  2. @Leo Gura Oh, sorry I keep forgetting that
  3. @Leo Gura Ok, thanks!
  4. @Leo Gura That good?
  5. It is not about what is being said, it is about what is being experienced. Don't follow such anal rules.
  6. @Tobia Lol, there is a difference between a king and a dictator. Of course it will sell weapons to authoritarians, these countries need weapons to defend themselves against other countries, dah. Also, it makes a very huge portion of The Us economy. If they don't buy weapons from the US they will buy them from Russia.
  7. @Schizophonia thanks, lool like LSD is the way.
  8. @Schizophonia How does it compare to LSD if you tired it?
  9. @Schizophonia hmm, I don't like physical stuff, I want something to rape my mind spiritually
  10. @Davino I read about another woman guru from Kashmir, what was her name? Yeah, Lal Ded. She left her family and adopted the monk life which people refused profoundly but she didn't care. She was as awake as it comes. Here are some quotes from her: "I have discovered the Divine within my own heart. I have realized that He is not confined to temples or holy places. He resides in the purity of my thoughts, in the love that flows through my actions, and in the silence of my soul. The true pilgrimage is the journey within, where I dissolve in the infinite ocean of divine consciousness." "In this world of illusions and attachments, I have learned the art of detachment. I have let go of my ego, my desires, and my identification with this temporary body. I have realized that true freedom lies in surrendering to the will of the Divine. In the emptiness of self, I have found the fullness of God." "Do not be fooled by the trappings of external rituals and ceremonies. The true worship is not in the external offerings but in the purity of the heart. Cultivate love, compassion, and selflessness. Let your actions be an expression of devotion. The true temple is the temple of your heart, where the Divine resides." "The world is a mirror, reflecting back to you your own thoughts and intentions. If you see beauty and goodness, it is because you have cultivated those qualities within yourself. If you see ugliness and strife, it is a reflection of the darkness within. Purify your own heart and watch as the world transforms before your eyes." "Awaken from the slumber of ignorance and realize your true nature. You are not the body, nor the mind, nor the roles you play in this world. You are the eternal soul, a spark of divine consciousness. Realize this truth and be free from the chains of suffering. Dive deep within and discover the eternal truth that sets you free."
  11. Maybe for you, but for others it is not. There is a reason why marriage is popular even in Western societies, it is not just a formality to most people, they need it to keep faithful to each other. At least you can take it just as a metaphorical sign that we really want each other.
  12. @davecraw Do you have evidence that anything is real and not imaginary? It is all shapes and colors and feelings in your experience but what is the real substance of all of this, what is the real context behind all of this? nonduality has some profound philosophy behind it but in the end, it all boils down to direct experience. If you want to "go back in time" for example, you don't change the date, that would be silly, what you do is start imagining everything in the past. if you want to go back to Egypt in 5000 BC, you don't invent the time machine that takes you there, you change your experience from this one in the 21st century to that one in Egypt, and Tada, you are there. You see, the past doesn't really exist, what exists are things that happen in your direct experience at this eternal moment. Every second passes and you are still there, here and now, just things change nothing more. All there is, is now, not the past, not the future, it is now only. Nah, this post was not created in the past, it is created here now as long as I am able to see it, and what I also see is the information that tells me that it happened in the "past", but it happening here in front of my eyes, once I take my eyes off it, it stops existing. I am the one who is generating the post and you. But Obviously, Reality is made in such a way that is consequential and connected and "real" that it makes you believe that the past is really there and you are just a small part of this materialistic universe.
  13. This artist makes me feel that many Western artists are so overrated. This a site with all of his work. https://l.instagram.com/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ffotografia.islamoriente.com%2Far%2Fgallery%2Fminiatures-prof-m-farshchian%23&e=AT31Z8LsUfTucW0m5BWafB81GItJNkWOgLdHuJPGcFp29glTjt6iNj2tRM4ZW6A7awnjaHgDvEJ3Wk4lulKVhcuaKoYElj9kswogsdHmhPCZmkthb1ON0C3d75-_E5PnUo7Rmo2Mc7V1pe-EMziq71rHsbMf0Av9nkF1CA These ones are beautiful (I just started looking through his art)
  14. Dude, when you are serious about a relationship, you should Be Serious, no going back or this relationship is not that good in the first place. Marriage is that point in a relationship, that partners become really serious about it, not getting married is sign of weakness of the relationship at this point. Your partner supports you psychologically, physically, and financially. They deserve a bit of compensation for their investment in each other, right?
  15. @davecraw It is simple, you are imagining everything including your limited body and your persona and all the other things around you too. You are living in an infinite room imagining everything, you exist alone. Now everybody does exactly like that. everyone Is their own God that exists alone.
  16. @davecraw You exist alone as God, I exist alone as God. You are imagining all the people around you including me, I am imagining all the people around me including you.
  17. Guys, I am at the end of a trip and I am a little manic right now. So I don't know am I overrating him? or is he that good?
