Look at the photos of jihadists, they are almost all ugly. You can determine with a high degree of reliability someone's hatred based on their genetic makeup. -

It's true that it's fundamentally an abstract concept, but the balance of power is a very concrete thing, in fact that's all it is. It is not because “there is no border seen from space” that I will deprive myself of keeping fertile land for me and my family, out of pure opportunism, pragmatism. To give a more contemporary equivalent, you can argue all you want about the metaphysics of property, it doesn't change the fact that mass immigration is a problem for me and I will use my power to prevent it, if possible. -

To do what ? 🤔

I'm sure that cult leaders and students from major business schools are very good with women. 🤔

Women are like customers in a cinema, they are not supposed to make the film. I attract women the most when I'm deep/sincere, and playful, , in short when I fill them with sexual energy. The more things are forced for whatever reason, the more potentially needy I am, automatically.

Food, women, integrating into a group, and everything related to survival in general. -

I have been on this medication for a week and sleep 8 hours a night. It's incredible, not perfect (sometimes mild headaches, nausea...) but I feel incredibly holier physically and mentally than I have during this whole year. Praise be to this medicine.

Take off your socks/sandals, bad taste typical of northern Europeans

The higher the dose and the more it accumulates, the more stimulating it is. Have you tried 7.5mg?

What opiate? I know someone who was on oxycodone and tramadol.

It's normal to have a maintenance of 3000kcal if you are not metabolically damaged

What dosage? 🤔

Yes. Nothing is more annoying and kills love for me than a girl getting mad at me.

God has no will, will is an illusion. Everything is fundamentally compulsive, automatic, non-contingent. -
No idea how true it is, but a few years ago I read extracts from a book that explained how prisoners who suffered from schizophrenia became asymptomatic when they were deprived of food. I would say it is a massive reduction in endotoxins and/or a reduction in the conversion of GABA to Glutamate due to ketone bodies, like in epileptics.

I dance instinctively although I never do it except by myself in the room, must be southern blood lol. A bit like black peo…..

Too complicated and expensive. I prefer a good filet fillet (or beef heart, if I want to save money) fried in a little butter, basmati rice steamed with a tablespoon of coconut oil, salt and lots of sriracha sauce, a cucumber , a pepper, a Coca Cola. That's good 👍

I understand, insomnia puts the brain into a state of hibernation. Honestly everything I tried was a catch 22 at one point or another. What I found : --Sleep is not a drop in energy, it is a shift of energy towards a second state of consciousness via a reduction in alertness. The biggest bullshit is that you need to do more sport/physical activity. If you are insomniac this will especially increase adrenaline levels. I also noticed that fap made me lethargic (before cumming) because the increase in excitement greatly reduces alertness. Some antidepressants (especially Mirtazapine) or even antipsychotics (especially seroquel) because they reduce histamine and serotonin much more than they decrease dopamine signaling. Btw, noradrenaline is essential to initiate the acetylation of serotonin (into metalonin) and supposedly (if we are to believe the controversial work of Professors Fourtillan) of the acetylation of Serotonin into 6 methoxy harmalan OR valentonine depending on the moment of the day. In short, it is a state of high available energy, rich in dopamine, which will allow synergy with other neurotransmitters involved in the circadian rhythm and the accumulation of beta amyloid/adenosine due to physical and mental efforts (reduction of orexin, increased melatonin, valentonin?…) to plunge into this hypnotic, drowsy, cottony state where your mind loses and allows you to plunge into sleep, very close to what one would expect of a micro dose of certain opioids (which are VERY dopaminergic, cqfd) So you want to limit physical activity (occasionally) and drastically increase calories (at least 3000 calories? maybe more) to break the vicious circle of hypervigilence caused by the Histamine/Serotonin/adrenaline/cortisol axis. If in the evening you feel that you are wired, eat 1000 calories at once. Otherwise you expose yourself to an occasional situation of pseudo akathisia, in a situation of wiring and sometimes compulsive need to control reality by regularly checking your phone, fap/having sex etc. The second point is born from especially not underestimating the impact of having simple sentences/words in your head during the day on alertness. Just Googling “insomnia” at 2 p.m. can help increase your alertness and potentially screw up your sleep in the evening. For the same reason, too much effort in sleep hygiene can be problematic, I find that it must be a balance. The last thing is to try to learn, perhaps with the help of a sleep doctor, or a guru lol, to detach from control as a performative strategy. If you are like me and you go to bed quite late, you will quickly have the reflex to be a little afraid/to get angry and try to regain control to try to perform in your sleep. But it's a trap, the only solution is to be in denial and act as if nothing happened, sincerely, but this can be very counter-intuitive and frustrating depending on your traumas. This is where I am 👍

I wouldn't touch SSRIs. It's the same, maybe even worse than certain antipsychotics (seroquel?).
