Do you make a distinction between survival based feeling agenda and higher order feelings that arise once we have met basic needs?
How do you see emotions different from feelings?
This sort of topic overlaps with Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, as basic instincts are fulfilled, this leads us to the next 'platform' (so to speak) of emotion. Or as we fulfil basic needs we have access to higher order emotions. Anger typically isn't seen higher up on emotional scales of wellness - which is not to say it is good, bad or not useful/useful. 

When we already understand nonduality, it’s pointless to talk to others who also understand it.  It would be like talking to dead people.
 
Its not even wise to talk about nonduality to people who do not understand nonduality either, I mean why would someone who doesn’t understand non dualism want to be told they don’t exist the way they think they do? Its pointless.
 
Thats why I think we should just keep it to ourselves. Nondual forums just incite tension and conflict, it’s just madness, and such a bad idea. 
 Spirituality and nondual conversations are the epitome of stupidity, in my opinion.

Reality is not consciousness experiencing things, but rather consciousness appears in reality when forms become self-preserving systems with a certain level of complexity.
Nobody is creating them, they appear because there are no limitations. There can't be any God at control, the only control is the necessary coherence for the appearance of any form. 
Reality is conscious, not reality is consciousness. Very different. If you don't get this, you will be closed, as the non dualistic

That’s a good idea. I love fragrant plants and dreams, and the combination of them sounds exotic.
My favorite fragrant plant is Night-blooming jasmine (Cestrum nocturnum).

As someone who’s had multiple lucid dreams before I would like to point out something. If you’ve ever had a lucid dream, you know that you’re dreaming and therefore you know you can do anything. You BELIEVE that you can fly and therefore you fly. You believe you can teleport and therefore you teleport. This life, this dream, is no different. If you become lucid enough in this dream, you will see that anything is possible because it is only just a dream and your thoughts influence this dream directly. You can fly. You can walk on water. You can turn water into wine. You can push your hand into solid rock and make a handprint. What you believe is what you get. If you’ve ever had a dream where you think something bad is about to happen, guess what, something bad happens. 
Leo said in his video that there are certain rules to dreams. You can’t turn gravity upside down is what he said. But I disagree, you create the rules by believing what you believe.

I have become a wolf. Seriously, i was looking for rabbit, i just want to eat a fresh rabbit and was so tirsty for fresh blood (like i have never drink water as human in my life) I completely forgot my personality . My nostril was receiving with so much detail with different senses and i could separate each other from smell. I was with my ex gf, whoever was going to attack her i felt i will eat them. My legs and arms were super strong i could never felt that power before ( i have been doing mma for 13 years) i could never able to use my legs like my arms. But i did during the experience. And i was growling, voice was coming from my down chest, all the way down. Even my gf was very scared. She told me she thought that i was possessed. It is not a joke. Lol

The veil that is hidden over our eyes is the veil of logic/sanity
When having glimpses of the nature of reality occurs the veil lifts and total insanity is revealed.
The veil of sanity lifts, and your imagination and reality merge together. Once the veil drops back down you can still see through it, 
The lace fabric of the veil of logic can be seen through. And you can see that logic is an overlay over madness and has nothing to do with what's happening on the other side.
The world on the other side wants to marry you. But you must lift your veil if you want to kiss it.

on and off, my sense of self has been disintegrating a little this past month and when i'm not just subtly worried, i'm feeling quite panicky. it's stressful to try to figure out who i am and what i should do and what should become of me. i'm trying really hard to create a good life for myself and be happy but i am constantly failing. 
what can i do to feel better? 
 
i have been thinking that exercise would help, but atm every time i exercise it gets worse afterward? which is strange.
journalling about it doesn't help either.

I think the phenomena on DMT are of higher order. They are too beautiful.
It's like being in a higher order of flow state.

Crowds. Mass panic situations and crowd crushing come to mind. 
And mindless crowds/gangs of people on sidewalks with no situational awareness, all relying on each other to look out. No one does. They block all paths. Lovely!
