No spirituality book is of absolutely no use, since what it is about is transcending the mind and perceiving directly, and books are mind. meditation and psychedelics. -

Infinity is impossible to explain by definition. You would need an infinite explanation. You can perceive yourself in all your depth, that's the only explanation. -

That guy focuses everything on the mind and self-reference, to me it seems wrong and very basic, and perhaps a liar. and that hairless monkey thing makes me think he's a liar, 99%, , he just want to sound special -

do you do meditation? because it is something essential, the basis, the key. Being able to enter deep meditative states every day is the key to real evolution, and by doing so you will realize that the logical mind is limited and cannot be your only anchor with reality or you live inside a bubble that isolates you from yourself. , alienation -

There is no evil, the human being is in the process of detaching himself from the animal mud and rising as a being from another dimension. This evolutionary process is gradual. Animal mud takes many forms, very sophisticated. narcissism, fear, hatred, shame, etc. all of them produce what we call evil at different levels. Spiritual work is to cleanse our energetic structure of all that. It is not simple at all, it is a path that requires precise intuition -

Gilles has nothing so special. Life has war as its evolutionary root. Without war there is no dynamism. What Guilles did was a small perversion of that natural impulse, which would have been very common in many places for many centuries. human civilization is based on violence, slavery, and genocide. nothing strange since all living beings compete to the death at the species and individual level to survive. Life has only one rule: survive or die. and always finds the most efficient way to do it. in the case of humanity, a balance between collaborative social relations between individuals of the same clan and total war against external individuals. This is genetically encoded, always very close of the surface. -

This is basic understandig, obvious and easy to grasp with the mind. The subtle understanding, which needs to go deep, is: what is the movement of the cosmos? How do you influence it and what is your role? What are the bonds that are created between humans, where do they come from, what are their consequences? What are the steps to follow to ascend to higher dimensions? And much more. None of this is conceptual, the lines of existence can be understood intuitively, but clearly and deeply. The real spiritual work, once you understand the basics and achieve a more or less easy opening to the absolute through meditation, starts here -

It is extremely simple and there can be no doubt, you do not need to take psychedelics or meditate or do anything to see it. Meditation is for opening to the absolute, but understanding is much simpler: 1 limits are impossible, therefore reality is infinite. 2 if reality is infinite, everything that appears in it is infinite, since any fragment of the infinite is in turn infinite. A snot from your nose, or a thought, are infinite. 3 absolutely everything you see or perceive is infinite, therefore, it is the totality and exists in itself 4 everything you do not see, and cannot even imagine, is also infinite and exists as the totality. 5 You are having an experience, therefore, limits are being created. Since you are infinite, the conclusion is obvious that these limits are apparent, they are a form. Therefore, the experience itself is apparent, let's say an illusion. If there is one illusion, there are infinite illusions. Therefore, reality is form and non-form at the same time, since form, even though it is an apparent limitation, is inevitable. 6 Enlightenment is perceiving yourself beyond form, opening yourself to the total reality that is the substance of all that exists and that is the source of your existence as apparent concrete experience and your ultimate nature. The no form is immutable, if there were any mutation, would be form, appearance. In short: infinite -

The difficult thing is to see that Gilles de Rais is love, when his hobby was to torture children in the most horrible ways, in front of other children who were going to be tortured later. It seems that he chose children because their level of suffering and terror could reach levels higher than that of an adult, he tortured hundreds just for fun. Seeing Gilles skinning alive some children before the dinner and seeing infinite love, that's the challenge. -

Sure, the difficult thing is to see the love in the Japanese invading Nankin and raping 12-year-old girls and then inserting a katana through their vaginas in front of their parents. That's where things get strange. I'm sorry to be devil's advocate, really, but it's easier to see that everything is love when you're surrounded by human love than when you're surrounded by human hate. -

then you will not have achieved anything either, because a thousand years compared to infinite years are zero. That means illusion. that you can have all the experiences you can, be a multidimensional entity that encompasses trillions of multiverses and that controls every elemental particle of all of them with your mind, which compared to infinity will be exactly zero. All form is illusion, only the infinite is real. but on the other hand, everything is real in essence, since its essence is infinity, but a universe is just as illusion in form and as real in essence as a proton. -
Breakingthewall replied to Psychedelic seeker's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah, thinking and believing that reality is an illusion is stupid, because thinking would be within the form, it makes no sense to believe these conceptualizations, they are religion, and also sterile and sickly. The point is to polish the structures so that they allow the widest possible opening so that reality perceives itself in its essence, seeing through the form. "reality is illusion" is a form, and as such, it veils the vision. Another thing would be seeing directly that the form is just impermanence, and therefore "illusion" If there is no distinction, there is no experience. If you mix the infinite dimensions, the infinite colors, the infinite possibilities and completely erase their borders, the total unlimited existence remains, which does not happen, it is. It is not an experience. You can have the experience of perceiving the absolute from the current form, but that will always be an experience, something that happens. Without form, nothing happens, there is no movement, it is immutable, therefore it is not experience because there is no experiencer, there is existence. It's total freedom by the way. -
Breakingthewall replied to Psychedelic seeker's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The thing is not that complicated. If you eliminate all distinctions, in the end the essence of reality remains, what you are: unlimited existence. This unlimited existence is now apparently limited by a form created from innumerable distinctions. The fact of having an experience is a consequence of this limitation, without it there would be no experience, there would be total existence, without time, space or dimensions. So, if this form of limitation is occurring, it is inevitable that other forms of limitation will occur. how many? infinite. when? Always, that is, now. Why don't I perceive them if I am the existence? because "perceiving" is experience, it is something that occurs in the form, without form there is no perception, total existence is not "something", it does not know things, it does not perceive things. Therefore, the self that perceives is a product of the form, it is the self, and it is not creating anything, nor is it god, it is an inevitable consequence of the absence of limits of existence that makes it inevitable that all forms occur and this is one between infinite, that is, nothing. Therefore one could say: all perception is illusion, experience is illusion, movement is illusion. but at the same time, it is inevitable and eternal. Simple 😅 -

I don't see it right now but I could potentially see it. In this moment there is infinite potential, which is to say that the bird, infinite birds, exist now , I just can't see it. That is to say, right now the infinite is existing in infinite forms, as always, but my vision is limited to a telephone where I write. Without limitation there would be no experience, therefore the infinite would be limited to there being no experience, so it would be finite. One way to look at it is: I am creating this experience by dreaming. Another way is: I am limiting all other experiences except this one. They are two angles of conceptualization that occur within the human mental structure. Which one is closer to reality? -

If I am in a park and I see a bird, it is obvious that that bird is one of the infinite possible possibilities of existence. If so, it is inevitable that at some point it will be. That moment can be at any point on the infinite timeline, which is indifferent, it is always now, therefore, the bird exists. -

I think that Buddhism has a religious premise that is not true (but who knows), which is: you are within a cycle of reincarnation that at a given moment will end, when you merge with the whole and reincarnation will not occur again. If this were so, in eternity it would have already happened infinite times and would happen again infinite times. The ultimate goal of Buddhism seems to be stopping the wheel of reincarnation, and not full opening to your true nature. It maintains a certain identification, it does not promote total enlightenment. It assumes that being human is the final scale of the possibilities of sentient beings, and that from here we reach nirvana. I think it's just a religious idea -

More than a dream, what we are is overlapping patterns of reality. Psychedelics modify these patterns or forms. When we are identified with form, a psychedelic changes us in essential ways. you become something else, another dimension. Enlightenment is to stop identifying with form and do so with substance. To do this, you have to modify the energy pattern, the form, until it is less dense, crystalline, orderly. Theoretically, when this is the case and this form is permanently established, a psychedelic will have a minimal effect, since the form will be minimal. -

Interesting, you are very used to salvia so maybe it's a good trip. When I did salvia was like negative, scary, maybe now would be different -

anything you perceive, like another person or whatever, is a possibility of reality. Reality is infinite, therefore it takes the form of all possibilities. Perceived reality is all overlapping possibilities, excluded except one, yours. The others are here and now too, but they are not perceived since you are limited to a specific one, otherwise there would be no form or perception, and in infinity it is impossible for them not to exist. The movement of the cosmos seems the expansion of forms superimposing one another in a coordinated and cyclical dance, a quite impressive phenomenon. -

Metaphysical love is when you realize that reality is a bottomless abyss from which existence made form flows, as from a fountain. Everything that manifests is absolute beauty and perfection, everything has the same essence, and everything is the total infinity appearing as form. Then you realize what is the nature of reality, you could call it love, or life, existence, anything. The fact of the infinity make it be "love", because has not limits. The limits are the thing that make anything appears as imperfect, and are apparently, then reality is perfect. That unlimited perfection is perceived as love, because it's everything -

The issue of whether an enlightened person would not be affected by psychedelics has been brought up by ram dass and I would say that it has a real basis in some senses. The powerful effect of distorting reality and mixing the unconscious with the conscious that theoretically occurs would reach zero in someone who has completely transcended the mind and is settled in the unlimited absolute, free of form. Psychedelics affect the form, therefore, if for you the form is only something secondary, the effect would be much smaller, but I believe it would still exist. That is to say, there would be changes in form even if you remained settled at all. LSD changes the neural connections in the brain and this is clearly seen in a scanner, so it changes perception, whether you are enlightened or not. If you take 1000 ug of LSD, as Artem said, all the signals of your senses, the sight, everything, would change. You could be the same in essence, but you will see patterns, colours, etc
