  1. YOU ARE already enlightened. You need not be enlightened. You have simply forgotten; it is a kind of forgetfulness. Not that you have to become -- you ARE that. Just a recognition, just a turning in, just a deep look inside yourself... and you will start laughing. You have always been there! You had never left i n the first place. Enlightenment is your nature. Enlightenment is a joke because it is not something that you have to achieve, yet you have to make all possible efforts to achieve it. It is already the case: you are born enlightened. The word "enlightenment" is beautiful. We come from the source, the ultimate source of light. We are small rays of that sun, and howsoever far away we may have gone, our nature remains the same. Nobody can go against his real nature: you can forget about it, but you cannot lose it. Hence attaining it is not the right expression; it is not attained, it is only remembered. That's why Buddha called his method SAMMASATI. Sammasati means right remembrance of that which is already there. Nanak, Kabir, Raidas, they have all called it SURATI. Surati means remembering the forgotten, but not the lost. Whether you remember or not, it is there -- it is there exactly the same. You can keep your eyes closed to it -- it is there. You can open your eyes -- it is there. You can keep it behind your back -- it is there. You can take a one-hundred-and-eighty-degree turn and see it -- it is there. It is the same. George Gurdjieff used to call his method self-remembering. Nothing has to be achieved, nothing at all, but only to be discovered. And the discovery is needed because we go on gathering dust on our mirrors. The mirror is there covered by the dust. Remove the dust, and the mirror starts reflecting the stars, the beyond. Krishnamurti calls it awareness, alertness, attentiveness. These are different expressions for the same phenomenon. They are to remind you that you are not to go anywhere, not to be somebody else. You just have to find out who you are, and the finding is not difficult because it is your nature -- just a little reshuffling inside, a little cleaning. 2. Even better question : Does this forum exist If not, I think we're pretty confused over here using something that doesn't exist Typing directly into the Void!
  3. Bet they wished it doesn't exist
  4. Does sound exist? I always struggle answering such questions.
  5. Time doesn't exist in this reality also. There is the illusion of time. Is there time and space in your dreams? They are imagined. Oh yeah, and there is only one reality!
  6. And give yourself reiki now and again.
  7. "Without thought, memory, emotion, association, perception or sensation what does consciousness even mean?" -Stephen Wolinsky No one woke no one to nothing -me!
  8. @Marios Tsagoulis Strong insight, make it bold to stand out. It's exactly what Rupert Spira was talking about in one video about the Collective Unconscious. i.e. when you become aware of the tingling at the soles of your feet, attention lands on that sensation, but it was in consciousness even prior to that, but in the outside layers, because it was not in focus.
  9. I am one of those people who love to use their time on the train for meditation. It's the perfect place, especially if the train is somewhat empty - Because even the mind knows - now we are in the train for so and so minutes - we cannot do anything else - now we can finally be fucking still and surrender to it!! Yesterday, I managed to completely relax by following my breath and something amazing happened - more than once. I was sitting there... hands on my lap, closed eyes... taking a deep breath and holding it once in a while, but then normalizing the breath so that it is not forced, but still through the diaphragm. I was with my back against the very comfortable seat and I was also doing two other types of meditation in between breath awareness - noticing emptiness and noticing the body sensations. At some point I got so still that it was like my body started to vibrate at the stillness frequency, I felt complete peace and BLISS and in the blackness in front of my eyes I could see emerging beautiful vibrating darkness - I can't really explain it, but I know one thing - it was B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L . I could feel my feet - such a grounding sensation, very physical, very blissful. My entire body felt like a rock - I didn't feel the need to do anything - it was perfect as it is. My cup is empty, I have nothing in the material world almost and this type of experience shows me the spiritual teachings are not for nothing. I could reach that level of stillness about 5 times during that journey and also before I got on the train while I was waiting on the very comfortable benches. It seems that this level of stillness requires certain type of comfort and security on the side of the environment, at least for me . It feels like such stillness cannot be had in hell (a place where people/entities would not leave you alone when you close your eyes - yeah that's my definition of hell) , but is very possible in heaven (the place where they do leave you alone when you close your eyes). 10/10 experience, would try again. Now I know some of what Eckhart meant by Stillness Speaks! Peace!
  10. I was a mutant before, now I realised I'm not that! Neti neti hellsyeah
  11. That's only if you buy into the materialistic paradigm and that you are the body that is sleeping. From direct experience, the waking disappears when you are in dream and dreamless sleep.
  12. It's important in spiritual purification that one drops any double life, any hypocrisy and mal intent. I'm pretty sure the top spiritual teachers are beings that are touched by the pure. The mind can weave all webs it wants. I've had thoughts and even dreams about how Mooji becomes a homicidal maniac when the cameras are off. It's all mind folks! But it would make for a good book/movie?
  13. Watch any of the Mooji invitations. You can take it outside satsang.
  14. There is no difference between being physically awake and spiritually awake, because the physical is spiritual.
  15. That's not what I said at all, no idea where you took it from. I said that we don't create the traps by describing them. It's the other way round. We describe the traps that are there. They are there before we describe them.
  16. My spiritual life is infinite happiness forever. Waiting! ? I don't think it's nice to say things that are unverifiable or simply not true just to sound wise. I prefer when people say things that can be tested and checkmarked as true. This one here sounds like the lie of attraction stuff.
  17. Because the dream is of reality. If it were real that's how it would feel and if it's a dream that's how it would feel. I think real and dream are equivalent words, because there is no other reality for separate selves. This dream cannot be more real... It's a true masterpiece from God for God. Just a lil shitty for the egos sometimes lol.
  18. Row row row your boat gently down the stream Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily life is but a dream.
  19. I meditated in hospital after taking rat poison. It was very peaceful. The old folk next to my bed was praying almost constantly out loud. It was when Leo posted the self enquiry advanced tips video. I still remember looking out the window while watching that video and the beautiful view. Magical. What is actual.
  20. Meditate to this With your feet in the air and your head on the ground Try this trick and spin it, yeah Your head will collapse But there's nothing in it And you'll ask yourself Where is my mind [3x] Way out in the water See it swimmin' I was swimmin' in the Caribbean Animals were hiding behind the rocks Except the little fish But they told me, he swears Tryin' to talk to me, coy koi. Where is my mind [3x] Way out in the water See it swimmin' ? With your feet in the air and your head on the ground Try this trick and spin it, yeah Your head will collapse If there's nothing in it And you'll ask yourself Where is my mind [3x] Oh With your feet in the air and your head on the ground Oh Try this trick and spin it, yeah Oh Oh
  21. The void is the null dimension, the only thing that is real, it's closer than close to you, because it is who you and all of us are at the deepest level. It is the shapeless, colourless, propertyless subject of your experience. The light that shines and makes your experience knowable. The Void is God. To the Ego it's hell.
  22. "But Mooooom i was just reaching enlightenment #4, I'll clean my room later!!" ?
  23. Then someone disturbs his meditation and he goes mental!
