One thing you can do besides setting boundaries is to build anticipation around sex. If you've consumed porn on a regular basis since a young age and spent years jerking off your dopamine receptors are most likely fried, to the point its effecting other areas in your life. I found out about no fap my junior year of college tried it to various degrees of success, but never stayed consistent. For the summer of that year I decided to quit porn, go on nofap, and practice semen retention even during sex, I probably cummed only 5 times that summer, (while dating a girl btw). One of the most productive summers of my life. The main benefits I experienced, was higher levels of focus, I could sit down for hours at a time and work on tasks that needed to get done. Also my dopamine levels were "reset" as my brain wasn't used to the instant gratification of porn which lead to me getting rid of all instant gratification addictives like social media, and garbage entertainment. This is honestly the best benefit I got. The only analogy I could use would be like an alcoholic finally quitting alcohol and started seeing the world in a sharper way. I also got much much better at sex as I got to practice different ways of bringing the girl I was dating to orgasm without constant penetration, (although something interesting I found out, is that women don't like the feeling of participating in sex and not seeing their partner "get off", this actually led to a few arguments although she understood why I was doing what I was doing) As of right now im not as extreme and will probably jerk off 2-4 times a month and occasionally watch porn or my own tapes as I still have a high sex drive. Ive come full circle to the conclusion that jerking or watching porn isnt bad at all but if you cant quit for at least 30 you might have an addiction or have a fucked up dopamine system.

Good do that again, handling insecurities, limiting beliefs, learning how to build a "dgaf attitude" is much more rewarding than getting a phone number or a lay. Do light psychedelics every 6 months and plan out for it, but other than that don't fall into the trap of "being spiritually advanced at a young age" or else you'll end up like some forum members here who can explain god consciousness but can't get a girlfriend or make a living.

Not really the best way to get laid in college consistently is through night game no doubt, another way is through school clubs and other social events. Sarging day game approaches are not the best use of your time as that time should be spent building a social circle of quality people that can give you access to events or parties. Another method you should incorporate is online dating even though it gets a bad rep on here. Get one of your friends to take quality pictures of you touch them up a bit and create online profiles. I had one when in college and second to night game it's where i got the most women and i wouldn't consider myself incredibly attractive. Again be careful about sarging on a campus I had a friend in a pickup forum who received a warning letter from his university because apparently a few women reported him for sexual harassment. Another also went semi viral on tiktok because someone made a compilation of him approaching multiple women and added one of those texts to speech edits that made him look creepy asf. Im not saying this is necessarily going to happen but its just unneeded risk considering the low amount of benefits you get. If there's anywhere id suggest doing daygame approaches it would be at college events on campus where it makes sense to be social and go up to many people

I'd be surprised if the families got even a fraction of that money, I suspect they will declare bankruptcy or drag out the payments by years or even decades.

Youll grow out of it. Its pointless severely disliking someone because of something they cant control. It's also a hypocritical stance to take. If you were born attractive you would go around hating yourself because your attractive? If you had a beautiful daughter and she came home upset because people were giving her a hard time for being attractive, would you tell her she deserves it? Ofc not Deeply reflect on your bias, what ideologies you've consumed over the years to think this way, you keep mentioning that attractive people are narcissistic, have bad character, well shitty people are shitty people, doesnt matter if your ugly, short, tall, rich ect. From my experience i'd actually argue unattractive and unkept people are some of the worst personalities to be around because they carry so many insecurities and limiting beliefs. A large majority of very attractive women are normal, with chill personalities, they can be a bit on edge but that's to be expected since they've had men hit on them since puberty.
