I'm not sure . It just didn't feel right to say 100% of suffering is mental..as physical bodily pain obviously exists. And some people here have deep suffering in their lives and they might feel insulted if I claimed that all their suffering is hodge. Interesting. So what exactly is the difference between conscious thoughts and thoughts which are picked from outside ? Isn't language and thinking completely dependent on learning from the external world? How is it possible to generate a 100% original thought ?

If we live in a multiverse that indicates eternal inflation..then doesn't it mean we actually live over and over again the same life? Maybe all matter and particles that makes ''me'' me will fall in the same chronological order which will indicate that I am indeed a product of eternal and infinite energy? This frightens me..mostly because we are not able to control whether we actually want to exist or not. We are just a product of eternal inflation that always existed and will continue to exist for eternity..thus making us eternal beings.

Karmic or not ..the thinking process and overthinking are responsible for 80% suffering. Just think of how happy and peaceful you feel when your mind is totally silent like when you are in deep meditation or deep sleep or having an orgasm etc.

There is no such thing . This is what awakening is all about . To see everything as pure beauty. If you actually stopped whatever you are doing right now and looked around you to the sky ..the moon ..Sun..flowers ..bugs ..creatures etc and really looked at them as if you are looking at them for the first time ..you might die from the beauty (if you're awake).

I am a man who is spiritual and into spirituality. I don’t have anyone else in my life that’s also spiritual. Maybe one day I’ll find some people that are. I have noticed that a lot of spirituality related YouTube videos are made by women. When you listen to someone like Anna Brown you feel she is authentic whereas someone like Jim Newman sounds like a neo advaita robot .i’m sure that’ll change tho. Right now we’re definitely breaking the stereotype of men needing to be tough. I’m confident that with time we’ll see more men being spiritual I have zero libido ever since ive gone deeper into spirituality btw . It's very sad indeed .I hope she finds happiness and peace soon . Once again I'm sorry to hear about your rape incident. First of all.. this world is not perfect and I don't think It will ever be. We slip up..and that's ok. Let's all love ourselves for these flaws. Second.. notice the many voices in your head..they are not you..they are a mirror of the words others have spoken to you..or on tv..or in a book. That being raped must be traumatic. It doesn't have to . If you learn how to love it quickly you will heal .It is the "ego" the false self that can drive human beings to rape each others or to steal..to cheat or to hate. Etc. This voice disguises itself as you. So it judges others..it criticizes.. it judges you.. it doubts your capabilities.. it criticizes you. Actually it's easier for women. The feminine is naturally more enlightened than the masculine . Enlightenment in a sense is a process of unconditional love towards reality. The only thing separating you from God is that God loves everything but you have discrimination. The feminine is naturally more open and receptive and loving . Men have balls and they think its gay to love unconditionally. Arrogant. Tougher to become as spiritually loving as women .
