  1. @Henri I kind of feel the same though i see how profund his stuff is. Also the practical Kriyas he teaches are extremly powerful. I'd also say he's the real deal.
  2. You're welcome. That probably indicates your rectus femoris is very tight. You might want to look into how to release it. (A lot on YouTube)
  3. This is a great article, i thought it might be of help to some of you. http://www.scienceandnonduality.com/integrating-the-shadow-in-awakening/
  4. @Sri McDonald Trump Maharaj Hey! I was where you are, a Zen monastery was everything i wanted to go to. Let me tell you this from my humble point of view. Going to a Zen monastery won't give you a single bit of an advantage on your way. Yes, not a single bit. If this is what resonates though, go do it. Give all that you have to it. Go there and don't expect to come back. I had so many fantasies about a Zen monastery only to not face myself where i am at RIGHT HERE and RIGHT NOW. One thing to remember: In a Zen Monastery you are on your own as you are where you are now. There won't be anyone to help you. And expect facing excruciating doubts day in and day out. And one more thing: A realisation inside monastery walls is this everything you want? There are many "awakened" monks who try their luck in the "real world" and just fuck up. Bringing it to life in everyday regular normal life is the real deal. So i'd suggest you find a genuine teacher first. And don't get me wrong Zen is a beautiful way.
  5. @cetus56 Yes, i completely agree. But if one becomes aware of that running away there is an extremely huge acceleration potential. Because then you can see on the one hand that you are trying to run away from your problems and on the other that this is everything that is holding you back. So you get more and more hooked on enlightenment and at the same time on solving your issues. Say for example you are very anxious so you run into enlightenment work. There you encounter a teacher that smashes your anxiety right into your face. And as you walk through your anxiety than the spiritual path opens in a way that might take others decades. It can be an insane upward spiral.
  6. @Sri McDonald Trump Maharaj If the pain is moderate you can use a towel or something like that and place it between your thigh and calf on the back of your knee. Otherwise work on your hip flexibility and stop the sitting if the pain isn't stopping after meditation.
  7. @David1 I don't know salvia but you can expect what you've described from Ayahuasca too. I remember being 100% conscious and trying to think of who i am. Who my parents are, where i was born, who my friends are etc. And i couldn't think of any of that.
  8. @Algi It might help to look into Narcissism, Covert Narcissism, Co-Dependency. It helps you see how exactly your psyche was manipulated as a child. Putting some conscious light on that can be really helpful. Look into setting boundaries, feeling the emotional body, getting intimate with your inner child, establishing a sense of self-worth, practicing gratitude etc. Some old but good stuff on that is from Pia Mellody (YouTube). Richard Grannon, Ross Rosenberg, Teal Swan might be some people worth looking at. Besides that the whole area of self love, stuff from Matt Kahn, Bentinho Massaro and enlightenment work in general might help you. Take your time for that you brain literally needs to be programmed over time. This one is really great: Know that you already did the biggest step by acknowledging where you're at.
  9. Cool, let us know how you liked it.
  10. I see thank you for the info. What i've leart is that science is just a very small filter to see life. Many aspects of consciousness are not yet accessable from a scientific standpoint. That doesn't make it less valuable but it's important to see science for what it is and not for an ultimate universal truth. Likewise Teals or anyone elses stuff isn't a universal truth either. These things are all just pointers from very unique points of consciousness. So everyone has the freedom to pick what resonates at a given moment. What i can say from my humble standpoint is that making such general condemnations is holding you back more than serving you. At least for me it was this way. But again, i can totally see your point.
  11. I felt exactly the same. Until i realized after many detours that these things are only my own projections onto her from a very limited point of view. That might not be easy to understand but where do you see her manipulaiveness and inauthenticity? Is there really something objectivly like that "out there"? And if not what does this say about YOU then? This goes very deep and needs a lot of self honesty and openmindedness. And i don't want to defend her here. I was super sceptical about such things. So sceptical that i could only see this filter in my mind. Everything people like her offered where instantely labled as bullshit and weird. Only when these projections melted away i could see the real value that has been offered. So no need to like her. But it might be valuable to look behind the curtain of ones own projections. I'm looking forward to meet her in May. And again if anyone here feels like meeting up at the workshop and seeing a little of Prague i'd be very happy to get to know you.
  12. I'll be joining her synchronization workshop in Prague, May 14th. Tickets are pretty cheap. If someone wants to meet up there let me know. I'd be happy to meet you there.
  13. Something told me to attend the synchronization workshop with Teal Swan on May 14th in Prague. Tickets are very cheap so i signed up. I wanted to visit Prague anyways. If someone of you want to meet up there let me know. I'd be happy to meet you.
  14. @Kedar That's a natural thing that happens along the way. I think you can clearly see now how much energy you unconsciously spend in your head. I'd say for the average joe on the streat it's 99% of their energies spend completly unconscious. The more conscious you become the more the sensory perceptions open up with you being aware of that. It's nothing special so no need to get caught up in it. Rather take it as a wonderful sign that you move in the right direction. Just continue on and this beauty and joy around is just the entrance to something much much greater. Much love.
  15. So easy to forget.
  16. @DizIzMikey For me it feels the same. Probably in 20-30 years. There will be many things coming up that will completly shake the avergage conscious understanding of the masses. Things like contact with extraterrestial beings, communication via thoughts etc. We're accelerating at tremendous speed. Just my humble feeling.
  17. Where to go when everything falls apart, when everything gets destroyed?
  18. Besides the above, i've heard many good things about neem and msm powder regarding skin issues.
  19. When you sit, sit fresh as it is the first time you're ever doing it. All the insights gained, all the peaceful states, all your records, just drop them. Whereever you are is where you need to be. All things that you take with you will get in the way. Yes, it's really this simple. But that's also the great difficulty.
  20. So my third life hack is a huge one for me. It comes from the yogic tradition. I use energized water (left overnight in a copper jug) with half a lemon or lime and some honey. I drink it in the morning and it keeps me alert, energized and satisfied until i take my first meal at about 12. Recently i added some MSM powder. It has several benifits which you can google. I eat no meat and very rarely fish so i'm experimenting a little with it.
  21. That's pretty cool art.
  22. @Neill Bolton That's not true. For many people intermittent fasting (e.g. 16h fasting, 8h eating) is a huge thing. There are also some countries or traditions where you traditionally eat 2 meals a day. (India, Yoga) So it really depends from person to person. I know here in the west we often hear cutting calories is the only way to lose weight. I'm studying this stuff and from my experience science is mostly in its infancy regarding this subject. There is a lot more to it. Like i said different traditions know this since long. (Ayurveda etc...)
  23. With every day my body becomes more and more transparent. In two days i expand so much that it feels like two years. I eat not much at the moment yet i'm full of energy. Walking is nearly weightless. Much Love. - Lines have no meaning for a being lost in love. -
  24. @Saitama That's a natural thing that will come out of your practice. If you're only conscious on your meditation cushion it's completly useless.
