For me although I may be a sinner in this aspect I still in my daily life can get back to Actuality Direct Experience easily. Maybe not as deep as a trip but the soft acceptance of what is around me in my bubble of perception, what I see,listen,feel, think and all. At same time I can navigate several topics that interest me, no matter how triggerimg they are. I mean, all the chaos ongoing nowadays, even knowing that sooner or later these events may hit me. And you guys, are you oveall keeping the cool? with capacity to do all the inner work contemplation, inquire, introspection, noticing the movements of the mind, the self deceptions at the same time you navigate the cringe state of affairs?
