  1. living consciously can be a lonely road. My path has recently lead me into a lot of solitude. I have the ability to be more social but I am hesitant to take that as a reactionary step. I know long-term loneliness is detrimental to health, and even short-term loneliness can reduce and drive. But I still wonder if it is better to face loneliness head on as if it is a hump that I will get over. But that is a gamble and I suspect it is more than just a hump and would eventually lead to burn out. I think too about de-addicting myself from the idea of dating women, and having attention from them, but I suspect this to be all but impossible without serious Love as a constant in your life. Does anyone have experience with this?
  2. A blog post at least please, so we don't miss the report!
  3. @inFlow True. I've decided to engage with women more. I simply will never be able to move forward much without going through more exposure to women/dating. too much psychological energy there to ignore, but that means a lot of growth potential too, amidst the roller coaster ride that it is.
  4. Yeah, no-matter where you are there will seem a shortage of conscious people. But the fact that you exist means there must be people of similar consciousness somewhere in the general area. At least I like to think.
  5. @Shawn Philips I feel you. I have no intention of decreasing my ability to become more conscious by becoming too worldly, but I also see how relationships can make you more conscious and loving, and that maybe the universe will find a way to serve me the right type of relationship that actually enhances my understanding and consciousness rather than sucking it out. I don't doubt the intelligence of the universe.
  6. Good for you And so much more growth is coming. more light of consciousness and more and more
  7. It is a difficult journey indeed. This was a good monologue. wishing you luck on your journey going forward. my advice - a good way to move forward is to no longer pose life as a problem to be solved. drop the fight and work with the flow of life. feel your inner excitement toward whatever simple activities you enjoy and engage in those as if being yourself. Slowly passion begins to build around the things you find yourself engaging in. slowly you will find yourself with more time than you thought to be engaging in these passions, and eventually more resources as well. A purpose naturally begins to spring out passion as it is in the nature of passion to seek to be shared with others. But it should not be forced. It will be a possibility that you realize more than a problem of "How can I impact the world". The ego cannot win in a fight against the flow of the eternal Dao.
  8. @Thought Art makes sense if you used it chronically. I think it should be used like a psychedelic. Once in a while and to contemplate. Personally I become so philosophical on weed I never do it except when i seriously need a perspective shift. It is too taxing, kind of like a big trip.
  9. Stop caring what happens to you and stop demanding that things go a certain way. Be open to anything. Understand that God is with you and the truth can only bring good things to you. Let God bring things into and out of your life. God knows what you need. Don't make decisions based on what will prop up your ego or make it feel unafraid. Be yourself and do what you fancy, moment to moment. Don't take anyone's advice except your own, based on what you see to be true. Drop your philosophy for how to live a good life no matter how right you think it is. Don't intentionally lie to yourself or anyone else in any way. Don't feel obligated to anyone in any way, nor them to you. Don't believe anything that limits you, acting as if that serves you. Don't believe things based on authority, especially if you have not verified it yourself. Observe inner and outer and let learning be your modus operandum.
  10. I simply become a different consciousness on weed edibles, giving me access to insights and perspectives inaccessible to the perspective of "me" in sober state. The problem I have is it gives me an incomplete awakening. I see the illusory nature of reality, but don't wake up the the Love or the completeness of God so it can seem like reality is an unfriendly place. it is way too heady and thought loopy to the point where it tires me out. I took Delta 8 and I had the most insane though patterns that deconstructed my reality and left me feeling like I was being born into unlimited different realities all at once and each one felt completely meaningless because they were each trapped in eternal loneliness and meaninglessness because I was the only real consciousness. It was horrifying and felt like eternal doom. I will avoid Delta 8 and prefer Delta 9 because of this.
  11. What I mean is, if you have a job, and you see that your job benefits you because it puts food on your table, then you will on some level "fancy" or be excited about going to work because you love yourself. Now we also heap a bunch of junk on top of that and that's where the misery comes in. I could have explained this better, but when i say do what you fancy in every moment, I mean do what you internally feel is right, and btw, the feeling of excitement is best indicator of what is good for you that I personally know of.
  12. introduce a stack overflow section
  13. Of course it matters that she is not a dummy, but does it matter if she is not like super conscious and is just a pretty normal stage green-ish person? I have the personal goal of becoming very conscious, and I'm not sure how easy it is to find a very conscious girl where I am. I don't like big cities and don't want to move to one just for the girls. I'm wondering if a pretty normal girl will become a dead weight for the relationship.
  14. Leo is weird. Have you not noticed this. He is an anomaly. If pickup serves him then who are we to judge.I think most people should hardly be taking his personal development advice. Some people are could use pickup I think.
  15. yes, never fall for models of development as true. Never believe what you need is outside of yourself. You have an internal navigation system. Being yourself is more aligned with the truth than personal development and thus is better for you. It is just like lying. Better not to take even one step in that direction if you can help it.
  16. Easy balance is the formula by Bashar. I've been following the formula and it makes me feel safe taking actions that seem risky but are rewarding. It is like a navigation system for following your dreams and passions.
  17. Then let them do what they will. If you need to live in a more secluded place, that is okay. Some people live further from society and this is fine. If you think treatment will help your anger you can do that too, if YOU think it is a good idea. What is this idea of "Thriving in society" - i thought you said you didn't like society - so why would you want to thrive in it? I'm just pointing out the inconsistency in your logic here.
  18. Why are you trying to get unlost? you only feel lost because you are trying to get unlost. This is like always telling yourself that you are not where you should be. You are fine the way you are. Nothing needs to change. Relax and be who you are. Nothing bad will happen. Personal development and spiritual development are not your job. They are distractions from being yourself and just having fun. Realize you don't actually care about about what happens to you or what you do that much and you don't need to. Caring about these things is not your nature. Never take anyone's improvement advice ever again. You are only to be yourself and play in that. You are God playing. That is the only thing you are. simply enjoy your life and "growth" , which is nothing but changes in God's expression of itself will naturally happen, but you don't even need to care if it does or not. Life does not need to be meaningful, it just is here to be enjoyed and loved. Let yourself love yourself and you will see the happiness inherent in living.
  19. What I learned from trying to do pickup: Dance on the streets. Dance in your house. Dance in your mind. Dance in love with yourself. Take the real thing. Take the real thing. Take the real thing. Take your Love. AbunDANCE - I am it.
  20. From reading I thought you were 40 lol. That's cool you seem to be quite conscious for your age then. I am nearly 25 so also have plenty time, no plans for marriage or kids tho- I don't care for kids. I just remember having the thought when I took a weed edible -delusional or not- that I could never truly connect with a girl who does not do psychedelics. Consciousness is too deep and the insights too rich fro her to really understand my experience if I end up basting psychedelics and she is not. then again, I was high and I don't trust my high thoughts. Haven't really taken much psychedelics so I don't know yet. Sounds right. I want a relationship where we are not co-dependent but are helping each other be more of our true selves and sharing/celebrating our lives, not just sucking each others' dicks emotionally, pardon my French LOL
  21. Made this video, it is helpful for people who are no-longer motivated by shallow ish.
  22. I have read "The War of Art" and I experience first hand the resistance to acting on my passion. But why is there so much resistance? Why is it so painful to keep going? Is there a spiritual reason for it? A Psychological one? Like what is actually the cause of it being more difficult than ordinary work?
  23. Thanks. So you think it is more or less the ego being forced to give up selfishness? To see beyond itself to a larger vision of the real You? This would make sense I suppose. It really does feel like a spiritual practice in a way. I wonder if the resistance will keep increasing from here.
