  1. Meditated while high on my medicinal cannabis at around 1:00 AM Jan, 1 2023; I realized I am Infinite. Was not planning on having an awakening experience, it just happens spontaneously now. Jesus
  2. Watch this entire video, and tell me which part is low conscious.
  3. I just Googled ketamine infusion clinics in my area, and sure enough there was one in Austin, TX. Then I found out that the clinic offers ketamine assisted therapy. I personally had hallucinations while on ketamine. One time I imagined myself to be on the top floor of the World Trade Center while it was ablaze (presumably after the plane hit the building). I was hanging out the window and decided to jump, and immediately after I transformed into a bird and flew into pure nothingness.
  4. If you do them yourself without the guidance of a therapist, sure. However, I’ve done 7 sessions of ketamine assisted therapy, and my therapist said I was ready to do the 8th session solo (which I did). Ketamine made my mental health worse temporarily, but made it better in the long run!
  5. I’m 26 and just starting to live my life now. It’s never too late.
  6. This happened to me on high dose ketamine infusion. At the peak of the trip, I took off my eye mask and headphones and softly uttered the words “I love you” to the nurse who was monitoring me. I realized that he WAS me and me WAS he!
  7. I’m sure it’s limited to 5 mins because it’s tailored to those with mental illnesses and trauma. Anything more could potentially make their condition worse… …so now we know why legalizing and researching psychedelics for mental health conditions is vital. Could really help unstuck the mind with proper set and setting - thus making therapy more effective. I’ve been fortunate enough to do cannabis and ketamine infusions with a psychedelic therapist legally due to my conditions, and it’s really helped open me up (and I still struggle, so imagine how stuck many of those with mental illness are who’ve never done psychedelics!)
  8. Agreed. I used to do a type of therapy called RO-DBT, and one of its main focus is literally to help the patient do self-inquiry. Taken directly from the RO-DBT skills manual:
  9. Damn, that hit me hard.
  10. @Leo Gura how come McDonald’s doesn’t sell organic fries cooked in organic frying oil? Do you think that’ll be a possibility in 5-10 years?
  11. Sure! I used to have severe eczema as a kid and teen all over my body, but now as an adult it’s no longer all over my body; no longer severe.
  12. People, suicide, judgement, afterlife. Bananas, onions, pink chair, donkey.
  13. Facts. It’s like the kids say, “I’m here for a good time, not a long time”… except, you realize there is no time
  14. Just finished watching the comedy movie “Dogma” from Kevin Smith (a movie that pokes fun at religion). While the vast majority of the movie is comedy, this scene comes out of left field and speaks about awakening very well!
  15. It’s the same for everyone in the sense that you discover your true nature.
  16. Nice. How about physical pain, though? Or any thoughts that you previously had strong aversions or resistance to (assuming you ever did)?
  17. @roopepa Thank you for sharing your story with us. I can relate a bit, since I have mental health conditions myself. Just checking in, how are you doing now? Do you see a therapist regularly? (I do).
