  1. I feel like she is mostly parroting the lingo of abraham hicks and mimicking esther.
  2. Read the Book of Thomas if you already have not. As to a good translation of other books, i don't have knowledge about that.
  3. A very important question to ask is what is language and what does it mean to be talking about something.
  4. Your friend, probably, has no idea about what he is talking about, to be honest. He just seems to be stuck in his socalled realism and rationality.
  5. Before i took them, i was, personally, not very aware of the depth and goodness of being. I had some spiritual concepts in my mind, iirc, but the depth they showed me was just wow. I mean, it was like i was aware of the spiritual concepts and had some understanding and experience of them, but imagine being totally resistance free for a while, like being dead for a while, what psychedelics did to me, in that sense, was something like that. And, as i said, any time i had those trips, what i was saying to myself was "this already is who i am, so i actually don't need to take any substances to get to this". It is literally like you waking up from a dream, and realizing that even the psychedelics that bring you to that state of consciousness are a part of the dream.
  6. Reality coming to know itself through thinking, by abstracting itself in the form of a subject and self that is aware of itself in the form of a world. Some sort of a strange loop seems to be going on in that equation, if i'm not getting it wrong.
  7. Psychedelics might help you see reality from a very different point of view. I've had a few psychedelic experiences myself, and almost in all those experiences what i was saying to myself was "this already is who i am, i was just not allowing myself to see the obvious". Now it's been a while since i last took psychedelics, and, to be honest, i'm open to the idea of taking them again. But i'm more in the mindset that what i need to do is to do the belief work and release my resistance, and then psychedelics, if it is really necessary for me, will find me. I can tell you that psychedelics influence you from a very deep level, and even if the effects of it wear off in time, it leaves a mark in you, so to speak, that it always calls you, like a very quiet whisper within you, so to speak. Even when you get lost in resistance, fear, worry, and so forth, there is that understanding within you almost all the time that tells you that there is something deep going on here right now, wherever i am, and i am not, in this moment, very aware.
  8. You should find a balance point of self honesty while, at the same time, stay in balance with your true self. A true shadow work like that, in my opinion, must be one where you transcend yourself by including yourself within yourself.
  9. But, i think, true evolution is evolving by involving. So, it should not exclude ideas like think and grow rich and law of attraction, and so forth. It should both include those understandings while, at the same time, transcending those understandings.
  10. The simulator is trolling us. I'm waiting for the study where they discover that it resembles Leo's face while he's saying "tadaa" ?
  11. Yeah, i agree with you pretty much about that. In their era, if they really lived, miracles were something people believed to be real and even normal. They were not fed with the ideas of materialistic science and philosophy. And about your question about what i do with the law of attraction, i actually don't see myself as a creator, instead i see myself more as a tuner and receiver. I'm not trying to imagine or visualize what i want into being, because i've discovered that it often backfires on me. Instead i'm trying to follow more of a receptive path, so to speak, where i quite my mind as much as i can, and try to allow myself to receive thoughts, ideas and inspirations. I'm more of a follower of wu wei, the effortless effort, in that sense.
  12. Maybe chatgpt is some sort of an antenna that receives from other realities, huh ?
  13. Yeah, both Mohammad and Jesus said many things that can be interpreted as some form of law of attraction. You can see many quotes from other spiritual and religious leaders, and beings, also. However, the main message in those wisdom teachings has mostly been about surrendering your will to the will of God. And, sure, when you understand that reality has a mental nature, at least to some extent, even if you may not believe that it is totally mental, then it might, possibly, be logical to say that your thoughts have some influence on your reality. However, we often do not have that much power over reality as our human ego selves. You hardly can break the laws of physics, for instance, and if you do so, even if to a very slight degree, then you will consider it to be something miraculous. Reality has a very strong inbuilt structure to it, even if it might possibly be a mental structure, at a deeper analysis, you know.
  14. Well, that's the big question, right?
  15. It is real basically, even if we might not be very clear about how it exactly works and what its nature exactly is.
  16. Strange loops within strange loops.
  17. I think we are only and only afraid of suffering, mentally or physically.
  18. Did it take your confusions away, or was it a symbolic reflection of your confusions been taken away? This is a sort of a question that often bugs my mind.
  19. Those two Bs are the same in some ways and different in other ways. For instance, the spacetime locations of those Bs are different, they are in different locations in the cyber space, and one was written before the other. And the subatomic particles that produce those two Bs are also different. Those two Bs might also be seen in different semiotic ways, where you can see one as the letter B while you can see the other as a representation of two boobs, or the front teeth of Bugs Bunny. So, only when you define those two Bs in a certain contextual meaning, then they are the same.
  20. Some NDErs say that they have experienced everything they have caused others to experience as them themselves, like if you hurt someone's feelings in some way, you experience that very same hurt as that person. The day of judgment might be referring to something like that, as a possible theory.
  21. He is a perennialist muslim scholar who basically claims that all religions and wisdom teachings, at their core, are talking about the same thing. An idea that is not very unfamiliar to the actualized.org folks.
  22. I live in Turkey, a predominantly Muslim country, and i've studied Islam from many different perspectives for a pretty long time. And I can tell you that there are, like, endless interpretations and perceptions on Islam, many many schools that think differently from each other. And that, of course, is pretty much what the situation is in almost all spiritual and religious teachings.
