@Mosess Logic is the last thing that is going to improve text game... You're flirting with a girl ffs, not talking to Immanuel Kant...

lot of hot air about nothing. Completely insubstantial, pretends to be more than it actually is, etc... Idk, for some reason I thought of balloons -

I don't know. I don't know about your grandpa's condition and evn if I did, I couldn't/wouldn't give medical advice. In either case I would not give him any more than 1g max, especially with PE & especially if he only knows less potent variants. -
Tim R replied to Julian gabriel's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Then you could give him 1g (not telling you to give him anything). Check the average content of Psilocybin of PE (I don't know it by heart) and then decide what the equivalent would be of the amount of normal mushrooms you'd give him. Does he know how much he want? -
Tim R replied to Julian gabriel's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Julian gabriel Because they're pretty damn potent and 2 grams of PE oculd be the equivalent of 3-4g of P. cubensis... That's why I said 1-2g, but better not PE -

A low dose is probably a good idea... No more than 1-2 grams I'd say, and maybe not Penis Envy? -

Didn't know you had a YouTube channel, awesome!! Why not link it in your signature? -
Wait, are you saying that it would be a good idea to buy her a coat just because he likes her? Or what's your point?

Tbh I'm really suprised that Leo didn't lock it hours ago? -
'From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.' Sounds lovely - but requires selflessness. The selflessness to give away your billions to society and the selflessness not to take more than you need when you are poor. 'He who does not work shall not eat.' Otherwise, the system is set up for exploitation by the selfish. They take more than they need and give less than they have.

Y'all love Rupert Spira's take on this, but essentially he says the same thing as Leo: You are the screen. None of the characters 'have their own bubble of expreience'. They too, are the screen. There is no 'they' as in 'individal source of consciousness'. There is only you, you are consicousness. There is only one consciousness, appearing as different beings (including the body/mind you identify as). So if you choose to identify yourself and others as a character / characters within the dream and then project the finitude of your character onto the appearances, you will get solipsism. There is no finite bubble. It's an infinite screen: not infinite in space, but infinite in the sense of 'containing space'. Containing everything. How would you feel if you were suddenly to realize yourself to be the screen? Would you mourn your beloved characters? No!! You would realize that they ARE YOU! The notion of a "bubble" in which you live is deeply misleading. You are not inside the bubble. The bubble is inside you. -

Guys, stop clinging to this video, oh my lord... You are acting a lot more religious than spiritual, are you kidding me? What kind of attitude is this? Delete the video, refresh the page. It's only you, now you just gotta find out what is really meant by 'you'. -
Tim R replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Bullshit. If you say so -
Tim R replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You are experience and there is none other than you/experience. See the problem is this: when you misunderstand who you are, you might start to actually claim expereince to be 'yours'. Which is basically just a projection of ego onto the world of phenomena. When you understand that you don't exist, there is no more solipsism. All authority always comes from you - when Leo or says 'solipsis is true' or someone else says 'no it's false', it's you who gives authority to these words. -

I'm still watching it lol. Loads the entire video. It's impossible to teach these things on the internet. -

@Judy2 Haha I was waiting for that comment?? unfortunately not, but I just had to do this. My answer was 'meditation' anyways, so I thought it was funny to link it to Nahm's site because he always does it? i mean hey, there are some good meditations there -

Probably won't harm to go on a demo here and there just to feel what it's like. But you can't burn through something if there's not really anything for you to burn through, y'know? -
Tim R replied to Tech36363's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Some good meditations here. Focus on something that is not thought (like sound or breath) and don't try to push your thoughts away. Be patient and they'll leave you on their own.
