And if some ways of talking get bad reactions every time, stop doing them if you don’t want bad reactions. If you’re looking for bad reactions, then keep doing them. Simple.

  4. The reality you don’t want to accept is not all women are like your mother was. And no you don’t need to worship women… do you worship men? Don’t treat women any different. I don’t like mentioning your mother btw. I was giving a generalization based upon what I’ve seen in people and then you indicated that you indeed have that exact issue that I’ve seen in others. That’s all. I hope you find peace with all this stuff. Regardless of the issue, the solution is usually way simpler than you think.

Btw, a mother’s interaction with their son is one main training ground for how the kid will view women when he grows up — it’s not the only training ground but it is one and generally if you have some kind of aberrant view of women there is a reason for it. For instance a man who was emasculated by the mother as a kid may grow up to become sexually submissive, but if that same boy with the same mother behavior instead preserved his manhood (bullying makes or breaks) then he may grow up to be a womanizer who only uses women for sex.

Yeah it’s >10x easier to catch one from anal but you could always use condoms. I would just have sex with women but hey if you’re just as attracted to guys why not
  8. This is oversimplified but essentially there are 2 types of guys: guys that girls give their social media handles to, and guys that girls give their phone numbers to. Guess which type women respect and sleep with more.
  9. Too big is almost worse than too small. In fact I would advise anyone who wants to do jelqing or stretching exercises (and is not listening to my warning telling them not to do it as if they do it wrong they could injure themselves) to understand that they probably want to remain safely shy of about 7.5-7.75 inches, as this is the length beyond which (from what I’ve heard; I’m not a woman after all) the guy won’t be able to bury himself all the way in many women and certainly not without causing pain in lots of them. Best size is 5-7.5 inches long and the same width as 1.5-3 (maybe 2-3) fingers, but if one is 4 inches long even that’s probably fine as long as they can hit the right angles — if they hit the right angles and are really good at foreplay so she’s super high on libido, it could probably be even smaller and still rock her world.

  11. There are gay animals of all sorts. It’s possible there was some evolutionary adaptation for some of the population to only be sexually attracted to males or prefer males, because maybe these males were more likely to form a sort of alliance that the rest of the tribe could rely on in some way that evolutionary adaptation deemed slightly more beneficial than zero and therefore the mutation/adaptation persisted. That’s probably most likely. Or it could be a million other things like that. If homosexuality doesn’t make sense to the point where you just can’t wrap your head around it, then you’re just not using your imagination, to be blunt.
  12. True but if you don’t want to have a strange looking physique, or if you want an awesome aesthetic physique, you do need to directly hit each muscle. Take it from people with more experience — pull-ups will not build your biceps past the novice phase, deadlifts will not build your forearms or abs past the novice phase, db bp will not build your upper chest or triceps past the novice phase. Eventually that routine will have your glutes, lower chest, and lats outpacing the rest of your body by quite a bit, unless you’re not going to failure in which case you’ll never get out of the novice phase anyway so you’ll have nothing to worry about but you won’t be very muscular.

  15. Can’t really be explained, precisely because it’s directly observable. Just because there’s no discernible memory register going on doesn’t mean there’s absolutely nothing of the sort to the point where you can’t even sense that you just slept for a long/short time — you can do that. But with deep anesthesia it feels very different, like an abrupt lurch forward that isn’t really a lurch because it’s more like the frames of reality when you were out simply didn’t happen for you.

  17. I got it for several months from too frequent nitrous oxide use (which likely caused temporarily low blood active b12). But the PN caused by B6 is usually not harmful as far as I’m aware — if this was the reason in your case, no longer taking such high doses of B6 should help. Also regular methionine (via protein consumption) can possibly help — as in never going more than about 8-10 hours at a time without a significant amount of complete/animal protein.
  18. The body sleeps. You are consciousness. And while asleep, there is not a cessation of consciousness, just a cessation of memory imprinting. When there’s a cessation of consciousness, like with anesthesia or some meditative phenomena, there is no feeling of having slept for a time, there is simply the sense of having “teleported” or instantaneously time-travelled to the moment you are in like no time has passed from your perspective. If you were under deep anesthesia for millions of years it would be the same — no time passed from your perspective, you just would suddenly be millions of years in the future relative to where you were. It’s not the same with sleep. Sleep simply is required for some repairs on the brain to take place and keep it working properly, for perhaps mostly unknown but possibly knowable biological reasons.

Cutting out carbs is a fad diet and a very poor choice in the long term unless eating so much protein (likely >250g/day) that enough converts to carbs for there to be a reservoir of it and no ketosis (like if due to an autoimmune condition you find that the only diet that works for you is all-meat/fish, as apparently JBP and even Leo at one point did to some extent). Keto will progressively deteriorate health markers, even if it does effectively lead to short-term weight loss (not just fat, it causes water loss too). Now, is the offending attribute the high fat, or the low carb? Very likely, both. Generally you want daily carb intake to never drop below 125g per day, for most people — this helps prevent a low T3/T4 ratio, which is incredibly vital for mood. Also, while it’s not 100% necessary to do at all times, it is at least very likely prudent to consume, on average, more calories from carbs than protein, and more calories from protein than fat — C>P>F, and fat is 9/4=2.25x as calorie dense as the other two, so in grams or mass it would be 1C>1P>2.25F. How lax you can be with your diet and still be very healthy depends primarily on the amount and quality of resistance training you do, but likely the #1 biggest common dietary mistake (and easiest to rectify) is not consuming enough protein — and you don’t need “optimal” protein intake, there’s simply a sliding scale: 0.8g protein per lb LBM is 99-100% as good as you can get for muscle growth in a calorie excess or at maintenance, but for fat loss in a calorie deficit 1g protein per lb total body mass is 99% as good as you can get and about 240-280g/day for most people gets them 100%… however even if you cut those numbers in half it’s not like you’re only getting 50% benefit, it’s more like 75-95%. It’s safe to assume that a good goal for minimum daily protein intake for optimal health is 80g/day — and never eat any calories without also eating protein with it, otherwise you’re forcing your food to contribute to unhealthy processes, rather than healthy ones which generally require at least some amino acids (which protein breaks down into) in the blood.
  23. I’ve sometimes noticed the same with porn, but with the highlight reel or fantasizing (masturbation without porn), if anything it raises the mood in a similar albeit lesser fashion as sex. Makes me think porn might not be a great thing for men, so I avoid it for the most part.
