Ahhhh, what a relief, I am feeling myself again. I tried many SSRIs, an SNRI, and a tricyclic antidepressant with no use, it was like drinking water or worse. Now, I started taking another antidepressant a week ago that works on dopamine rather than serotonin called bupropion, and the effects are amazing. I started taking it with DXM as it potentiates its effect and makes the onset quicker. It looks like my brain was deficient in dopamine, not serotonin.

So I have something bothering me about God's intelligence. I basically assume that God blew the big bang and then allowed everything to organize itself through billions and billions of years. So basically time + randomness equal organization. So a cell and it is very complex subcellular functions is the result of random chemicals organzing themselves into organic matter and organic matter organizing themselves into basic bacteria and bacteria into something more complex until we end up with cells. I understand God's intelligence in the terms that he designed how everything in reality looks like. It designed how an apple look like for example, and it requires insane creativity to do so,cto come up with an apple design out of nowhere, becuase there is nothing else to derive your design from in the first place. Now how much creativity does it require to design every element in the universe? A lot I think ? But you cannot deny that randomness is a very fundemtnal aspect of reality and it basically behind every organized and complex structure. So it is very intelligent and very dumb at the same time. It is intelligent in how a crude and dumb mechanism can come up with such complex and diverse structures. But still there is something that is still bothering me.

Then how does reality then operate? hydrogen and helium Atoms randomly hitting each other until they make other elements. Other elements make dust, dust makes stars, stars blow up and turn into stardust, stardust gives rise to planets, etc...

This is like denying that things are made of atoms. It is a true statement from the absolute perspective, but you cannot deny the relative perspective too.

@Leo Gura How does evolution happens if not for randomness? You can say that there is a higher purpose or intelligence behind everything but you cannot deny randomness.

The drug combination I finally got is so Great. My mood is more stable, less anxiety and less OCD. I started hitting the gym too. A couple of days back I passed an important exam and should start my first Job soon. Sometimes, I got a bit depressed or O get some nasty anxiety (for no reason) but it lasts for a couple of hours, maybe a day maximum, but I learned to accpet them, knowing it will pass. The drug combination I use is: Bupropion 300mg for my bipolar depression Fluvoxamine 100mg for anxiety and OCD Lamotrigine 200mg as a mood stabilizer

You can drink malt beverages. It is like beer with no alcohol and less offensive taste.
