  1. The "0.1%" are those who eat their cheese pasta while responding "yeah yeah", "maybe", "if you say so🤷‍♂️" to the guys below in the middle of a Dunning Kruger trip.
  2. lol. L'hôpital qui se fout de la charité.
  3. It's supposedly very close to mushrooms. I drop 40mg in the morning on an empty stomach, come up in about 1 hour, as I remember.
  4. None, I drop early in the morning so I avoid this problem. Otherwise I would probably use a few mg of cyproheptadine (5ht antagonist), perhaps in combination with a benzodiazepine hypnotic like clotiazepam, for example
  5. I can sense the anti wheat, sugar and fat brainwashing in your way of thinking about things lol. Well the majority of people eat this regularly where I grew up and I saw very few obese people in middle school/high school and that's still the case today. And the only Japanese/Korean people I met had quite low muscle mass and seemed "slow", so I would personally avoid eating like them.
  6. This is THE reason, I have almost never seen anyone vote to the right out of conservatism, knowing that the French right is more conservative than that of northern European countries. People can no longer tolerate increasing insecurity and ethnic replacement.
  7. I visited a large part of southern Sweden and was surprised by the number of non-white people, the same for Germany. I visited a large part of southern Sweden and was surprised by the number of non-white people, the same for Germany.
  8. I would love to do a high altitude skydive for this very reason.
  9. Can you give concrete examples? It's difficult to see where you're going with this without at least a little visual basis.
  10. Vaping CBD oddly makes my voice sound much more serious and improves my speech in general. 🤔
  11. I'm not particularly talkative in any case, but I've noticed that there are phenotypes of girls where I'll have a strong immediate attavistic attraction quite independently of her "objective" rating. I think it's a good compass. I also think more and more that we are essentially attracted by the reflection of ourselves.
  12. Improving sleep actually helps the appetite.
  13. The last time I smoked I was in a wacky and euphoric mood, I thought I was the tiger of packets of Cheetos lol. Then it was a festival in my head with internal hallucinations that didn't make much sense and seemed to come from another dimension.
  14. I tried this several years ago and was lethargic, probably because I wasn't too used to working with fatty acids. But in any case this kind of diet is a waste of time, a lot of effort, restrictions for not much.
  15. This is an impossible proposition, you cannot not submit to God. Just screaming "ohhh my life sucks, why are you doing this to me God blah blah blah" is God's will, you have never “wanted” or “chosen” anything, they are mirages, illusions, sleight of hand. There is only what is necessary, what is.
  16. Seducing is like trying to sleep when you're insomniac, it's just as counterintuitive. I see myself as a sun who must trust in its energetic qualities to suck up the different planets, which running after them will paradoxically spoil, by making me look like a "bad sun" among these small planets. lol, what am I saying..
  17. What's the problem with being an employee? Who sets the boundaries of “mediocrity”?
  18. -The richer your diet is in meat, the higher your zinc/copper ratio (doesn't mean you want a copper deficiency) will be and will increase GABA signaling (both by increasing glutamic acid decarboxylase and as a positive allosteric modulator ). A diet very rich in copper such as a typical vegan diet rich in legumes will instead increase the glutaminergic signaling ratio and by extension noradrenaline/norephedrine. -Zinc will strongly decrease prolactin (and therefore increase testostérone and conversion of testosteron into DHT) -Higher intake of vitamin B6 will also increase GABA -Iron increase oxide nitrique, dopamine, total testosteron, free testosteron and DHT -Vitamin A (retinol) increase testosterone with similar levels of LH, ditto for vitamin D. (I even saw a study where daily vitamin D supplementation increased testosterone by 50%)) -Cholin (present mainly in eggs and organs) increase acetylcholine synthesis, which is necessary for your long-term memory but also to feel grounded and to reduce the focus on unnecessary information, reduces stress in general. -Animal products contain no or very little estrogen, even a liter of whole milk contains only 300,000 picograms of estrogen maximum (if the cow is pregnant) or 0.0003 mg, which is absolutely tiny compared to to daily male production (several mg), knowing that the majority of its estrogens are estrones (much less efficient than estradiol in men) and that their oral assimilation does not even exceed 10%. Products based on soy and certain legumes contain tens of milligrams of very orally available xenoestrogens per serving and certainly do not act as SERMS contrary to what their promoters say, the same goes for DIM. -Saturated fatty (and MUFA ?) acids tend to increase sensitivity to androgens and decrease cortisol, vice versa for omega 6. -A diet higher in fat increases GABA signaling. I'm too lazy to find all the sources now, but if there is something that interests you I can make the effort.
  19. For me 4 ho met is super cool, very visual and 0 body load or almost. It's a psychedelic candy.
  20. Also be wary of appeals to nature and doxa when it comes to dietary choices. -I can eat tons of GMO full gluten wheat for an indefinite amount of time without the slightest problem, but any legume in excessive quantities (even prepared in the longest way and applied) will give me brain fog and transform myself into a human jetpack. -My mielpops are much more digestible than any oatmeal. -I will feel "good" after drinking a whole bottle of lactose-free semi-skimmed milk, but the equivalent of "whole raw milk from Jersey cows" will give me the impression of being autistic, then an explosive diarrhoea, and a ton of gas. etctec Currently I have a fairly varied diet based on poultry, red meat, white pasta and white rice, honey pops (with milk), potatoes, sweet potatoes, nuts, a lot of olive oil/butter/ crème fraîche, peppers, fake vegetables (a cucumber and a pepper almost every day), fruit juice, random cakes (brownies, flant...) and coca cola here and there. I'm fine , in fact it's basically the everyday diet where I live.
  21. Hi 👋 I do well with lots of carbohydrates in my diet, from experience diets restrictive in terms of macronutrients are basically useless, very counter-intuitive and even potentially dangerous in the long term. After all, your body is a survival machine and some people manage to live long enough by accumulating the worst possible habits (regular smoking, alcohol, relatively sedentary), so you can imagine that being afraid of a slice of bread is a Bit of an exaggeration if you look at it that way, lol. What's really helpful is observing which foods cause you problems and which ones don't.
