Sometimes I do this simple meditation to myself when I start to enter in conceptual confusion: Ok,you can sit here and conceptualize as you wish about what is God and coming with pre-digesested answers that God is Infinity,Shiva,Brahama,All in One, one in all... blablabla.. you name it.. but first to enter in this conceptual game, remember that You are. You are and this bubble you see around You in moving, talking,shitting,working, all this and You included.. What is this? What is You.? Try to make this without coming up with a pre-digested concept or parroting stuff you had learn in your formation. You even must first Be in order to elaborate if something is worth pursuing or not.

God don't force anything on you, forcing anything on you would make God a Andrew Tate being, but ironicaly Andrew Tate is God, is existence is Infinity, the same as my cat and Infinitely more.

@The Blade Do your home work bro. I am doing psycadelics for around 6 years, everymonth. I watched all Leo videos, some of the most foundation ones more than one time, I had read many Osho books,Zen masters,Buddha shit, and observing my fucking mind since teenagehood, having a lot lucid dreams and contemplating on how can these dreams be possible or explained. Some people here probably are working on this more time and devotion than I do. If you are making a calculation of your time or if this journey will be worth the effort, I just can say I am 42 and I still fell I have a lot to learn or unlearn and a lot to let go and surrender, because as far as I can predict, in the rigth time Total Surrender will be only option, resistence will be useless.

Ok bro, I had kambo and I decided to try your "new way to use it" by putting the goo in the nose. Yes, you feel the same effects that one feel when they drink water, but because there is no water in the stomach one dont vomit. I felt the sudden arousal and heart beat fast and some of the pressure in the head, but then when I took out my finger with the little ball from my nose the effect subside. But I felt that was starting to burn the skin of my nose so I would not recomend this people here. I also had put with the finger in the inside part of my mouth and I hold it to wait the poison to enter via mucosa. I felt the samr that I felt from the nose and same that I feel when I put in the burning dots normally. Of course I washed my mouth with a lot of water previous to putting the poison there. So my point here is, for me this way have no real use and can even be warmfull to the body.

If online search was the only problem with distraction would be amazing. In my life even other people coming with their blabling with no consideration and little meditation on why they decided to speak. This is for me the distrction top, because online I can decide to stop a video or if is a text I can skip over but with daily life interactions you cant turn of your ears as you do with your eyes. So these days I am using ear plugs,like literally everyday, and I say to the people who live with me that I will take off to listen what they have to say as far as what they have to say is relevant. To much controler from my side, yes, maybe, but this is may way to send the message that our speach if so misused, we speak way to much unecessary. This is also for me. I know this seen like off the topic but what I want to implicit say is " you can sense naturally what is distraction and what is relevant" and is up to you develop your unique strategy to cut what is needless noise in your life, and sometimes the noise is even internal. You know when is too much, same way you know when you exagerate in your meals. So just dont be a phone gluton. Moderation

When you go to a shaman in the jungle to make the "diet" you actually eat very little. I never was there but a close friend was and he say he was eating 1 time per day and was only a small dose of rice and a little piece of banana. He was mostly surviving with that and drinking ayahuasca for maybe one week. There is more extreme cases where they survive only drinking ayahusca. They do this in order to the person stay only with the spirit of the plant and their own energy. Of course my friend got very skiny, almost skin and bone.
