  1. @Terell Kirby It depends how far you want to take things. If the realization is continual in your experience and not coming and going I see no need to continue meditation practice unless you want to take things further.
  2. Maybe the possibility in your mind is the devil?
  3. Search for it and you might find out. You won't find it out by asking people here and discuss it with them. Maybe you'll be satisfied with the answer you'll get here but it won't be the real answer.
  4. @WokeBloke If it seems that experience is happening to you then maybe you want to investigate this you that experience is happening to. Who or what are you?
  5. Yes exactly. And how do you know that you have a body?
  6. Yes, so you can believe you have a head and be aware that it's just a belief and that you don't actually know. It's about Knowing and believing you know and knowing that you are believing.
  7. Maybe you do have a head (or two) you just don't know it. ?
  8. Yes existence is always changing but isn't there something about you that hasn't changed? Something that is the same now as when you were a child for example?
  9. Seeing without a seer is describing what is being experienced when a realization has happened. Then there is no longer separation between the seer and seen. Before realization there seems to be a seer within the body that is looking out of it. You are making a logical conclusion based on the premise that the english language is true. It might be worth contemplating what language is. If there is a sense of a seer that sees something separate of itself it might also be worth examining where the seer ends and where the seen begins is there any boundary between the two?
  10. @Alfonsoo There are many ways to break down distinctions. You could do it experientially by breaking down your experience into sight, sound, feeling, smelling, tasting and thought. You could also do spiritual autolysis where you try to write down a true statement and then boil it down to something you know is true. It's a way to unlearn your beliefs which is unconsciously makes up the way you perceive reality. You'll come a long way just by questioning things. Is this really true? What is true? Just by posting these questions on this forum you've started your journey. Have fun and explore.
  11. If One is used as an ego blanket I agree 100% but One could also point to the same thing as reality/infinity that you used. It's not as much about the correct word being used as the context which it is being used in. The same word has different meaning in different contexts and contexts resonates more or less similiarly to what music does.
  12. He's quite the character. It'll be interesting to see how it will evolve once the realization settles down.
  13. Are you certain about that? There is evidence that meat might not be testosterone promoting: https://nutritionfacts.org/video/the-effect-of-animal-protein-on-stress-hormones-testosterone-and-pregnancy/
  14. Yes, eating only vegetables can be hard for the stomach since the fibre content is much higher than the you're usually used to. Cooking them might dissolve some of the soluble fibres and thus making digestion easier. I'm not sure how much fibres you'd cook away but be worth a try if you're having issues. Another way could be to slowly up your vegetable intake over weeks to let the intestinal muscles have time to build up for the increased work load. And always chew raw vegetables well.
  15. No God doesn't ask for consent but you are free to live your life anyway you want.
  16. @Tyler Durden seems like only human beings have the arrogance/intelligence to claim that it's God.
  17. You could try some posture training exercises for the pelvis and lower back and correct your posture while sitting in a chair or sofa.
  18. @Psych2Awak3n How exactly is it feeling hard? Are there bodily pain or something else?
  19. @EntheogenTruthSeeker As Ramana Mahashi said: "There are no others".
  20. @Tyler Durden It could be a pointer to what would happen if all people would be enlightened.
  21. @Schahin Nothing wrong to eat meat but if you feel reluctant to do so then don't. ?
  22. @Vibroverse Yes there's nothing you should or shouldn't do as an objective fact rather as a subjective knowing/intuition.
  23. @blankisomeone Fear can be both useful and a hindrance depending on the situation.
  24. It's also in "Letting Go" and "Transcending the levels of consciousness".
  25. @TruthSoldier The deepest insights are not necessarily translated into the best teachings. It can still show the communication skills of the teacher just not it's usefulness.
