Not at all, it's more about the software than the hardware for attracting women. The opposite is the case for attracting men. Moreover, martial arts don't make you look bulked. They strenghten the muscles within and not in the volume sense. Sure there's correlation between martial arts and confidence/masculinity. But if you want to get success with women go directly to that which is learning how to flirt and massive experience in the field. As a fun story. In my life, I don’t feel called to have children of my own or to adopt. However, I've been contemplating the possibility of donating sperm for a life to happen. I'm kinda curious to know how my offspring would be, what I don't enjoy is how demanding and time consuming it is. Just curious to know if anyone of you has contemplated this possibility or even done it. Why did you do it? Why wouldn't you do it?

Have you explored ways in which to improve your situation? I feel many women make it as a given that their period is panful and as ginecologist don't provide much help either they just resentfully accept it. However, I'm sure there are some techniques, suplements or treatments that can improve your mentruation, but that will take a lot of experimentation, time and money. Have you found anything that helped you alleviate your symptoms? I think more can be done by men on this issue. I think that most men find challenging enough to deal with the emotions of women that having them on their period is like facing the final boss in dark sould, they just don't have the emotional intelligence or skills to deal with it. Yes yes, I'm getting it. Yes that makes sense. My question though was more regarding on unleashin the negative emotions towards men as a way of catharsis. Or you prefer to deal it yourself and not cause "harm". I wanted to thank you about the gaslighting video. When I first watched it I was like well cool but why is Leo even talking about this with so many other juicy avenues to contemplate? It's only in the last half a year that I've come to appreciate the profundity and importance of it.
