  1. Are we watching the same debate? From my POV, Biden appears weak and wiped. When he does get the chance to talk he stumbles and frankly is far less entertaining than Trump. Unfortunately.
  2. @Thewritersunion I wasn't aware that anyone in humanity is at a level above Coral. Isn't Coral where Sadhguru, Dalai Lama, Rupert Spira, etc are?
  3. @Thewritersunion Oh, didn't even know that was a stage. Is it possible to even conceive what a stage above Coral would be like? These color codes between all the different models are a bit confusing
  4. @Thewritersunion Do you mean Turquoise? Teal and Yellow are the same stage (Yellow is SD and Teal is Integral Theory).
  5. That is the question for me. I don’t know anyone who is planning on getting the vaccine. Most friends and family I’ve talked to are freaked out by the concept of a vaccine with long term health impacts that are unknown. Say 40% of the US doesn’t get the vaccine. And say COVID mutates and becomes a seasonal or reoccurring virus. Do we go on like this forever? Is this the new normal? Are masks here to stay? Is life going to become one giant Zoom meeting? I don’t have a strong opinion about all of this mostly because I don’t feel I have enough solid information to make a judgement, but for all those who were so triggered by this thread’s original post, perhaps you could answer some of the questions above in a rational, thoughtful way without comparing people to Nazis. Lol
  6. @aurum Thanks and will do! Likewise on your PhD. Would love to learn more about what you're exploring. Just listened to this podcast with Future Thinkers featuring Daniel Schmachtenberger. He's incredible! Tons of powerful thinking here that you might resonate with
  7. @aurum I hadn't heard of them either until recently. In talks about a documentary project. There's definitely some Orange aspects, but I haven't been able to fully tell yet whether it's coming from an Integral Yellow perspective or simply from Orange. They certainly interview a lot of Yellow thinkers on their podcast. I do know that they're consciously trying to create a global village that will appeal to a larger swatch of humanity than solely stage Green. So again this could be strategic or it could be a reflection of where they're at in the spiral...
  8. @JayG84 I highly doubt that is what your intuition says. What you wrote sounds like your rational mind trying to make sense of your dilemma. If you're not happy, is that really what your Soul wants? If you re-read your original posting, all the answers are already there. It seems like you already know the answers to your questions, you're just posting your doubts here so that others can validate your inner knowing. Nothing wrong with that at all, I'm just pointing out what I see from my perspective: you already know. Love yourself, brother. No reason to beat yourself up trying to be someone you're not.
  9. @aurum Awesome, thanks! I'm actually planning on visiting Tamera as soon as the borders open. I've spent time at several intentional communities in recent years including Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage and the Possibility Alliance. In November I'm hopefully going to live at PachaMama in Costa Rica for a couple months. Tamera, Findhorn and Auroville are also on my list of places to spent time at. My impressions of these communities is that they're mostly stage Green, although Tamera appears to have Yellow systems thinking behind it as does the PA (Ethan who runs it is a Yellow thinker but the community itself is very Green). They're giant steps in the right direction but small islands in a vast sea of the old paradigm. This will shift over time as you note, and hopefully sooner rather than later. I'm also in talks of collaborating with Future Thinkers on their global smart village, which you can check out here. It incorporates technology in a way that most other eco communities do not. Borderline techtopia, but they seem to be going about it in a thoughtful way. Curious to hear your impressions on it, as it seems like we're swimming in similar waters
  10. Totally. I appreciate you raising this perspective. Do you have thoughts or perhaps models/examples of how humanity would live if and when we evolve to the point where Earth is seen as a spiritual being rather than just a collection of resources? Any examples of tech that's aligned with high consciousness way of life? I've been thinking a lot about this topic and am curious to hear more. Thanks!
  11. @JayG84 What does your intuition say?
  12. @aurum Curious if you could explain more by "not acknowledging the reality of spirit." Regarding it being too tech-utopian, do you think it's still worth aiming in this direction, knowing there will be plenty of obstacles? Or should there be an entirely new approach drawn up that relies less on AI and technology?
  13. @Lyubov Read Boomeritis or A Theory of Everything by Ken Wilbur. He talks a ton about it in both those books.
  14. Awwww I miss Bernie This video makes me nostalgic...like a dream world from another universe that never actually happened. Maybe AOC will run for Prez in 4 or 8 years...
  15. @Consept I've wondered the same thing. Is there some larger mystical purpose of an animal's life other than God to experience God through the dream of Lion?
  16. @louhad Perhaps he was speaking this tactfully from a Yellow perspective to a Blue audience, using language he knew they'd connect with.
  17. What stage of Spiral Dynamics was Martin Luther King Jr?
  18. I had a couple people tell me to explore David Icke. Don't know much about him, but seems like conspiracy town at first glance. For those who know about him, should I go down that rabbit hole or spend my precious time doing something else?
  19. **Moderators feel free to delete this thread. I don't want to promote this shit. I regret posting it, should have watched more before I did...Sorry!
  20. Nvm just watched a few mins and think I answered my own question. Plus he gave me a headache.
  21. I don't know what this is, but it's fascinating, funny and really sad all at the same time.
  22. @Leo Gura This "debate" between Sam and Ezra Klein definitely has Sam's blood boiling. It's cringeworthy to listen to. I generally enjoy listening to Ezra Klein, but both him and Sam come off terribly in this exchange. They revert back to their teenage cafeteria food fight days. The result of two bruised egos trying to stab each other in the back while pretending not to.
  23. Many paths.
  24. Just watched. Agree it was very well done. Fascinating to compare their early childhoods. The most telling line was when Trump apparently told a reporter, "I'm basically the same person that I was in 1st grade." Yup, that about sums it up.
  25. I've been thinking about the saying "everything happens for a reason," something I've always believed in...kind of in a superstitious way. I've always thought of synchronicities as signs to follow sent by the universe/consciousness. Like God sending hints to God to awaken God to God. I'm starting to realize how this is all just perhaps a constructed story. Does everything actually happen for a reason, beyond a reason we give it in the form of meaning making? I'm not talking about in an absolute sense, like yes, everything happens for the reason of Love. I mean in the relativistic sense in which the expression is commonly used. Perhaps on one level we could say that everything happens because of an infinite amount of things that happened before it, essentially cause and effect?
