"The practice of concentration is almost identical to the practice of concentrative meditation with only one fundamental difference. When you practice concentrative meditation, you allow yourself to slip into a state of ascending consciousness. While doing the yogic practice of concentration, however, the sole focus is to improve the duration and quality of your concentration (which you can then use to enjoy better meditation)." "For example, let’s say you hold a session of concentration for ten minutes. During those ten minutes, you should be alert, in one posture – still like a rock or tree, focusing keenly on the object of concentration and trying your utmost to maintain lucidity. Maintaining lucidity means that your mind may become dizzy, or the image of visualization has disappeared, or the sound of the mantra just got lost in distractions and deviations. At that time you remind yourself of your resolve to concentrate and bring back your mind to the object of concentration; this is lucidity." Om Swami Watch this video if you want to more depth.

@integral Make her eat some liver for god sake That's way too low. Only 10-15 % of Iron in iron supplements gets absorbed. But she can normalize over a long period if her anemia is not that bad. But she also needs to fill her Iron stores after normalizing her blood Iron, so this may take a long time at this rate.

@Jason Actualization cool but veggies are tasty
-
@Jason Actualization Vegetables and fruits are more than fiber. They contain lots of antioxidants. And fiber is not just fiber, it is a food to gut's bacteria which makes lots of essential antioxidants, vitamins and other benefical compunds, like short chain fatty acid.

@Rahul yadav Could you describe your experience with Kriya yoga? Also, read that cutting the frenulum may affect your speech. Even if it is a rare thing, it is too risky. -
No vegetables, fruits? Fiberrrrr

You played the first one? I beated everything on extreme difficulty 😁
-
The first game was one of the best games, I have ever played in my life. Put yourself in the shoes of the Leader of one of the last remaining cities amidst a climate catastrophe. Make difficult decisions, send kids to the mines, mix food with wood dust, make extended shifts, use religion to control people, etc. The second game will be on a much larger scale.

My father asked me yesterday, "what would happen If I take this paper (acid), you take? Would I go to the street running naked while screaming?" I giggled and said maybe, depends on you but yeah, maybe you would.

What do you think about this new attitude? This is not only in France but in other EU Countries. I think This is a more mature approach to the problem of immigration. For example, migrants who commit crimes will now be deported from the host country. Sweden for example, has a very high crimes rate because Armanian and Albanian immigrants isolated themselves from society and formed hostile gangs.

Yeah, it works differently in some people. For me, LSD is much more powerful than 5 meo or this is what I believe for now.

@Leo Gura Why not use high-quality noise-canceling ear buds instead of earplugs? You can turn off the function at will when you want to talk to people.

You cannot easily search for posts. you must search tens of pages before you find what you want, I think you should find another way of organizing your blog.

@BlueOak @BlueOak Wow, nice analysis, thanks. This challenges a lot of assumptions I had.

Ukraine offered neutrality? I don't think so. This was Putin's main concern and demand.
-
Engaging in war will weaken your economy for years if not decades and will destroy your infrastructure. I don't know How Ukranian leaders saw it as a wise choice not to drop the idea of joining NATO after Putin threatened to invade.
