subtle practice with subtle instructions. This practice needs to be delivered and received in a proper way for it to be effective.
  17. By your advise it's obvious you have no idea what vippassana is. And by the questions that @FredFred is asking it's also obvious that he never went to vippassana. Those who went there would never ask such stupid questions. And those who went there would never give such an advise to ignore. Ignore is good. But it's a totally different practice then what vippassana is all about. He's asking how to do vippassana and you give him advise on a totally different techneque. It's like i ask how to do self-enquiry and somebody gives me an advise just focus on your breathing. Watching breath is fine but that's not what I asked for.
  18. I'm guessing you haven't went through vippassana retreat aswell
  19. It's good that you're aware of it. Awareness alone is curative But if you want to solve this faster. Start worshipping her. In your mind or in real life just bow down to her with a certain sweetness of emotion. You can do this everyday.
  20. @LoveandPurpose it's helpful to look at this situation this way. Your buisness is just to spread the message of truth. How people gonna respond is not your buisness. You just shine truth as sun is shining, who benefits from it is up to them It's kind of like doing good things without expectating any results. Simply a series of good actions, without expectations Idk if this is relevent here
  21. Women like that are not going to lack appreciation, that's for sure
  22. @Shir I think the saying "play hard to get" comes from the same psychology as "don't be desperate" For me, a women who is devoted to some form of spirituality, who holds truth as a highest priority in her life is spiritual for me
  23. I like that quote Tho i don't like that statement life is suffering. At least my life is definitely okey. But i understand how one would come to that conclusion.
