Thanks to you (myself ), I have had experiences of you, Bashar, my family and everything else being created in the moment from void/imagination so I don't just rely on 'external' sources. And to some degree right now I'm conscious of talking with myself in my experience. Just exploring/sharing/reflecting what comes to mind / what interested in the moment

I think you and Bashar are playing just little bit different games: a woman described to Bashar one time experience according to lines "you are hallucinating Bashar" and if I recall correctly, Bashar answered that this was experience more from the point of view of all that is. So I think Bashar has described this experience but generally doesn't emphasize/teach it. Perhaps because it as such is less useful as an instruction to become more of yourself / development of humanity. This is kind of a bias for improvement / raising frequency I guess .

Thank you for the answers. I kind of find Ufo stuff and its prophesies a bit cumbersome too: if there is a disclosure happening and in the becoming decades there will be free energy and more opportunities and better social/spiritual conditioning of psyches of humans, this is basically description of breaking business as usual (human competition, moloch in general, degradation of nature etc). But I also see, like Schmachtenberger and other system thinkers, that metacrisis would require a huge change of human psyche which on the other hand is conditioned by survival quite heavily and world is basically run by the sociopaths promoting these limited ideas. I find it difficult to imagine how aliens, who supposedly are behind the assumed disclosure, could make changes happen that would bypass power structures, by assumably making deals with (sociopathic) people in power, and also general folks just don't change if you give everything for free. Perhaps help is conditional little bit like in communes except with healthier/more conscious dynamics. Also, future predictions with definitive open contact events (currently 2027) might make people lazy for taking action for changing their lives if they just wait for better times after contact. This is not what Bashar promotes, but accounting heavy survival aspects especially in late stage capitalism, there are limits how much/fast one is willing to make changes. Though Bashar promotes idea that idea of passion doesn't lead into negative outcome as it not then passion by definition. I guess question is how much are you willing to rely on passion/excitement/creation by imagination and its magic instead of ensuring what mind thinks is important/safe for survival. Or, maybe you just try your best at increasing consciousness (heart centerdness), making improvements on health and other aspects of life trusting that things go into positive direction, learn to trust your excitement bit by bit more and more, don't hang on in the idea that everything is harmonious and 'fixed' in your lifetime, and you accelerate shifting into more positive reality.

I'm interested in your view on Bashar's main teaching i.e. 5 step formula (acting on your passion with best of your availability with no assumption on the outcome, staying in the positive state no matter what and examining negative belief systems). Has it affected your teachings? To me, it seems that you emphasize direct experience of god consciousness (via psychedelics, meditation, etc. and in time direct experience sober without practice) and your videos are largely a collection of epistemic and oncological frameworks to help one deconstruct human experience and reality. On the other hand, Bashar doesn't go into much of frameworks and has approach that is simpler, and according to Bashar/Darryl Anka, more tuned into specific issues for human psyche. Bashar also emphasizes collective (and individual) transformation of human psyche which also connects to his view that we all create our own versions of other people every moment: I'm creating my version of you that perhaps answers this question in a way that is helpful for me to grow and learn more from myself from my experience. I get the impression from your teachings, that you have more of a everyday practical view of slowly developing collective reality where each of us are ultimately gods in your own reality bubble/dream (and ultimately we all are dreaming each others dreams) but there isn't overarching collective mission/story arch and there isn't a way for one to transforming reality for another in a meaningful extent by his/her decisions and changes in belief systems. Why don't you promote the idea of this kind collective transformation and splitting/entering into new of reality each moment? Is it that you don't see any evidence of it in direct experience? Lot's of love, I do appreciate your work a lot even if this post might suggest otherwise.

I have found this tinnitus neuromodulation video to help, using it when ever tinnitus becomes bothersome. I have never tried to use it consistently for long time / repeatedly, usually listened it something like 10 minutes.

"Pollution and smog is way down." There's been a lot of new lately about microplastics and PFAS and they are found all over the planet and human body with negative effects. Daniel Schmachtenberger talked about in latest episode with Nate Hagens about how with current technology all of human gdp wouldn't bee sufficient to clean up PFAS from environment. On the other hand, this has probably been the case for several decades but we are just about to acknowledge that and this probably creates momentum to create new solutions to these problems. Also, new solutions to tackle the problem are on there way like microbial and uv assisted break down of these chemicals. But also human psychology needs to change to include safety first principle instead of new market opportunity first with new chemicals.

Essentially the ratio of energy input to energy output from fossil fuels is around 1:100, whereas the same is at best 1:4 for renewables such as wind power. This means that energy needed to pump oil takes 1:100 of the energy it yields. For example for wind mills initial energy input needed for making the mill infrastructure and maintaining it is very high compared to what the mill is expected to produce energy in its lifetime. Also, oil not only produces energy but a lot of chemicals and materials, such as plastics and chemicals for cosmetics etc.. Also Ammonia, that is used to produce nitrogen for fertilizers https://www.cropnutrition.com/resource-library/ammonia/, uses stream reforming to produce hydrogen from methane sourced from natural gas in the middle section of the reaction chain https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haber_process, and although green hydrogen could in principal be used, its not as economical as sourcing it from natural gas. So, the worlds food production also relies in fossil fuels.

Not being blinded by the dream a.k.a everyday life. -
The vanishing, etheric quality of each moment: right now thinking about the question What Do I Love The Most About Life? that vanishes into nothingness as it it thought about.

To gradually see myself more clearly as the creator of this experience. Nowadays, I oftentimes identify myself as nothing-aspect of consciousness but I see that the everything/light of awareness/creator aspect of consciousness will in time shine more and more through the experience. -
A perspective of the situation from a South African who has lived majority of his life in China. Apparently at least part of the problem is tribal society (SD stage purple/red), where even a very corrupted and incapable leader can govern a country into a total disaster if he is from the right tribe/ethnic group, in addition to a strong general mob mentality.

Yeah, aged meat has increased histamine that can potentially cause headaches.

Sweden has had very liberal immigration policy from third world countries for decades (no filtering based on education etc., poor back up checks, poor to no return policies) and that has resulted that there are city districts where majority of the population is immigrants or their children. These immigrants generally have came from stage red and blue countries (e.g. middle east) and have lower education and poor employment rate and in time some of them have formed gangs that even rule some of those districts so that they have become no-go areas even for police forces. For long, Swedish Democrats were/have been the only party recognizing the problem and other parties have refused to co-work with that party. Here in Finland, there has been a lot of discussion about taking measures to avoid the path that Sweden has taken.

This was pretty interesting New York Post interview, not a lot of new information about UFOs per se, but more about how military personnel handle this topic in their minds. At around 14:30 Lue tells how one senior personnel wanted him to stop digging into the topic as he (in his Spiral Dynamics stage blue framework) deemed UFOs as demonic. There is also a link to Part 2 in the video description.

Why do you shoot videos in one shot instead of composing them of edited peaces?

Has anyone here ever experienced directly your own form and other people around you as creatures/animals/aliens? I have many times shifted into this state of my form when staring the top of my nose, the area between my eyes and then loosing up or broadening attention. Seeing other people like this has happened more rarely, but this perspective has happened both with direct interaction with people and a couple of times while looking at things like youtube videos with people talking.

Yep, that might be partially the reason why porn often leaves you feeling empty afterwards. -

@kinesin Yes, that's exactly what I'm referring to. As if people are suddenly devoid of their humanness and seem more like talking monkeys. It's weird to look at for example normally attractive celebrities in videos or pictures and see their animal side without sexual attraction and all the corrections and alterations that mind normally makes to make that person attractive. -

Wow, where you sober or under the influence at that time? -
Although not directly related to the topic of Bashar and psychedelics, having watched several youtube Bashar channeling videos I came across two channeling videos that contradicted each other: in the first video at 13:43 Bashar claims that they are roughly 300 years head of us, whereas in the latter at 25:28 he claims that their technology is 3000 years ahead of us. Somehow it just seems odd that highly advanced alien would make 10 times error in timeline. After all, supposedly, channelers mind/brain shouldn't affect content of the speech as it channels the thoughts of the alien and only formulates/translates them it into English. Unless there was some kind of bug in the brain :).

@Phyllis Wagner I think that a lot of it has to do with our diminished gut microbiome due to fast food, antibiotics, pesticides, toxins etc. Impaired microbiome cannot help us properly metabolize food and that can in time cause immune problems as majority of our immune system resides in the gut. So humans not only have polluted and ruined their environment and surrounding ecosystems but also ecosystems within their guts. I remember watching a documentary years ago in which it was claimed that people in the first world countries have a lot less bacterial species in their colons compared to native tribes in Africa that eat huge amounts of fiber from various plant sources. Also genetics and what part of the world your ancestors came from have an effect on your ability tolerate foods.

@Leo Gura Thank you for the interesting blog video, it was nice to also have hopeful words from a person dealing with similar issues as I have dealt for several years. Though according to breathing test I don't have SIBO but I guess IBD with food intolerances can cause those kinds of issues too. I was curious whether carnivore diet has thus far had any effects on your cold feet and hands and pain in those areas? Also, have you tried adding MCT oil to your diet, it could further boost mental clarity and give extra boost as it is rapidly metabolized in the liver (though for some it can cause stomach distress). Have you had any electrolyte balance problems such as cramps or muscle twitching on carnivore diet?

I think that his falling ill because of benzo withdrawal might have shattered his trust in his own mind and body. I've been in a place similar to that, where one's mind doesn't work well and body is also in deep state of suffering. It can make you feel quite insane and it is difficult to ground oneself to anything, let alone to being if one has not had experience of being or consciousness. I think JP's left traumatized by that event and that trauma radiates as a fear of fear and he's trying to ground himself to morals, ethics and other constructs of his mind.
