@Artsu I try to use words of Shunyamurti. (Haha) Apparently he has developed his own categorical apparatus but Idk. I think that the notion of the pure spirit comes from Christian mysticism.

@Keyhole I wonder if ego death and rebirth as a pure spirit are considered part of the shamanic practice? So is the path of devotion to god consciousness the same as the shamanic practice?

Probably 'The basis of White Magic' by Shunyamurti. This is not about shamanism per se but this might be more interesting and proper since it's available to everyone not called by the spirits (emphasis on pure devotion to God or the higher self and the Angels, paranormal powers of consciousness etc.).

How can I be of service to others and become more selfless? How did you become more selfless and loving (if you are) while keeping in mind that the most selfless you are ever going to be is when you are dead? How do I make it into my life purpose? Any advice will be much appreciated. Please share your experience ? as a young person I'm going through the so-called spiritual crisis, like many of us here. It would be very interesting if more experienced people could give some valuable advice on how they chose to serve love and truth.

Also, talking about our pagan culture, many people here think that the soul of a dead person turns into an animal and then visits his/her people. Once in a funeral of one of the most famous writers from our area, his children saw a beautiful deer right in front of the grave.

My mother's sister has 4 daughters. She wanted to have boys but alas. Later, all of her daughter's children turned out to be boys. In our culture, where nature is the cult, they talk about God or supreme intelligence kind of balancing everything. Amazing!
