Speaking from experience because I was suicidal some time ago in the past. And I will share what has helped me to overcome suicidal thoughts and depressed mood . I'm not going to talk about the physical or biological aspects like getting enough sunlight (especially the the winter is near ) or eating lean meat and lean vegetables and taking antidepressants If the person is experiencing panic attacks or really urgent feelings to end their lives and they are restless ...etc all of that is great but the real remedy is psychological tricks. You need to tell a suicidal person that life is indeed absolutely meaningless and indifferent to the ultimate degree .don't shame them .don't blame them. Don't tell them you are responsible for your life and how you feel .because truly suicidal people have basically broken out of the matrix completely. You can't BS them .these melodramas and self-help platitudes won't work on them . Nothing can Filter through their minds. They just think it's all a pointless nihilistic existence. And in a sense it really is .so you have to tell them exactly that . Counterintuitive. They want to end their lives because they think life is meaningless pointless endless suffering with death waiting for them in the end .and you must tell them that thats precisely true .and Counterintuitive as you may think that's exactly what's gonna ease their emotional suffering. Because they feel that the burden has been lift off their shoulders. Nobody is filling their minds with illusory meanings and shoulds and shoud-nots and musts and must nots and moralising and false beliefs. In a nutshell you dive even deeper into your nihilistic beliefs that even the idea of meaninglessness is itself meaningless .you make a 180 degree turn. And come out the other side optimistic. And in fact from my experience usually the happiest you will ever be in life comes exactly after your lowest points . I read a sentence online "when you can't get any lower..you can only get higher ". Just like how they say the night gets the darkest right before sunrise.

Exactly. There is this place in London (not sure but in the UK anyway) where anyone can stand there and preach whatever they want .you can get all religious..or political..or philosophical..it doesn't matter. You can talk to people in public about anything and there are some people who do say repent because the day of judgment is near and humans worship satan in this time . So the answer is that it's not legal to preach a religion publicly in that fasion . Its a form of terrorism.

I have done deep research into Islam..not Christianity. Because Islam is monotheistic. Also because Islam's holy book is such a piece of art .its supposed to be God's word literally..not the word of Jesus's disciples like Thomas and Matthew. Of course most of the mythology in the quran is copy-pasted from the old testament but the theology of Islam is so much different than Christian theology (trinity ). I can't say much about Christianity because i need to do some reading into The Bible and other things. But I would just ask you did you do any reading into any different religion like Buddhism for example?

I don't know . I will do whatever feels genuine to do in the moment. Because we are not conscious of what death really is . Maybe it's a pleasant experience and I will see angels or maybe it's horrific and I will see hell gates breaking loose . Preparation for death is pointless since whatever you say you are going to do or not do when death comes are not actually what you are going to do .

Of course interested. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT. getting coached by Leo or even meeting him in person is big one . But unfortunately not everyone can afford these seminars as some people commented it would be better if it was online meetings via Zoom or wtvr.
