  1. @Brandon Nankivell are you a digital marketer?
  2. If you vaporize this does it come on too quickly similar DMT? I've smoked DMT and 5meo-dmt multiple times and I actually enjoy how quickly it comes on
  3. @Leo Gurahave you looked into Tibetan dream yoga? Sounds similar to your experience
  4. @Leo Gura I've found the opposite to be true. I've done 6-10 grams dried multiple times and as long as I surrender I've had no problems.
  5. the wait begins..
  6. @Leo Gura what do you have against smoking it?
  7. @moon777light What do you think of his new book? I feel it's getting to complicated. I prefer simple KP. One of the grounding exercises he teaches is too complex. You need to remember to do too many things at once
  8. I would assume most of us on this forum have attended a meditation retreat. I'd love to start a whole thread sharing different centers. I've only sat at Goenkas https://www.dhamma.org/ . Most people would have already heard about these vipassana centers.
  9. How is it going? What have you decided to learn?
  10. Take some time. One video a week is a lot of work
  11. @Leo Gura I've found high doses of mushrooms similar to 5 MEO
  12. In Leos shamanic video he suggests doing it once a week for 60 minutes. I'm curious has anyone done this for at least a few months and what results did you get?
  13. @Leo Gura that's what people say about Kriya yoga. But we learn through books!
  14. @John West Find one form of KP you enjoy and stick with it. Personally, I don't do any KP that involves "oms" they take away my awareness of the prana going up and down
  15. @Leo Gura Do you have a book for hatha yoga? I've been expecting a hatha yoga book on the book list!
  16. @Leo Gura Have you considered doing one? One week alone in darkness scares me more than any 30 day retreat
  17. Has anyone done a dark room retreat? It's something I have not heard Leo talk about or mentioned much on this forum
  18. @Leo Gura Before you have mentioned you should do a handful of retreats before attempting a solo retreat. What do you think about dark room retreats?
  19. concentration practice. Om Swami speaks a lot about this
  20. beautifully written @Leo Gura thank you
  21. While I do believe vipassana is good in a retreat setting I don't think it is powerful for daily practice. There are much stronger spiritual practices but at the end of the day do whatever practice you enjoy the most
