Well, it depends on your standards. If you want your body to work perfectly, you like to demand the maximum from it and you are looking for a constant sensation of physical balance, you have to eat the best possible diet, vegetables, proteins in the right amount, antioxidants, vitamins, resistance and strength exercise , sports that require coordination, precision, balance, sufficient hours of sleep, sufficient water, correct ph... etc.

Let's take the example of growing weed in hydroponics. If you change the proportions of magnesium and calcium, the plant will grow differently, the contribution of iron and other metals must be exact, the macronutrients, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, must vary their proportions throughout the growth cycle. Contributions of sugars favor the absorption of the roots, the microelements are essential but an excess will block the growth. Carrying these proportions perfectly will make a difference in volume X3 or X4, and a huge difference in product quality. So, why in a human being would it be different? the balance of all the elements that circulate through your body must be perfect. it is an art to perceive this and optimize it.

Yeah, life is absolutely brutal. it is, let's say, a playground with certain conditions. Imagine that you are nothing, empty. you throw the dice, big bang, the rules are defined, but the game is unpredictable. you do not control it because you are that. So you dedicate yourself to that, to be. more and more complex, perfectly perfect, more intricate. you are the executioners and the victims, suffering means nothing, engine of evolution, depth, yang inside the ying. more and more complex, more intelligent, more conscious, deeper. the magnitude of your work is unthinkable, the scope of your power, total. billions of galaxies now dancing a cosmic dance in which you bathe in the depth of yourself. your joy has no stain, your perfection is total. you love yourself and dance with yourself, and your dance is wonder made form. Hallelujah, that's what you are. -

Let's say that your arm and anything else are appearances within the experience, of the now, which is unfathomable, infinite. you with your arms and legs are an appearance, what you really are is the experience, the now. in the now appearances arise, and time seems to pass. It seems that you and other things are there, but everything is you, you are the dream, and beyond the dream, you are the singularity that contains all of existence, the unthinkable complete infinity, where nothing is excluded, nothing is outside, everything is inside. everything means infinity. then you, now, are perceiving part of the infinite, but this is not real, since if you could see clearly, without limit, each part that arises is the complete infinity, in each thing that appears all of existence is contained. nothing is finite, the finite is appearance, everything is infinite. -

Sure, but if your daughters are tortured in front of you and then killed, your mind may wander to hatred and revenge. we are genetically programmed for it. To turn the other cheek is to enter heaven, but it's not easy -
Naive, much better the American way. when the fight is unavoidable, provoke and allow your opponent to strike first, (or even strike yourself) a spectacular blow without much effect, planned and controlled. then crush them. you will have the victory and the reason. The second is almost so important than the first.

I d say that the first is to identify the negative fear patterns that the interaction has created in you, face them, and overcome them. On the other hand, stop thinking in terms of what is fair or not, things are as they are, the damage your father does to you is the same qualitatively as a stranger or a virus. But It's easier to say it than do it -

I have had deep realizations of what reality is, and meditating I easily get a silent state of expansion and joy, but sometimes I fall into recurring thought patterns. It's always the same theme. I am involved in business, there are always problems but that does not obsess me at all, on the contrary, I take that stress very calmly, but family matters are very complicated for me. on the other hand, it is the key that forces me to really go deep and really let go. But really, I think now it's time to really let go that shit. -

thoughts are manifestations of real energy patterns. attacking the symptom never works, you have to understand the root. nothing you do is casual or silly, everything has a motivation. -
I already see that without any drug, but I could see it deeper. what drives you to do that? I mean upping the doses to crazy levels, like 100mg. Do you notice any barriers that are still there, that need more dynamite?

For me, the only important thing about death is: you have to arrive at it with the ability to let go of everything. you have to do the work, completely. it's crucial to get this -

yes, it has some of ocd. On the other hand, many times those obsessions are something else. there is still something encysted, some negative mental pattern caused by that toxic treatment, and until you release it, the thoughts are there. suddenly you realize the extent of the damage, how you are hiding negative patterns, the elephant in the room. then finish. but if there are others, start again, until everything is clear... I guess -

no idea... but seeing that this experience follows defined patterns, a development, a purpose, an intention, karma, and seeing the beauty, the love, the perfection that is hidden under the apparent chaos, I imagine an evolution towards more beauty, More love, more purpose. but... who knows? we will see soon -

I did twice, but I wouldn't say that's insanity. It is strange, unpleasant, intimidating, but sane in the sense that it is what it is. if reality crumbles into cubes, while the scream of a demon is heard in the background, that is reality. for me insanity is the need to imagine that you are persecuted by the cia, or that you are the chosen one, or any other story, because you cannot bear reality. -

true insanity occurs in wounded people, who cannot face their wounds and create a kind of mental bypass to avoid what is impossible for them to assimilate. It does not mean that his vision is wrong compared to other correct visions, but that it is a subterfuge. -

For me the only thing that works is to stop and open myself to the now, to expand my mind, to realize what I am: the bottomless depth that is, now. I have, let's say, a mental problem. my mind drifts towards thinking about my father, who was a horrible narcissist, demon, and I would really like to kill him, but since he is already dead... so I have to stop many times to get out of this spiral of hatred. my father is the key to my spiritual progress, but it is a very annoying, unpleasant, disgusting recurring thought. I don't know if one day I will be able to truly get rid of it -

I'd say that It is the result of a will, without a doubt, to open yourself up to reality. The means could be different. -

You don't even know what it's awakening, nobody knows, only me, but I can't explain it. ? -

possibly this statement is true in most of the Cass. It is one thing to use psychedelics as an opening tool and another as an end in itself. the latter is evasion, and evasion never works. but on the other hand, the case at hand is a special case. It's hard to understand what Leo is trying to do, where it's leading. ken wilber and everyone who talks about psychedelics doesn't know 5meo. Yes, I know this seems banal but it is not, 5meo is not a substance that takes you to fantastic realms or serves as an evasion, it is a x1000 enhancer of the deepest meditation. what Leo is doing (in my opinion) is the total breaking of the limitation that it means to be human. the complete opening to infinity to an impossible level. His way of expressing it is confusing, and for me, clumsy, but reading between the lines, my conclusion is that there is much more than what seems -

It depends on the definition you use for yourself, for my know it is to know something by memory, and to understand, to see it now -

reason and logic are manifestations of the mind . There is only one mind, but it is limited. if you remove all limitations, it is unlimited
