For real. I was at a concert last night, and out of nowhere I find myself dancing like an idiot. Now this is completely out of line for me, because I’ve never danced at concerts before. I suppose seeing others dancing inspired me (even though not everybody was dancing). I told myself fuck the rules, fuck the logic, I’m fucking dancing no matter what. And I created completely new dance moves from scratch, to my astonishment. Dancing is a powerful psychedelic!

All your ideas of how the hand should be are completely out of touch. Literally.

The hand can be completely open, somewhat open, completely closed, empty, holding something, broken hand, little hand, big hand, two hands touching, one hand smooth, annother hand scaly, etc. etc. Which one is the best hand?

Reminds me of someone in my neurodiversity group. Whenever we get called on during a round table discussion, this person always requests to be called on with an even number (e.g. he can’t be the 5th person to speak in the group, but can be the 4th or 6th). I used to be judgy about this kind of behavior, but I’m less so now. I’m realizing that reality can play out in infinite ways, so it’s actually fascinating to see someone who views reality differently. Plus, I also have my own quirks as well so I totally relate!

My body is weird. Some nights I’ll get little sleep, but feel focused. Other nights I’ll get the recommended 7 hours of sleep, but feel groggy.

The fact that you’re having reservations already shows that you have some wisdom in you not to do overdo it.

Life problems are a gift, not a curse. Notice how it’s a curse when you are striving to achieve selfish desires, rather than allowing selfless solutions to reveal themselves.

There’s still space for dead-seriousness. But you’ll be able to handle those situations with more wisdom.

@UnbornTao Beliefs are an issue if they’re inflexible; not able to be challenged or questioned. Someone who’s lost in a web of unquestionable beliefs have mistaken them as fixed truths about reality.

The notion that you are the only one in existence is reeked with misconceptions and delusions, that is, if you are not Awake.

This right here might be your issue. Normally? What is normal? What everyone else is doing? I tried this for a long time and have failed, time and time again. Psychedelics helped me uncover my authentic self, and I’m still recovering from decades of upbringing that were just wrong for me.

I hallucinated a bunch of black tribal folks hanging out in a rainforest during a psychedelic trip. They were super friendly and taught me to respect nature!

A little bit of weed takes me to radical states of consciousness, yet I know of people who take a shit ton more weed than me and don’t experience a fraction of what I experience. Substances do indeed affect people differently.

I totally agree with this. But in all seriousness, thank you for opening up about how you really feel. However, I will not tolerate your assumptions. The assumption here is that I don’t like you, which is false. In fact, I empathize with you given the fact that I myself am going through extremely complex and difficult relationship issues. I’ve told people I trust about my relationships, and instead of supporting me, I’ve been gaslit by them over and over again based on their own insecurities. Don’t take other peoples’ opinion or advice too personally. The moment you do that is the moment you fall back into fear and doubt, and the learning process get stunted. I don’t care if it’s coming from Leo, a professional therapist, a doctor, or even your significant other. Learn to take the advice that’s applicable, and toss out the crap that doesn’t sit well with you. But also, cut out your own bullshit.

Focus on awakening yourself, and the rest will follow. Others will see you as crazy and will try to bring you back to rationality, but you simply stay grounded in your own truth and take the advice they give you with a grain of salt.

@jdc7733 “Bad things will happen” are narratives that you’re spinning in your fantasies without ever challenging them. That requires getting out of your comfort zone. Are you willing to accept this challenge?

You’re looking for Reality to be a certain way, and I’m not going to give into your fantasy. Nor will anyone else.

If you cannot see that Pain = Love, then contemplate. Let’s keep contemplating.
