  1. How can someone meditate for 1h without falling asleep at some point. I’m asking because I really want to try it someday.

I just watched leo’s video ( why men cheat ) but i can’t understand why everything is about sex.. can’t i just live my life in peace why should i care how i’ll look in men’s eyes why should i care of anything, i just wanna be happy, sex is good and important in relationships, but is really another beautiful girl with a really nice body gonna make a man fall in love with her even tho his girlfriend is sweet and funny and all the good stuff? Is men really that dumb ? How much it’ll take them to find that perfect girlfriend that she won’t push them look for other women or to have sex with others .. all of this is just non sense, sure dumb men will do that. And to me i don’t really trust men, men can do anything.. but what makes me question if is this real is that a straight male friend that i have once told me that he doesn’t care about sex, masturbation, girls.. he told me if a really beautiful girl that is literally so gorgeous and with a really nice body stood up naked in front of him he won’t be interested in her, i mean yeah same for me that’s the thoughts i have too, but he’s a man so that explains that there’s men who won’t fall easy for a girl if they'll chose not to. There’s for sure a lot of guys who are like him but not everyone’s is like that. But i believe men will get tired for looking for women with high values, when they’ll start being mature. It's nice to find a girlfriend in your type but there's things more interesting than chasing girls and looking for the best.

Hii so i did all the techniques from your videos for 20 min each technique each month, but i don’t know yet when i should expand the time and what meditation should i do after that i have finished the month of the advanced technique, i still do that technique after weeks from finishing it cause i kinda feel that it’s the hardest technique to know if you’re doing it right or to understand it well. What i do is i sit and notice that everything that comes up at any time is content but lately i wasn’t feeling that good, too much stress so i kept getting lost in my thoughts but i bring myself back and get lost in my thoughts again, and try to bring myself back again but it’s not something to worry about. I just want to know what awareness really is you said in your video to open ourselves to the question of « what’s awareness anyway?» so sometimes during my meditation i ask myself that question but isn’t asking myself and trying to find an answer is a content itself? since I’m going to think of it? But i kinda know what awareness is, i feel like I’m the awareness itself cause without my soul my body wouldn’t notice anything or feel anything or hear anything, the awareness is me and even tho i know that i still don’t understand why when i’m aware of that awareness, it just feels like I’m looking at something from a third person like if it’s something inside my body but it’s not me. It is really hard to explain, can you tell me what do you think and i’d like to know what meditation should i start doing next Thank you
  6. I’m just a bit confused i saw some people talking about their experiences like how their eye color have changed, lightened and it just seems kinda weird to me. How can you change your eye color. It is determined by genes?

I can’t see the white dot it’s been days that I’m trying i really wished i can see it i would be extremely happy lol but thanks i think i’ll just keep trying and i’ll update you when i’ll be able to visualize it, and i’ll try the technique you talked about too
  8. Will i be able to visualize after watching one video or more? I started watching a video yesterday but i couldn’t visualize, i only saw black and i kind of give up..

I have some more questions if you don’t mind! 2- So how can i escape the channel-content ? 3- I tried focusing on my breath but i feel like i don’t really pay much attention on the content since it’s the one that i should be noticing when being aware of my awareness, or does breathing leads me to being aware of my awareness? I’m sorry This technique is confusing me a bit
  10. I only did 1 month for the advanced technique but I’m still doing it after some days of finishing it. Which meditation should i do next?

I’m in the advanced technique, Here’s some questions that i have: If i hear two person’s talking next to me should i keep listening to them and keep up with their conversation knowing it’s a content? Is there a way to escape Content? ( i personally don’t think so xD) If i focused on my breathing would it look like i’m trying to escape the content by concentrating on something else? If my mind goes blank should i remind myself of awareness and go back to being aware of awareness again and hear/feel all the things that are happening or just be aware that my mind is blank? Thank you

  13. I always wanted to ask this question, because sometimes when I finish meditating I feel tired and I sleep after, should i meditate one more time after woking up or it’s just okay? Thank you
  14. I won’t talk about my past cuz I’ve been addicted to masturbating, but in the end i just realized that it’s really useless and a waste of time. And what’s the point in having a gf if you’re going to masturbate or want to fuck other girls anyway? It’s better to leave that girl if you can’t stop, i’m sure you’ll realize the same thing soon or later
