for definition sake, consciousness/god means 100% awareness, awareness is the dial that lessens or increases consciousness all around you sits varying levels of awareness in animate and inanimate objects consciousness allows itself to be diluted in order to create and taste this cake called the universe ego is the term used for that which dilutes your consciousness ego is one false belief: i am a piece of the cake separate from the rest of the cake in fact, it is consciousness that is playing all the parts is all the pieces of the cake you think you are doing stuff as an autonomous separate entity, but you are wrong, it is consciousness all along so when people say the word "you", ask them which "you" they are referring to for example, are you enlightened? if you mean you as ego that is the false self of course i am not, there is no false self so how can it be enlightened if you mean you as the true self that i am sure i am in light end of the spectrum, enlightened as you say, that is all that is remember you have 2 identities a false one and a true one, which one are you? well just quit the false already any thoughts on this?

it is a good pointer that each day we fight to overcome eons of conditioning and programming we cannot snap our fingers and have it be over with no matter how conscious we are i also know that much of what we confront day to day is the resolving of past karma, being non reactive helps to be finished with it

desire for it to the exclusion of every single other possible desire you have been afforded the supremely magnificent opportunity of a couple million breaths in human form in this incarnation and the clock is ticking relentlessly now i ask you, are you hungry?

here is a little exercise to see if you embody free will scale of 1-10 how relaxed are you right now 10 being the max scroll down unless you say 10 you are in ego 10 is god 10 means you are making zero effort 10 means you are completely relaxed if you are tense and anxious and trying to exert some will and making an effort right now, you are carrying the weight of ego embodying god is no work whatsoever, it is your natural blissful state relax i say to you be you to full = beautiful

note well that enlightenment transcends evolution no change is needed all is already exactly as it is meant to be right now

you is either the limited illusory you or the unlimited infinite you called consciousness, choose your side no thinker is thinking thoughts rather the field of consciousness is conscious of content each moment in the eternal now it is a creates-shows-registers-disappears-repeats never pausing machine if you will

i would say gradations or level's is obfuscation by ego trying to keep itself alive ... you are awake or you are asleep enlightenment means you know the truth, it is a one time thing problem arises if you sorta kinda know it from hearing / reading but that again is ego keeping itself alive, if you know it it is unquestionable and no debate or doubt will follow

ego being fake knows its day are numbered so does all it can to thwart divert and obfuscate its soon to come death ego cannot live indefinitely only as long as you dream

realize that duality is another word for separation non duality is all is one you don't experience it you are it do you experience your arm?

you merely delude yourself by claiming you are awake ... but god came here asleep and will stay asleep until he is good and ready to wake up you can meditate all you please but respect the fact that god is not finished with his sleep time you claim you are awake but is this your lived reality? you claim you have free will / you act like you have free will because if you didn't you would be forced to admit yep, you aka god are fast asleep (dont get me wrong, spiritual work is all good but you cannot be messing with the big man's sleep schedule)

you love the story too much, the illusion is too intoxicating to give up even when you have seen the separate self as false, you still have the choice to live falsely, everyone else lives so, right? integration of true self is harder than realization of true self the former takes work, pain and grace

first trust existence unconditionally, you have to know that it has your back, all is working for your abundant good and your highest ends second trust your every encounter with the truth conditionally, in other words if it sounds good take it on board on trust but then verify it by testing it within, you are the source and you are the arbiter

god enjoys a movie whether asleep or awake, in fact more so in the latter case i would say
