  1. @Someone here I will join the team of critics stating that you are the member who engages most in mental masturbation here.
  2. @iceprincess Antibiotic for a week is nothing. You probably need to take antibiotics for months before your microbiome get destroyed.
  3. @StarStruck Try adding legumes to your diet, they are the best. Lentils, Fava beans, white beans, chickpeas are all great.
  4. @Leo Gura But we have many respected journals that won't allow biased or false research to be published. Also, the data needs to be reproduced and verified by other researchers before it is consideredas a fact. So what do you think about this?
  5. @Emissary I ended up doing 3 ho pcp again and it was great. I don't know why it was bad in the previous two times.
  6. I made this post a while ago
  7. Could you describe how holing felt like?
  8. Spirituality like your experience made me feel other's pain tremendously. This may affected me negatively at first, but then spirituality taught me to be cold as a rock. I am now a very warm person but also very cold at the same time. I just accept that suffering is part of life and in many situations we cannot do something about it. The trick is not trying to eliminate others suffering, you just feel it and accept it.
  9. @Davino Have you tried it sublingual? they say it is much more tolerable that way.
  10. @Girzo Oh sorry, it is selective not reversible, but still it doesn't require dietary restrictions.
  11. This is wrong. Selegiline is a reversible MAOi and it doesn't require dietary restrictions. I read this piece of information in a medical book recently.
  12. @Girzo Dude, No need to be aggressive I know what I am talking about. It is a well-known fact that reversible MAOIs don't require dietary restrictions. Hell, I took harmala with antidepressants multiple times without the slightest problem. And ChatGPT is accurate in more than 90% of cases. So maybe you are the one who needs to check their information.
  13. @Girzo From chatgpt "Yes, reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) typically do not require strict dietary restrictions. Reversible MAOIs, also known as RIMAs, are a newer generation of MAOIs that have a more selective and reversible action on the monoamine oxidase enzyme. Unlike the older, irreversible MAOIs (such as phenelzine and tranylcypromine), reversible MAOIs have a reduced risk of certain food and drug interactions. The dietary restrictions associated with irreversible MAOIs are necessary because they can inhibit the breakdown of tyramine, a substance found in certain foods. When tyramine is not effectively broken down, it can lead to a sudden and dangerous increase in blood pressure, known as a hypertensive crisis. However, with reversible MAOIs like moclobemide, dietary restrictions are generally less stringent. The risk of a hypertensive crisis caused by tyramine-rich foods is significantly lower, although some caution may still be advised. It is generally recommended to follow a balanced and healthy diet, but complete avoidance of specific foods is not typically required. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional or pharmacist for specific guidance regarding dietary considerations while taking any medication, including reversible MAOIs. They can provide individualized recommendations based on the specific medication, dosage, and your unique health circumstances."
  14. @Girzo I am pretty sure about this information. Reversible MAOis don't require dietary restrictions. See seligiline drug for example.
  15. It doesn't require any dietry restriction because it is a reversible MAOi
  16. @Chives99 wishing you a safe and wonderful trip! pls report when you are back from being a glass of orange juice

  18. @shahryar Muhammad didn't need any psychedelics. When your brain is capable of imagining angels, heavnes and hells and recieving divine transmissions, you defneintely don't need psychedelics. The Cedra tree is defenitely not psychoactive. People use its oil here in my country all the time.
  19. @Princess Arabia I prefer I will over I am because in most cases you are not yet what you claim to be. I will, give a vision, something to seek and to work forward to.
  20. @trenton Let your affirmations be positive. Instead of saying these negative things and filling your head with fears, start saying positive things to yourself, like "I will be an amazing person. I will not hurt anyone. I will be a responsible individual. I will live a great life.". These affirmations are healthier than than negative ones.
  21. Did you end up doing it again after that video you released? you only did a low dose in that one, so I am guessing you tried higher doses then/
  22. @Ramanujan Watch some TV series and try to adopt the player guy attitude. I suggest The protagonist in Calfornication, and Andie in a series called Weeds.
  23. Last night I felt an uncomfortable kind of energitic feeling in my tommy, like some kind of a node, And I realized it is always has been there recently in some way or another. So I tried to let the energy flow through my body and through that "node" and I felt much better. I felt instantly more energetic and more cheerful and my baseline anxiety is much lower. I think I have a problem with energetic blockage, so your tips guys?
  24. @Breakingthewall Yeah I am aware they are caused by fear. I have this fear of falsehood, stupidity and evil. Everytime I see something like conspiracy theories and right wing stupid stuff, I get this bad sensation in my abdomen and I tend to avoid them. I fear that I will not be able to defend truth against falsehood. That's my main fear these days. I try to let go of this fear everyday but it sticks hard.
  25. What did he say about OCD? Could you give me the time mark for it?
