I can relate 100% m8, gone through it too, just now that those feelings you have now will pass. Everything will be normal again but deep down you know. Somehow it will add to your life experience after you come through this phase. It is good that you share this and realize that we can help even if you feel like you are all alone. It will pass. Im just wondering why he does a response to actualized? I think frank is awesome and different kind of "teacher" which i like as i lift and workout and so forth my self. But I also get a slight feeling that he might use the actualized.org content in his videos to get more views. Firstly when you awake and reach oneness there is not a question of controlling anything at all you just enjoy the show. And if you take a psychedelic for example it shows clearly that the perception that you have of reality is not true. There exists alot of different states of conciousness. And why do you assume that Gravity is not conciousness but Gravity? is it not only a perception that appears within your conciousness? Do you control your enviroment in your dreams? Maybe if you are lucid. Same as this " base line" conciousness. Conciousness is that which all content appear in. Really investigate my claims here. If you remove everything you thought you knew about your life and beliefs you have about the world and so forth you can clearly see that the only Truth that Exists that we all can agree upon, its truth no matter what the content it displays is : I AM , I EXIST. And what is that? Investigate. i can say one thing tho, there is different states of conciousness that is so much different than THIS that everything changes. Mind is a limited part of Pure conciousness, Pure conciousness is totally nothing but holds infinite potential within it and in order to experience that, it assumes the form of the Mind, and there is different "levels" to Mind, we humans are a limited mind, but is part of the ocean of Infinite Conciousness. Formless. The "lesser human" you become the more things become lucid

Conciousness is hearing seeing feeling and awareness, there is nothing that is not Conciousness. Awake and become aware of this. Everything is made of conciousness appearing as different things.

I dont see anything wrong in levels of conciousness, it clearly shows that we can have certain degrees of different states, and also shows that when "you" think that you reached to end you still have more to transcend. I like David hawkins books.

LOL every post lately you are trying to somehow debunk Leo's message. I dont understand why, maybe you think of yourself as a true sceptic or something like that. Now to the OP. I think science is a good thing but there is alot of different kinds of science. Academics and there way of doing science is the only valid one according to them. And every scientist who goes outside of it and produce different results then them is called a pseudo scientist. Which shows how fucking delusional these people are. Science is a mind made concept and they are using technology to verify there own way of looking at the world. They bring conclusions based on empirical evidence as to what they claim but still the conclusion they make is made out of thoughts and not really in there direct experience. For example the science of epigenetics, shows clearly that you have an tremendous amount of power to influence ur own disease and wellbeing. But somehow this is not mainstream? Why? Alot of scientist is locked in a newtonian paradigm and are looking at the body and the universe as a lifeless machine. It is an extremely limited view of reality and is not in my direct experience either. It is full of life, and what is life if not conciousness? I got a cat at home, and I can really tell from studying him closely that he uses his imagination to play with things. And he is concious of everything. Alot of scientist got a hubris claiming to be the smartest and most intelligent in the universe. What a load of crap.

Hey! So all my life i have been cheating against my GF's and it is fucked up that i do this. I dont really know why iam doing it but it kinda comes up as an thought or idea and the funny thing is that more girls are interested when i am in a relationship. And something inside me wants to go on it. I have been together with my girlfriend now for a little over a year and we have it good and are evolving very much together. I have not cheated on her. But sometimes i get this "interest " in other girls, it is like a bad fucking behaviour that i dont want to act upon. Im not going to hurt my girl because she is Amazing but it sucks that i still get this kind of "urges" and im trying to deconstruct it and see why it even occurs. I think it goes back to how my dad has been talking about women and so forth, my dad was a " ladys" man his whole life and I apparently inhereted that part. I have gotten into alot of trouble thanks to this lol. Somehow it feels like it can be insecurites hiding behind this facade but im not 100% sure. Im trying to live my life nowadays as honest and loving as possible. Thats why it is sometimes hard to still have a part of me thats is "OK" with cheating even tho iam not OK with it. Do anyone of you know anything about this and how i can proceed and stop with this kind of thoughts and desires?

And I have seen how i destroyed my other girls thanks to cheating and then i get destroyed aswell so it is f*cked up that I have ever done such a thing to another person. But I feel that I have matured alot since i started doing spirituality srsly. And for that iam so grateful.

An insight is an insight. When certain insight hits you it is out of the blue and hits you like a train and you end up with existential crisis. Atleast in my own experience.

Strangeloop. It exist outside of itself but it is still within conciousness ? But saying something is outside of ur experience is a belief cause we cant really proof it. But somehow it feels right that there is an world going on, but on my trips ive have become directly concious of the " problem" with others, there is no other then you. But then that state dissapear and your back to feeling that there is an world going on outside of ur experience. Somehow it feels like conciousness is this giant field or orb, and within itself it dreams up everything, like we are cocreating a world together hence the apparent "consistency "

Agreed. Ultimately conciousness will remain a complete mystery to itself. I get the hunch thats why creation exists. It cant know itself fully so it creates something in order to see if it can know itself from the "outside" but the problem is that nothing is outside of it so it cant explain itself, really a strange loop. So scientist is studying itself and then some call it an objective universe which exists without an observer but the observer and the observed is the same thing? And I do feel in between lifes conciousness can also erase memory if it wants and start "fresh" in this world or somewhere else.

I do feel guys that we need more non dual scientists in the world. Sure science and stuff of the dream is totally relative but still, I think alot of people are kinda ready for a major shift in paradigm. We need to discard the limited view of materialism. Alot of people are suffering because of it unknowingly. They have been indocrinated since birth into this paradigm including me. But when you actually start to investigate reality it is nothing in my experience that makes me validate alot of what the materialists talk about. Atleast not the metaphysics of it. But I really think we need more people who is a scientist and a non dualist. Non dual scientist start from the right view, that it is one and conciousness is primary. I dont understand how Daniel Dennet for example tells that conciousness is an illusion but he is using his conciousness to make that statement ? What do you guys think?

Yeah LOL he dismissed everyones insight for not solving a science problem and calling everything a hallucination and delusion. This is the problem with an extreme ego. He does not even listen or try to understand other people only to dismiss and say that its flower power bullshit. And he thinks he knows how and what a psychedelic are.
