  1. In the begining, this was a great help for me to overcome pre tripping fear Do something uncomfortable but good for you Do a sprint, a cold shower, push ups...
  2. There was another post of this kind that I cannot recall about improving voice from @StarStruck There were lot of great insights. It was a very nice contribution from the community Oh I found it. Here it is: That search function is very underrated
  3. I've always come to appreciate the richness of diversity in mods. They all contribute in unique different ways. Having mods with different points of view and personalities, all together contributing towards a healthy and conscious community. Thanks for being yourself and making Actualized.org forum a better place❤️
  4. Oh yes, this will do it: Didn't remember it was this Profound This quote in the end 1:19:33 In fact, it gave me good vibes of the final punch line he used to do after finishing the chapter. I remember he changed it because people did not see it but man if they were powerful.
  5. Is financial gain your objective? I don't think you would write a book for the money. Books are not for that. A book format gives value in a way that videos never will, you yourself has said this multiple times. A book will give you credibility and put you in the awareness of another kind of public and minds. Good books are respected in themselves and become their own reality. For example: "Gödel, Escher, Bach" a book of extreme philosophical, mathematical, artistical and musical depth won the Pulitzer price for a totally unkown writer. Writing a thought-provoking book, I believe, will give your teachings a dimension that is necessary for your legacy. If you were to take my advice, I would write a book as something to do before dying. Even if you just have it in your drawer and is published after your death.
  6. There is a point where everything is mixed up: the human, the trascendental, consciousness, God, experience, time, space, philosophy, psychology, meaning, life purpose... you get it. To compartmentalize is useful up to a point. Up to the point you discover all those things weren't separate to begin with. Totally agree
  7. I can tell you that Malt+Ketamine is a great combo
  8. The better the trip the worse the ego backlash will be Prepare and Expect an Ego Backlash after Good Trips Consciousness, the Mind and Psyche are like a rubber band, the more it expands, the more it will contract. Just be aware of this phenomena, a lack of recognition of this facet of awakening and tripping will lead to a lot of confusion and unexpected suffering. Your shadow and unconscious will spill out and clean itself, a last test before becoming base line consciousness. The key to long lasting benefits with psychedelics is the maturity of how you deal with the unavoidable Ego Backlash
  9. I realized this facet for the first time yesterday: There is nothing to do. Like really, existentially there is no thing to be done. In fact, all I have been doing is nothing at all. There is nothing to awaken to, all I have been awakening to has been nothing at all! Nothing to win, Nothing to lose. How mad are we all for this nothing!
  10. I've lately become conscious of the many facets Awakening has. It's more multidimensional than what I had assumed. Awakening being a Perfect Diamond, each Realization a Luminous Facet into the One. I would like to start with Spaciousness. I had previously experienced this facet but mostly in solitary or briefly. First time I heard of such a facet was from Frank Yang, condensing the whole meditation path into: "Contraction & Expansion" (For neophytes, let's say Concentration vs Relaxation). Michael Taft meditations really helped me to crack this nut, as the spacious facet in particular is his expertise. I also started having this Sky-like Open Wide Awake State on my Malt Trips. However, what surprised me the most was not the facet of spaciousness in itself, but the combination of this particular facet with others, casting light upon the other sides of the Diamond. To experience Consciousness with the flavour of Spaciousness , to experience Oneness with such a Wide Open Mind, to feel Love in such an Expansive state, to exist as Boundless Silence, to recognise God in such Vastness. These combinations have been particularly inspiring, opening my mind to a diverse variety of flavours that can be combined in the Awakening Journey. Some months ago, I started awakening to Symmetry. I find it particularly hard to describe this facet but I'll do my best to communicate it: Exquisite Symmetry has a profound sense of Beauty and Equilibrium. God-Made Balance throughout all Notes in the Infinite Piano Playing inside the Symphony of Reality. Feeling such profound levels of symmetric connection and oneness with existence, a deep desire arose in me to start watching Fractal Art and Infinity Mirrors. Doing so, proved to be more transforming than expected. Allowing regular meditation to go deeper than before while also providing tremendous anchoring. When I started introducing the psychedelic component in my prolonged Fractal contemplations, things made a profound shift into Conscious Aesthetics. A moving appretiation of the Palace of my own Mind and the never ending Beauty of Pure Creativity. Symmetry however, did not transform so profoundly other facets, as Spaciousness did, but there was a facet in particular which was extremely enchanced: Self-Awareness/Self-Inquiry/Introspection. As Symmetry started sinking in and expressing through myself, all corners of my Psyche and Mind started shining in the Light of the One. Such Holistic appretiations of the never-before explored facets of myself brought me to tears multiple times. It synergized in such a way where Trascendental and Relative where in Symmetric Understanding and Harmony, moving in One Whole Dance. Blind spots of my human character as well as existential ignorance were brought to light, as all corners in my Symmetric Mind were being illuminated by Consciousness. Now it's your turn – what facets have you discovered that particularly surprised you?
  11. Leo needs to publish a book at least, it's a facet he is missing if he wants to consolidate his legacy and work Books from Ken WIlber will continue to inspire people for decades in a way that videos just cannot. Also a book seems more serious for the social eye, more than being a youtuber posting content on social media
  12. @Galyna Good Facet Don't get too attached to it though The secret to Full-Awakening is: Facets
  13. I ask myself the same question. I found it to be a very juicy thread Btw, been having great experiences with food. Now when I prepare a salad, I smell the ingredients, go taste them in the process, being more conscious and artistic in the food -making as well as with the ingestion I feel I have awaken to Chef Consciousness
  14. Question: We often hear you say: "think of God." But surely God is unthinkable and formless. What can be thought of must have name and form and therefore cannot be God. Answer: Yes, without doubt, He is beyond thought, form and description, and yet I say: "think of Him!" Why? Since you are identified with the ego, since you think you are the doer, since you say: "I can do this and that," and since you get angry, greedy, and so forth, you therefore have to apply your "I-ness" to the thought of Him. True, He is formless, nameless, immutable, unfathomable. All the same He has come to you in the form of the Eternal Sound or the descent of God in the form of the Word, or in the form of an Avatar. These also are - He Himself and consequently, if you abide by His name and contemplate His form, the veil which is your "I" will wear out and then He, who is beyond form and thought, will shine forth. You think that you are engaging in sadhana, but actually it is He who does everything, without Him nothing can be done. And if you imagine that you receive according to what you do, this is not correct either, for God is not a merchant; with Him there is no bargaining. - Discourse and Dialogue of Ma Anandamayi. Chapter 6. Richard Lannoy.
  15. Another interesting facet: Music for Awakening, Music for Consciousness From modern times, these are on of the best: From ancient times, these are the best: One of the things about Religion, if it were done properly, it would be a System which infuses every area of life with consciousness. From music, to architecture and food habits. The Shipibo culture developed the facet of chanting while in the deepest trances of DMT Psychedelic Trips induced by the Ayahuasca berverage. Saying that these were revealed through them to serve various purposes like guiding the Awakening process, boosting the Healing journey and serving as the life knowledge reservoir of the tribu itself. Imagine how Awake music would sound like? How music created esclusively in high states of consciousnless looks like in human voice? Ikaro is the only living answer found on planet earth. For me an Ikaro is a song made from threads of Light
  16. 2024 Is the year of Elections, close to half the World Population is Called to Vote
  17. @MellowEd Hell was invented by the Abrahamic tradition to make a judicial existential police that will catch you even if police doesn't. This was surprisingly useful and helped building more conscious societies than before, however we all can see right now that it's just a bag on your mind, you can just tose it out
  18. @Leo Gura Truly, but Awake Philosophy is quite another beast, isn't it?
  19. I mean we need to start talking about this things more openly, make all the profound knowledge that here is talked about everyday available to the common public. Not hidding, that's all! Talking straight as we really think reality is and just showing that another way of life is possible where Awakening changes it all. Otherwise, the normie has no chances as he is fish in water
