@Carl-Richard Proper communication through words always has some hidden "premises" and it is even impossible to avoid all of them and this is the point where the one who is receiving the message must try to understand what the other one wanted to point out and not listen/read everything as it was written/ spoken. HAHAHAHAHAHHAH!!!!!!! you got it wrong, because there is no one to wake up. AAHAHAHAHAH so hilarious (this was joke) As you can see even your messages have hidden "premises", but all I should do is to try to understand what was tried to be communicated rather than address immaterialities. That is what healthy and working commication is - trying honestly understand what the other one is trying to say and not point all seemingly wrong "premises". And I don't know how you see this conversation, but at least for me I understand these things of everything is automatical, because there is no you, only thing exists is this movie so others don't exist and point of life is to be happy which means to accept present moment as it is. I wasn't originally even talking about these things, but I just wanted to point out that enlightenment does not stop you from dating. (yeah there is no I/you to date, but just try to understand what was being said and don't go for wordplay)

@lmfao Things that you aren't aware won't affect you and when they affect you that's the exact point you are aware of them. It's not like things are happening in the "background". Things you aren't aware do not exist, but maybe in your thoughts and that is also something you are aware so it's pretty simple - Don't believe to anything except this moment. Ta - da. @Federico del pueblo It's even more mindfucking! They are happening simultaneously and separated at the same time. Only thing that exist is this movie where these words are happening on the screen, but that does not say that you couldn't have "time travel connection" to "future or into past" to yourself through this communication. So this message that you receive is your own message that you either recorded to yourself or then what you say to "me" here is your recording to yourself into future.

@Carl-Richard When everything is automatical I wouldn't call that desire anymore, but my question is that how what you said had anything to do with my response. I agree with these little "pointers" you try to give, but my point was just that you don't need "I" or even "other" to relationship. It's not like after enlightenment you would stop doing anything, but how I see it is that you start to do even more things, because you see beauty in everything. My approach is that you should awaken in one way or other one asap and then enjoy beautiful life without constant thoughts of things you "need" to do. Enlightenment does not rob your life purpose, but if done correctly it boosts it and makes it even more clear. It's skill of making things important and meaningfull even if it would be unimportant and meaningless in absolute level. Remember that the "game" on this forum is not to make as many responses as possible, but to have high quality in every response and topic opener. One rule in this forum is that topic starters with little content is being locked, but with this logic you should lock yourself from answering, because you are doing it right NOW. Short funny-smart responses are great in meme/joke section, but they have little use in actually helping someone so I would suggest you to add little more content to answers other than one sentence. @vladorion If you could dream all possible dreams at the same time that would mean that after your dream ends there are no dreams left to be had. I have said that many times and I will repeat. Every answer can be found from direct "experience" right NOW. How many lives you live right NOW? That would be "proof" for you that the movie that is happening right NOW is only movie happening right NOW and others are just thoughts in this one. But how I can see others doing their activity then? Remember that you also see other dream characters doing whatever they do when you are having dream at night, but that still does not mean that they have their own experience. Why would there be dreams happening simultaneously, because you couldn't see them anyways without "experiencing" them one at the time.

@Carl-Richard Remember that desires are only outcome of unacceptance of this moment and when you love present moment no matter what the desires cease to exist. My opinion is that you shouldn't even fulfill your dating desires when in relationship, because that way you become too needy and the whole relationship is unhealthy and most like it won't last for a long.

@Carl-Richard Agree even on this one, but still what's wrong about the movie about dating and how that is better or worse than movie about anything else. And as movie I mean the "experience" that is HERE and NOW. So the thing I try to point out is that spirituality doesn't destroy things you can do, but just enchanses them to something way better.

@Carl-Richard Yeah, but still who said that you need someone else to date. Actually I would say that when at least one in relationship is enlightened it works better.

Day 12 Now I recognized that the reason for no progress is that I have been too exhausted and my whole body has been very stiff. To be honest I don't even understand the reason, but maybe couple of days break could do good, but I just wouldn't want to take break when I just started. Maybe I could learn some hand moves or something for future days. Time danced: 6,5 hours

@Prakhar Exactly! Dating and socialization overall show you the things that you can work with spirituality. I wouldn't call spirituality as different thing from "normal" life and what spirituality just means is to do things that make you on average to have more happiness. At least starting meditating asap helps with everything regardless if it is "spiritual" or not. Most spiritual thing is to see divitiny in mundane.

@WokeBloke Don't you understand that both of our perspectives exist, but not in the same time so it is like first night dreaming as bear talking to rabbit and everything around you is illusion and no one else is conscious, but second night dreaming as rabbit talking to bear and everything is illusion again and you are the only one conscious. Trap is to believe that both of these dreams happen simultaneously same night. Hope that this helps you.

@WokeBloke As I told you in discord call I am fake from your point of view and you are fake from my point of view, because actually we don't exist at the same time. It's replay again and again from different "perspectives". So when I am there where you are NOW then in that moment everything is "your" imagination and therefore "others" don't have their own perspective. Also could you finally answer to me why you suddenly started ignoring me. Because I would like to know if I said something wrong, because you left the discord call during my speech. And if you did it, because of your stress then I understand, but if that is the case then as you - as I am actually - I would stop asking these questions, because they lead to the same conclusion I told you before. How long it takes, to that I can't answer : )

@machiavelli I agree that it is little bit sad that Leo suddenly changed his whole youtube channel first to lower spiral dynamics teachings and having this break for couple of months NOW. Thing just is that actually I have been watching Leo's and Frank Yang's content as an entertainment and NOW both are taking break at least for a while. Still what I want to you to understand is that actually all your answers can be found from present moment which we also call as HERE and NOW. Tell me what are the things that you try to attain from the course or from Leo overall and maybe I can help you to reach those goals without Leo's teaching and that way your happiness increases and addiction to Leo or to other spiritual gurus falls away :) -joNi-

@Barbara My strenght in spirituality and life is that I found happiness from action and I don't need anything else, but just to do that which I am doing at the very moment. Based on what I said I suggest just basic mindfulness around the day and trying to close the gap between meditation and outside of meditation (mindfulness). What is the point of doing anything if that which you do does not increase your overall happiness (acceptance).

@Antor8188 To all these kind of questions I would suggest the one who asks to try it for themself and see does it work. Why would you believe that which someone else tells you? Also even if it does or not work for the one who answers then maybe it is different case for you. Anyway if you decide to try it then believe to that which you say and don't just repeat it like mantra without thinking about it.

Day 11 NOW it seems like I am not doing progress, but that may be mental thing. Last 2 dancing hours have felt like the same without too much difference. I mean of course someone could say that at least I am solid. But as I know progress is not linear ever. It would feel better maybe to train once or twice with professional dancer. Maybe it is soon time just to record my dancing and see the things that need fine adjusting. The most important thing is that I having fun while dancing! : ) Time danced: 6 hours

@PepperBlossoms You need to love self-expression, truth and yourself so much that you can't, but speak up. One way is to attain stupidly high amount of knowledge about one subject and then explain that to others and have conversation about that one. When you know you are right and when the topic is important enough then even the most introverted shy guy will open up to speak : )

@Yali We need to make distinction between physically destroying body and experiencing spiritual insight of no-self which means to lose sense of self aka ego, I, perceiver and doer. No one teaches you to kill your physical body and that is not spiritual practise, but plain stupidity and misunderstanding of the teach.

@JosephKnecht Exactly! Thing is that most people think that loving the thing that is benefical to them is the best love, but actually in relative sense you need more effort to love the thing that is harmful for you and therefore you need stronger love to accomplish that. Best life advice is to love present moment as it is and that way you live always in "heaven" instead of suffering in "hell". People just need to understand that heaven and hell aren't just locations somewhere else, but actually the place you live in right NOW. You decide how you want to describe your own golden home : )

@itachi uchiha If you say that this present moment is real and when you are "sleeping" at night and that dream is unreal. What if you just thought that the dream is real one? I am just pointing that you decide for yourself where you "believe" and where not. What is "TRUTH" is that which remains after all thoughts and beliefs have been taken away. There is always battle between good and good. Bad is only the other good that you see as bad, because it is harmful for you, but if you would ask the other good one (s)he would see her/himself as good also and see you as bad. You love your own things so much that you defend them till the point that in other perspective they need to defend themselfes from you. Good example of that is war. You love your own nation that much that you want to make it stronger, bigger, wealthier, healthier etc. so much that it causes problems to another country that is trying to do that exact same thing from their point of perspective. War is just 2 or more countries defending themselfes from each others. Problem is that they don't see that optimal solution would be to collaborate.

@itachi uchiha I don't even understand how this question relates to the main topic, but why would I deny or believe to "god". Just watch present moment and find it from HERE and NOW. Definition of word believe is to claim something true or untrue without knowing. Also what means true is another conversation which outcome is to understand that, that is true which you decide it to be.

@itachi uchiha Its not only about looking from non-dual perspective, but just pointing that maybe that which is said in that video and what you seem to share on this forum may be just only thoughts and more thoughts. What if they just made ad without thinking too much about these little parts and then watcher sees it as evil, but actually they didn't even think about it. For example the part where kids were "hypnotized" watching these snakes and other animals may just be idea to show how good that metaverse is, because you can't stop thinking about it.

@itachi uchiha @vizual My question is that why people all the time try to twist, generate and combine meanings, because what if there was none, without your mind first imagining them. Of course you can NOW come in conclusion that I am the evil itself, because I try to cover these things. My suggestion is that maybe you should focus more building your life, normal spiritual work and enjoying the life. Top of that - like Leo has made video about evil - evil doesn't exist, but only in our minds. That which is harmful for our survival, thoughts and values is seen as devil. Without your mind first coming to all possible conclusions you could be very calm and knowing that everything is absolutely perfection and good.

Day 9 & 10 I learned that I need to point my shoulder same direction where I am dancing with my feet. That gives dance more style and energy. I tried also implement my hips little bit more to my dance. Also I have tried to eat more and that have helped with my energy levels. My feet are constantly little bit sore so maybe I could go to sauna and that could recover them faster. Nothing too speacial these days. Time danced: 5,5 hours Dance moves learned: I won't count anymore, because there are so many own moves so I can't keep a record of them.

Add on to my answer is that it does not matter what teacher courses you take, because everything is still about your own knowledge of the thing. So personal experience is the key word here. If you want to be teacher for big audience or even just 1 on 1, you need great voice so you have good authority. As I said taking action is the most important thing and therefore you could just NOW start practising confidence and clear commucation. Clear communication comes when you know exactly the topic you are going to teach. To that you need to explain the thing couple of times to other people so you see what are the common misunderstandings and responses. Also top of that you should order the mind illuminated book, because it may have new insights to you. Still I say that just explore that field for yourself so well that you can guide others on the way by ease. Guide with map in his/her mind is always greater than guide with a map.

@Matt23 What spiritual background you have? What practises have you done and how much? What is exactly the thing that you want out of meditation teacher training courses? And NOW when I read the thing again I got thougth that did you mean meditation course for you or course to become meditation teacher.
