We all fancy ourselves with talking about advanced Yoga practices and different meditation styles or even psychdelics but all of these practices essentially hinge on one basic practice which is to train yourself to trust the Truth. I noticed that the ego loves not to do so. It hates to trust the truth. It always makes up excuses and justifications not to trust the truth, money, friends, fame, fears, anxieties, ambitions, and all sort of stuff. So you have to make a vow between you and yourself to ignore all of this ego bullshit and to value the truth over everything. But it is hard right? And this why it is a lofe long process that you do for every day in your life. And day by day you will notice that your mind is starting to let go and the ego is losing its power over you. Fear is getting out of your body and you are experiencing more and more peace. And now your mind is ready for awakening.

I stopped reading Nahm posts a long time ago, I just couldn't understand anything he says to the point, sometimes you just feel it is just words salad. I cannot understand why he feels this is a good way of communicating his thoughts.

It is just mindblowing and terrifying when you contemplate the point of view of a normie who is subjected to propaganda. I was contemplating the point of view of a typical Russian citizen who is subjected to Russian propaganda about how evil the west is and how all these claims of hackers attacks and poisoning candidates are actually western propaganda, And I as this imaginary "Russian citizen" was unable to think otherwise. The West became the devil and the Russian state is the savior, And As I tried to open my mind to the other possibility of that me being subjected to Russian propaganda, I was unable to do so as every part of me was resisting this and I was unable to take that possibility seriously. This is the perfect prison, the one that you don't see as a prison but rather as a home. And then I was experiencing the same thing with conspiracy theories. They tend to make you more aggressive and paranoid as a person. They fill you with rage, confusion and paranoia. And I came to realize that propaganda and conspiracy theories are two faces of the same coin.

He sacrificed all his life for the Truth. although he was a leader and a king, He used to go on for days without eating anything but dates until he looked pale and weak. He used to collect so much money from wars he was engaging in but ended up giving all of it to the poor. He used to have only two pieces of clothes. He lived in small rooms made of mud. He used to ride a donkey not a horse. he forgave all people who hurt him. He made a country from separate tribes. He teaches people manners and to care for each other. He was a perfect stage blue figure.
