  1. There is only a past or future because you are using thought in the now to create it. Try it for yourself and see what happens.
  2. Has nothing to do with visual field. Completely blind people aren't relying on sight to be conscious. It's just the awareness of what is. It couldn't possibly be any other way.
  3. God-realization is quickly approaching meme status at this point. Do people think you really just watch a video, think about it for a few minutes, and then breakthrough? LOL
  4. When I take LSD my visual field feels smoother, vibrant, and has a “60 FPS” feel. But I don’t quite get the “absolute” part you’re referring to. Is it describable or only something experienced with 5-Meo?
  5. Being very open minded encompasses most of the other qualities I like in a girl (or person at all). If the person isn’t open minded there’s a a whole host of issues that will rear their head eventually. But someone who isn’t quick to judgment and is open minded is so much easier to work with and fix whatever issues that come up.
  6. He has a lot of growing up to do. He will get there, just not with you. Break it off
  7. Thank you for fixing the page loading issue. It was so slow and pages were crashing so often (not just today) that it made using this forum a bit of a pain and I lost some posts I had typed up. Now everything loads efficiently!
  8. Who are some examples of current fake Gurus?
  9. Have you tried organic pasture raised eggs? I buy these even though they are expensive, but they seem so much healthier and better than normal eggs. Whether I scramble them or fry them the consistency is so different from your typical egg.
  10. How many of you guys masturbate without any external material? Or have at least tried it? It's one thing I find myself being a bit disappointed in. Unless I'm aggressively horny it's difficult to do, but it shows how dependent I've become on needing these insane levels of stimulation. I don't even mean porn because I rarely watch it, but even just pictures of instagram models.
  11. For the average person who doesn't want to throw away their materialist life for extended periods of time, popping 1/2 a tab of LSD or some mushrooms every couple of months is going to get you a hell of a lot further than simply trying to meditate for 30 minutes a day after work. Most people don't even think they have the time to do that! I then meditate to build on top of the trips. This is my technique and it has allowed me to keep things in balance although it's no where near the most efficient way to get to higher states of consciousness. I totally empathize with people when they tell me they would like to meditate more, but feel too anxious and can't sit still. If I didn't blast through all those beginner phases of meditation with psychedelics I would still be struggling with it.
  12. For me if I ever notice myself sitting there with my thumbs on the keyboard contemplating what to text I already know I've failed. The inauthenticity comes through and girls somehow are able to pick up on it. The best response rates I get are with messages I send without having to think about what I just sent and without picturing how I think the girl is going to react to it. Low investment is the only way to do this.
  13. Agreed. It's not a game. You are literally toying with survival every time you go deep into this work. Even at my age after using psychedelics for several years I have to catch myself from going too deep and too fast down the rabbit hole because I can feel it affecting my survival (relationships, social skills, finances). Pursuing truth at all costs does not come without consequence. If you do this be prepared that any number of things can happen. It might set you up for the path that benefits you and creates the life you want or you'll end up psychotic and on the streets because your entire concept of reality started unraveling and you weren't able to get a grip on it. I've read hundreds upon hundreds of trip reports on Reddit from kids in the 15-20 range that underestimated the substance and screwed up their life for a portion of time and still deal with lasting effects. Not giving you this information to scare you. If you think you're ready then that's that.
  14. @impulse9 I guess I could see that. Who has time to question the fabric of the illusion of your coffee table when you don’t know if you can pay the electric bill or why the guy you like left you on read
  15. Do most people feel completely mind fucked by reality itself or does it not even cross their mind? Sometimes I'll just be walking around my apartment and then have to stop and feel the need to look around or at an object. And just wonder what the hell is going on or how this object is even being perceived by me. At times it can feel super overwhelming just taking in the vastness of what is happening in this moment. It can even make me feel like I'm going insane sometimes.
  16. I didn't take any psychs until I was 28. I could have started a few years earlier, but I'm glad nothing earlier than that. I needed the life experience to ground myself that I wouldn't have had prior to that. You might be fine taking them at 16, but you have to be ready to deal with the potential consequences as well which could be much harder to get a grasp on at a young age.
  17. @Terell Kirby what kind of ways have you found to combine them both synergistically?
  18. If I do it with my eyes closed I tend to get dizzy and nauseous.
  19. I agree about taking breaks during the process. I feel myself still putting up resistance because I have attachments I’m not ready to give up yet. I knowingly try to stick my head in the sand, but it’s fucking scary because even when I tell myself to do this it feels as though I’m caught in a river and now it’s too late to get out even if I want to.
  20. Integrating everything I learn. It’s so easy to have all the nice feelings and exist purely in the moment when things are going well. But when external reality decides it’s time to fuck you 5 different ways all at the same time that’s where the real test is.
  21. The way I have started to see things is that I would have made the exact same decisions as everyone else if I was given their same life circumstances. There can be no judgement as a result of this. As much as the ego wants to criticize someone for doing something that it thinks it would NEVER do…this is false.
  22. @Jakuchu I don't think I have ever had the slightest bit of nausea with any psychedelic or drug I've ingested with the except of alcohol edit: actually add tobacco to the exception list
  23. Yes he was saying something along the lines that a lot of the suffering mankind goes through is unnecessary because we could advance civilization and technology at a much faster rate if more people dedicated their energy to sciences. No more mindless jobs that could be performed by AI. The result of that would inevitably allow people to begin thinking beyond just materialism. I see this as stage Yellow thinking.
  24. He's very wise. Have listened to a bunch of his stuff. Seems very SD-Yellow
  25. @Mason Riggle People need to be completely honest with themselves. I think some hear Leo's words and they like the way they sound so they unknowingly adopt them as a belief and mistake it for knowing. It's like if you had never heard of a camel and someone told you such a thing exists, but they couldn't use words to describe what it was. This would have little impact on you. You would have to go see one for yourself to truly get it. Then words of description wouldn't even be necessary.
