Yea i think so that's part of it, because i'm easily stressed and anxious which is kind of exhausting. Yea i do normally eat in those "healthy" more holistic ways. But then because i still have gut issues, stress issues and fatigue i try different more restrictive diets, which do help in some ways but they're often not longterm solutions imo.

Stay healthy, lose weight if you're obese, get enough vitamins, sun or vitamin d, zinc, vitamin c, eat healthy, train etc. and that being healthy and having a healthy immune system is probably the best defence for covid. because there seems to be a lot of competition in that "field" and competition was dangerous in the past, like you'd get killed, badly hurt or thrown out of the tribe and it still can be dangerous now, most fights in clubs start because of competition over women also rejection hurts the ego/feelings a lot, makes you feel like you're worthless

What's actually "successful" "successful" ceo's killed themselves because of stress etc. think success is just finding peace and happiness during this lifetime. Which i'm also failing at often but also sometimes succeeding. Which subject was it? I also did some accounting but now i hate it.
