  1. Recently stumbled upon this interview of Leo. Since it is bearly known I tougth I share it here. Check it out it got some juicy information!
  2. @lostmedstudent take a week off and go on a holiday where you can collect yourself. Best would be to go alone and avoid all unnecessary distraction like Netflix, YouTube, internet. Optimally you get a shack were there is no way to distract yourself whatsoever with entertainment, so you can't flee from yourself or your situation. But don't shut yourself off completely hike a bit or schedule a day or two to do something enjoyable like skying or going in a museum. Give yourself some room to breathe.
  3. @Cykaaaa Same for me, I heared alot of people say that krya can be super intense and has some hard effects on the psyche, but I dismissed it all because I thought it's just a bit of breathing and visualization. This stuff actually works even if it has some side effects.
  4. @skywords Materialism is actually right. Climate change is a hoax. Jordan Peterson his spot on in his political analysis. Spiral Dynamics is balloney. All psychedelic trips are delusional hallucinations. Enlightenment is just in your head. Love is just chemicals in your Brain. Nihilism.
  5. @Spiral Wizard Insomnia, back pain, fear of death and an general unwillingness to continue the practice. I started krya a year ago but quit because it was too intense. Now I do Kundalini Yoga with a bit of krya once per week in yoga class. Works alot better for an beginner like me.
  6. If you are new to consciousness work, you should start by doing some meditation. Kriya especially when practiced to its full extend is very overwhelming for your system. Make sure you're grounded enough before doing it.
  7. Stan Grof is also an top notch Ressource for anyone interested in altered states. His life's work (the way of the Psychonaute)can now be purchased in an condensed volume. https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B07TBPZFT1
  8. @Ameshairos Love conquers all. Ideas are ultimately just for play. Die before you die. God speaks trough art and beauty. Amor Fati. (Love your destiny) Keep an sense of humour. Lie as little as possible. The greatest Truths can not be spoken. Passion trumps Happynes And the most importantly keep an open mind.
  9. @bonesurfer Do you have some other concrete vocations, interests or hobbies? Sounds like an carrer Change would be adequate for you maybe it is time for you to get on the drawing board again and redevelop your life purpose.
  10. @Adam M How dare you call SpongeBob garbage. @Ampresus Watching Entertainment you enjoy is not too bad, just make sure it's quality over quantity. Especially Series these days are not worth the time, they migth tell a good story but if each episode is 1 hr long with an cliffhanger each episode you are being manipulated into watching too much. Nowadays I rather take the time to watch a good movie, which is far more enjoyable than binge watching a series that might take 3 more years to get to an close And for YouTube videos, it ain't to bad if you don't devolve to mutch into an screen junkie, don't underestimate the power of the Algorithm tough.
  11. @Spiral M. E. D. I. T. A. T. I. O. N. Seriously there is nothing better you can do for yourself!
  12. I guess it will be a mixture of both. However the General premise of this Thread ist balloney. In the end Cultures, Tribes and individuals will make Up their own minds and reproduce how ist fit for them. In a 1000 years we will have many more mixed people, but all white Morrmon Communitys will also be a thing even of Yellowstone Rips the entire USA apppart.
  13. @Leeeon If you want to learn about this I recommend you study the work of Tom Campbell. Especially his masterwork my big TOE. He is a physicist that spend the last 40 years investigating non ordinary states trough meditation, lucid dreaming and astral projection.
  14. What makes Gurdjieff special, among the vast array of mystics and spiritual teachers one can learn from? I am just currious.
  15. Great question, for me it is probably green/Blue, pretentious moral superiority burns like acid.
  16. Recently I started to listen to all new Episodes as Podcasts and noticed that you don't read out the quotes. Would be nice if you read out all the Text you use for your upcoming Videos, so the listeners can get all the juice. - much love Alex
  17. Reading the "Power of Now" by Eckard Tolle, this book first made me realise how much BS the mind spews and that I am not the ego. It also gave me some inimations of the bigger Picture. I am still pretty diluted but it's a never ending process to realize and embody Truth. Also good ol' psychedelics and meditation The best way to enable other is to have integrty and embody your insigths. @Knock What about you?
  18. If all the rainbow-Pill Floks to whom I once considered myself miss one thing it is some humility. Kinda sad that these nonsene conversations and ego games find their way into this forum. As far as I see it the root of all this BS, ingorant back and forth argueing is closed mindetness, an failure to acknowledge that you bairly know shit and use some therory some other deluted but articulate folks came up with to justify the status quo. (which is easy because its the default mode of all life or you can call it homeostasis) Bluepills are ignorant of sexuall dynamics Redpills are ignorant of Love and female agency Blackpills are ignorant of Love and Self-improvment Ignorance always gives us the power to fool ourself into pretending that we know alot more about the world than we actually do, the perverse thing about it is that we are willing to sacrifice so much of our own potential and power to those diluted ideas to maintain this pretentious act of grandiosity, we become prisoners of ourself without even knowing we are at the also the guard with the key to our cell. You know thats why Leo put so much emphasis on meditation for all these years! The only way to escape this Prison is to see it for what it and then you migth se the possible choice to step outside of it. This cat is you!
  19. @yangmilun One simple Trick that every basic self help book tells you JUST DO IT! Most of the time we think too much and take to little action the only way out of stagnation is to move your ass. Pick some small things you can do quickly to improve your life wether it is cleaning your house or going for a walk or doing your homework. It's not that hard you just have to overcome yourself over and over again and you will cultivate over time the mental strength to lift heavier and heavier weights.
  20. As every human being we can't help but be ingnorant and Leo has some Blindspots, but as far as I have dug into his viewpoints he is pretty solid in his focus points and goes out of his way to do proper research. Some I found as of now are: -His view of academia is kind of inacurate (even though his criticism is valid) academics can't help sometimes be dogmatic at least in communication but I met many professors who are very selfaware of what they are teaching and don't hold their knowledge as dogma. -His view of Philosophy is very simplistic and kind of self serving, Leo misses out on alot by dismissing western philosophy as mere mental masturbation. Many existential points he makes have been stated by existentialist philosopher decades ago, but I have to credit him for figuring them out on his own. I guess reading a bit of Nietzsche and Heidegger would put his insights into proper perspective and him frameing his insights as cutting edge is simply not true, he has just his own way to frame concept's like will to power as survival (which he borrowed from Peter Ralston who is also a Student of Nietzsche).
