Strategic planning can be important depending on what it is. There are things I like and want but take quite a bit of work to get and that work isn't always enjoyable to do. Reward, yes, but not always enjoyable. Some of those gym days can be real hard. Brainstorm some things you like or want to achieve and then plan it out and stick to it identifying as the masculine consciousness that is the observer. Observe and love the feminine mind and how it changes from one day saying it's what's genuine and others doubting this. Stick to this until you achieve what you set out to do and re-asses. There are also feminine ways of goung about this for example going with the flow and doing what feels good in the moment. I find it's good to have a nice personal balance of making choices this way.

Thanks. I'll look into this. I can't say there is anything wrong with my health though. I plan to start exercising again. I want to also take better care of myself in general just so I don't have to be on all sorts of medications when I'm older. Gonna look into my cholesterol levels. Most I'd just like to have more energy, feel lighter and get better sleep. I think if I fix my diet up some this will go a long way.

Eh, I also have a sort of emotional block when it comes to supplements. A family member of mine was a hoarder and had an entire kitchen full of every supplement, vitamin, etc to the point where it looked sort of paranoid and crazy. Makes me sad cause they passed away recently from heart failure when they were fairly young (middle aged) and overweight. I don't know their entire medical history though so I'm not gonna draw any conclusions. Not interested in filling my kitchen up like that.

sounds like you aren't communicating your intentions. you have to make the social interaction clear that it is a "man interested in a woman" interaction where you are showing you are interested in her as a potential date. the most obvious way of doing this, and I think is by no means a bad way to start out, is by going up and directly telling them they are cute/pretty/whatever and that you'd like to chat. It clearly defines the interaction and why you are speaking to them. If she likes you she will laugh or say thanks and you can just sort of flow into a conversation from there. Thing is though this is quite direct and can have a super high failure rate. It's what every guy does and they've heard it a billion times before and have had a number of creeps do it to them as well so unless they are in the mood for some action and like you from their initial split second impressions of you then you're going to get a lot of rejections or "thanks but I'm busy" or "I have a boyfriend" or a sort of awkward convo that maybe gets a number that doesn't reply to your text message.
