  1. The meaning of life is Being. Here, now, always.
  2. Hallelujah! Life is amazing! All the pain is worth this! -Me when in pleasure ...And thank God it is going to end one day... Life is not worth this drag! I will never come here again. What is even the point! -Me when in pain
  3. "Emptiness is form" Emptiness doesn't need to be drawn. Therefore is eternal and ever present
  4. @Thomas Razzeto Once you know it's a painting, now you can fully explore it with authentic awe and excitement. Like an MMOrpg. -Dodoster 2017
  5. We can paint blackness on top of existence simply by closing our eyelids. Everything is art. Because we are also painting what we see with eyes wide open too. - Dodoster 2017 Btw great site!
  6. This man gave his soul in this performance By the end I was more tears than man. Truly inspired
  7. No need to convert anyone, he's a bird singing it's truth. The awkwardness is added by the media who are singing their truth. Jim is just having fun out there and it's not the end of the world that E!'s audience is not converted.
  8. I think he's just playing around. He is running along with the motto: Life has no meaning so the only option left is to play. He is playing around and enjoying being. The rest of the world can only learn. Ofcourse people like him and Russell Brand are too famous and western to be considered really deep, but our opinion doesn't matter here. We're pretty judgemental here for a spiritual community no? Enlightenment is authenticity.
  9. Non attachment, non judgement, non resistance While repeating the words go into the meaning of them experientially. Enjoy and peaaace brothers and sisters.
  10. I do everything consciously and unconsciously to increase the length and quality of my life. Smoking increases the quality somehow of the present moment, but sometimes you pay at later time. If one is aware there what they are doing then that is their choice and it should be respected! If you like smoking smoke, if you don't like stop/don't smoke
  11. Yes, lets go straight towards the fears. Thats the only way to see them as illusion. And then sit on a park bench and listen to http://youtu.be/o1EkWVt2Ww8
  12. After watching Leo's video, I remembered this thread and what I was thinking here, I guess I was on to a true insight.
  13. Yeah, I had this question recently and I really am baffled. I've even seen the belief floating around that life itself is a sin. Meaning that it's something bad and turns out we are the devil itself... I mean could be.. Can anyone with more understanding and experience please shed light on this? Why are most things I like to do considered sins (therefore I tend to beat myself up / feel bad about myself when I do them -as if I am not doing what is spiritually correct) ?
  14. This is the best place to be in. I am there with alcohol - I'm neither afraid of drinking some if offered nor do I feel the need to drink at all, even though I had tangled with it a lot in the past. I have this bottle of alcohol under my bed and it has stayed there for months untouched.
  15. Happened to anyone else on this forum? As I was meditating I saw around 6 rectangles in the distance marking different distance (like when you have a screen recording itself and you see many of them in the distance). As I looked into the darkness of my closed eyes, I was interested in seeing one thing: emptiness. However as I was looking, it was like my own virtual reality started forming and as I was moving my head *still with eyes closed* i was seeing the landscape in my own mind! It was an amazing experience. I even started moving and interacting with that inner environment! As I turn my head 90 degrees, i turn in that place also. I decided to start climbing ladders for some reason. Also, as I was doing things in real life, around me I saw the other*me* possibilities, as if there is an entire army of me's, all of them with slight difference in what they are doing, as if I was seeing drawn models of myself doing the thing I'm doing in different ways, but derivatives of what I was doing. Did I just save some money on a VR machine? It is absolutely amazing, I hope I am able to go there again.
  16. To me the emphasis really isn't on parallel universes. It was perhaps more like a dream forming while I am awake. Once I was in that frequency and lost the experience of that dream world, I would only need to close my eyes and turn my head around a bit, and it created a whole new world, all I needed to do to "generate" it was to look for it! To look in the distance with my inner eye. Perhaps the title is misleading, maybe it wasn't another dimension. Well unless our subconscious is considered another dimension! But I noticed it always begins with seeing those rectangles of different size and depth. And then POW!
  17. Mooji's invitation Wim hof breathing technique Meditation in the park (I don't time myself, I just feel the urge to sit in silence) Meditating with HoloSync/other sounds (I feel sound is underrated)
  18. I have no memory of what I was before I was born. I never liked those pointings. I can only speculate that I was nothingness, since I have no memory, but where's the evidence
  19. @Telepresent I might have the wrong understanding of what spiritual bypassing is (perhaps using the term wrong), but yeah you get what I mean which is all that matters. FYI and FMI : This video seems really worth watching btw!
  20. Yeah, but I've had this realization before only to be stomped by the concept of "spiritual bypassing". So turns out there is a correct and wrong way to do this spirituality thing. Therefore the belief that there is a spiritually correct things and spiritually wrong things to do. Like I have the strong belief that murdering, raping or hurting others in a very painful and unnecessary way is spiritually wrong. I believe that lying is spiritually wrong (I do it sometimes for sure) etc etc (basically anything that I wouldn't want to experience myself I consider as evil/sinful). Of course those are labels, but I feel like those labels are helping us not to inflict more suffering out in the world, which I consider spiritually correct. I don't know, it feels like there are good and evil acts and the good ones are spiritual, while the evil ones are considered spiritual bypassing if someone is doing them in the name of non-duality. Weird huh?
