Little bit off topic - in Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy this Pale Blue Dot was described by Ford Prefect as „Mostly Harmless”😂 - I truly love it! It takes off all this unnecessary drama😉 -

God, whose manifestation You are, is not some woo woo unknown thing. Of course, unlimited infinity is by definition never knowable by finite cognitive apparatuses. But this does not mean that knowledge at all, however partial, is impossible. How are you going to free yourself from this illusion of being a puppet in the theater of existence if you keep questioning everything and using enigmatic statements? What You Are is not only Emptiness and Silence but also the Hot Furnace, the Fire of Creation. And it is within this limited manifestation in dualistic existence that you can experience this exciting process of self-discovery, release, and co-creation. The Void is filled with the Eternal Fire of Love. This is the Source of Wisdom, Beauty, and Creation of the Unknown. And You Are That. Everything you have at your disposal here can be used to restore the knowledge of Who You Are. True Knowledge means Trust. Knowing means Trusting Yourself. Don't let yourself be told that it's too difficult, don't be fooled by generalizations. Question everything, but don't stop there. Everywhere you go, you can recognize it, you can find out what is it. Of course, it's never 100%, there will always be that piece of mystery that will add spice, flavor, and beauty to this process that will never end. Have more faith in yourself. You are the only one worth believing in. -

Mmmmm yes... 42. It's a bit funny, but in 2001-2005 my current wife and I emigrated to England for work. We then purchased a piece of land near my hometown of Poznan. At that time I was reading Adams' Trilogy and the number of the plot we purchased turned out to be 42. And so the answer of Deep Thought to the question about life, the universe, and everything is visible on the front wall of our house. -

I am a big fan of the trilogy in five parts titled Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams. The second part is titled: "Restaurant At the End of the Universe" and the third: "Life, the Universe and Everything". These two titles exceptionally reflect the spirit of this forum🙏👍🫵💪🤞😊 -

@An young being Honestly, I've never been interested in it. This forum is definitely one of a kind. Various paths, insights, ideas and views collide here. I don't feel like there is any agenda here. Yes, sometimes our dear, thoroughly brilliant and crazy host will kick someone out the door - but hey, it's his inn after all and as a guest I have to take this eventuality into account. Either way, this place is unique. -

There is a funny thing with these „ no free will arguments”. Both accepting or rejecting them requires existence of free will in which they can be accepted or rejected. Thing is that all basic questions about the nature and the origins of the existence have already built-in answers. You need only to see clearly, that means to see consistent and coherent logic behind all figments of creation. And logic is always consistent and coherent, by its nature. -

Nothing will happen. I've calculated this using simple probability calculus. It's really simple and anyone can do it. There are no variables because there are no laws or properties that would determine these variables. Probability is = 0. Simple as that. @Vibroverse True. -

We look through our microscopes and telescopes and try to understand how it all came together into this quite coherent whole. And when? Not even atoms or subatomic particles, but bits of information are supposed to organize themselves in some magical way. And exactly how - this is a great mystery that the so-called current science is trying to explain in an even more mysterious way. Some time ago I watched Sadhguru's visit to Harvard. He then said something like that when you reach the chitta stage in meditation, time disappears. And since there is no time, there cannot be space. I was very intrigued by this. But some of this enigmatic time passed. Thanks to the techniques I learned to remove the spell identifying what I am with a temporary person, I could further explore the issue, reaching completely new (but very well-known) perspectives. Duality has many advantages. One of them is that the Storyteller can look at himself from the perspective of a character that he not only created but constantly creates by being everything that makes up this Story. It also happens that each story is created by arranging all its components into a logical cause-and-effect sequence, i.e. the so-called chronology. Without this overarching principle, the story would become incoherent, chaotic, and lose all meaning. This does not mean that such a story cannot be created. Of course, it can. But why? Sprinkle dust devoid of any properties in a space devoid of properties - either nothing will happen, or little will happen, and in a completely random way. Eons will pass before these incidental events, if they happen at all, form any microscopic logical thread. So the question is why would unlimited superintelligence even bother with this? Ask yourself this question. After all, you are an emanation of it. Why would you do that? Therefore, every logical, coherent story implies a chronology - a sequence of events. If the Story is to self-evolve, if the Storyteller is to Self-discover him/herSelf in this Story, it must meet the conditions of logical coherence. And since the Story has evolutionary freedom built into the above-mentioned logic, it means that: the existence of multi-level Memory is necessary. Only in this way does the Storyteller avoid that his/her Story retains its coherence as it happens. Then, even if the events in the Story begin to repeat themselves, the characters can recognize it and thus correct their actions so that they do not repeat themselves because - why? It doesn't make sense as above. In Greek mythology, the god Ouroboros was responsible for making action heroes aware of deja vu. Just like Chronos was responsible for chronology and Kairos for the experience of the present moment. Aeon - the god of Time beyond time, made sure that different stories could take place in parallel and not repeat each other, because this again makes no sense. It is now easy to notice that Space is being created on an ongoing basis, along with the constant creation of Stories. It is simply its background, a scenography emerging in Time - in the chronology of events as their background. Again, an eventless background can of course exist - but why? It doesn't make any sense again. In this way - by putting aside the Book - the Story that you co-create - for a moment, you leave its Time and Space, i.e. simply Space-Time, and again you simply Are. I was wondering about two more aspects: Saguna Brahman - Storyteller with qualities and Nirguna Brahman - Storyteller without qualities. What interested me in this approach was the hierarchy of quality. Here's what I discovered: The so-called Saguna Brahman - Storyteller with qualities precisely means the world of qualities, that is being created, told on an ongoing basis, which the so-called modern science is trying to quantify at all costs and prove the existence of a map in front of the territory, which is the epitome of pure nonsense. Nirguna Brahman - however, is not completely without quality. It has one quality that can be difficult to even put into such a limited concept. It is identical to what Brahman - the Storyteller IS. That something is PURE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Love alone is every Story told. Only LOVE as the SuperStoryteller generates all the qualities necessary for the existence of each Story, i.e. Coherent Logic and Memory, and from them Time and Space. Only LOVE allows Stories to happen freely, develop, and evolve. Logic and Memory also guarantee that everything that is incoherent and illogical (and thus acting in opposition, as it were, to the Main Stream of Narrative, which inertively carries each Story back towards its Storyteller) - all this exists temporarily, as necessary blind meanders of Self-discovery. As you can see if only you don't stick only to your intellect you can really enjoy the intellectual dimension of self-knowledge. Sometimes it is possible to go beyond mental masturbation for a moment. Sometimes... -

@Breakingthewall Remember that just because you can never be 100% sure does not mean that you now have your entire mental sphere where cognition takes place, question it, or not trust it at all. Intuition, for example, belongs to the mental sphere and why should you reject it? Remember that all the answers are already within You. You are complete at every moment. "I am not the body, I am not the mind" should be replaced by "I am not just this body, I am not just this mind." For, in essence, You are something far, far beyond just these two aspects. This is the process of reintegrating yourself as a multidimensional being. The process of completely trusting YourSELF. -

Observing my own mind. Recognizing repetitive dysfunctional thought-emotion patterns that have their roots in low frequencies. It's very invigorating when you discover again that you have a free choice on what frequencies and vibrations you want to be, transmit and receive. -

However... after some thought, I believe that if you want to continue consciously co-creating this story, it is worth learning the mechanisms of directing this show. First of all, at the level of intellect, and reason, you introduce this realization - that it is just a performance, a story. Moreover, you restore the knowledge that every truth must be logically consistent, every true experience has a built-in logic - to quote Chris Langan, "the logic of experience". Also, I would not downplay the role of the intellect. After all, we have it for a reason. -

I am fully aware that my game with the intellect involves a blind meander of understanding limited by the same intellect. That's why I wrote not to get stuck here for too long because it will lead you astray. -
@StarStruck I started going gray relatively early, after I was 20. Genetic conditioning:) Now, at the age of 45, I'm completely gray like Gandalf:) But whatever. Guys from the construction industry say: silver on your head, gold in your pockets and steel in your pants

Below is an example that if you search qualities of life you'll find them everywhere. I'm so glad to hear those words of humble wisdom from one of the best mathematicians ever walked this planet - Mr. Gregory Chaitin: -

@Osaid if You go to origin of philosophy you will find there the love of wisdom. It is good to use the words love, wisdom, beauty. This is something we can relate to not only at the level of mind but also of the heart. However, too frequent use of words such as God (wtf???), Infinity (another ephemeral) and Absolute (always described relatively) actually turns the discussion into mental masturbation. -

@Mileyofpink Boredom feels indeed, as kind of incompleteness. Like a field of potential possibilities that wait to happen. You can relax in perfect states of compliteness as long as you wish, but you will eventually start a new adventure of self-discovery. Why? Because You Are Eternal😄 -

Making mistakes is an inherent feature of the path of self-discovery. You can't make a pot of clay without getting your hands dirty. You will always damage yourself, someone or something. The more you think you know something for sure. The truth is that everyone is doing the best they can at all times. We always judge the past, and most often it is not our own. The more aware you are of what this process is, the shallower the meanders of your journey. The one who wanders slowly fades away. All that's left is the path. You begin to understand Krishna's message to Arjuna about not getting attached to the consequences of your actions. It is easier the less your persona is involved in those. -
Kuba Powiertowski replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
it's all true. However, you should never be under the illusion that a stage has ended. The guiding principle of yin-yang governs self-discovery in realm of duality. The whiter you become, the easier it is to miss the tiny hint of blackness that will never disappear as long as the show goes on. Just like Saint Peter swearing that he will not deny Jesus. Or Jesus himself experiencing moments of doubt on the cross. Never be sure that something is over. The only thing that is constant is change that sometimes bring surprising circumstances.
