Yesterday i smoked two cigarretes and fap several times. Then i felt particularly weak and felt the urge to go very early to my bed. I wasn't be able to sleep almost all the night, had serious intestinal inconforts, nausea, wanted to vomit several times, and back pain which is correlated to gut issues, i had fever too so it was probably a little food intoxication but i felt cigarettes and fapping weaken me and had perhaps potentiated my disease. It really shot a bullet next to my head; if i don't take care enough of me soon maybe i will developp a cancer or something like that and and find myself in a such state maybe everyday. Once you lose your health it's all your life who is stolen.
