  1. @PurpleTree I also come from a broken-ish home, being a sensitive kid, and see mental issues in my parents. Those are not absolute perspectives, though. You can have shifts in consciousness where its as if those stories never happened. Even a temporary shift is key to opening the possibility of reframing our experiences in a totally new way. Consciousness.
  2. Maybe this AI revolution is a blessing so that we are prepared to communicate with aliens. AI-iens.
  3. That would imply that monsters and demons are also you.
  4. I think what he means is that desiring a finite form of yourself/truth is suffering. Even desiring a memory of a mystical experience or insight is suffering, since you are trying to hold onto that as the only truth.
  5. I also deal with that as well. What is the root of shame, anxiety, and overthinking?
  6. I’m still envious of your ability to use words eloquently and with such metaphoric clarity. I’ll pray that I reach your level one day
  7. @Swarnim That’s the core limitation of religion. Even if you deeply connect to one deity… hell, even the religion had multiple deities, that would only be connecting to a subset of Infinite Love. To make it even worse, you need to live by a set of unequivocal rules and beliefs in order to maintain that connection.

  9. You need your theories seriously challenged. Adding more theory from a state of ignorance can be a major setback in the long-term.
  10. Nah dude, Leo has also experienced some excruciating physical pain that he tried to solve for many months (he has a blog video about it from 2-3 years ago), as well as his thyroid condition. Perhaps suffering is an essential part of the journey ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  11. At the highest dose I’ve taken, I experienced Infinite Love. Furthermore, I experienced superhuman levels of empathy, similar to what I imagine Jesus Christ must’ve been living from. When Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself”, he was not being philosophical about it. It’s an Absolute Truth you can become directly conscious of. After my trip, I sat outside on a park bench in Austin, TX. This park was located right next to a busy street filled with traffic. As I was meditating, I looked out to the sky. My mind came in saying, “man, this would be so much better had it not been for the cars polluting everything.” Then I zoomed out and saw the entire park, street, cars, my mind, the sky…. It’s all Love! Nature and pollution are identical! How could I love one over the other?! Now is the appropriate time to ask the classic nondual question: Who are you?
  12. @ZoweeZoe the proof is in the pudding in the proof of the pudding is in the eating
  13. What’s funny is I went through the same exact process. Are you me?
  14. In the end, Reality is more than matter RIP Chester Bennington
  15. It opens when you become conscious that they are you. Not as a belief, not as a theory, but actually you. Furthermore, the avoidance of you is not the opposite of Truth. Truth is an infinite pointer that always points back to you, no matter how conscious you are. Higher consciousness brings you closer to you.
  16. This applies to yourself as well. Notice this.
