  1. It is good for lower back
  2. Rate it from 0-10. You can also rate your unhappiness from 0-10. You can also rate your satisfaction from 0-10. There can also be a discussion about how to measure it.
  3. Maybe men care more about biological female sports than females. It would be interesting to watch transmen taking over women sports. Men should try to stay silent or become fans of the winning transmen. I would like to see how women will react. That would be a new element in the gender dialectic that might bring something new.

  5. Do what you love or love what you are doing comes to my mind. That does not solve the problem I guess. Most of the time people function on competition. Without it there is not much drive. So in the end it might work for some to just simplify so the tasks are doable without trauma. The story of Mike Tyson comes to my mind: He said he was the happiest in prison. Amazing.
  6. You can do all of it on a very low level. With an IQ of 88 I have to be humble. I am at such an age where I have a bit of time to do the things where I did not have time for in the past. For example Astronomy. It is fascinating what is going on there but it takes brain effort to digest the information.
  7. The islands belong to these countries. The city Milet in Turkey could be a start but the beach is no more there.
  8. Just check the comments or the AI. It is not rocket science.
** English translation: Caesar, Commentaries on the Gallic War, book I, chapter 1: **All Gaul is divided into three parts, one of which the Belgae inhabit, the other the Aquitani, and the third the Celts, who in their own language are called Celts, but in ours are called Gauls. All these differ from each other in language, customs, and laws. The Belgae are by far the bravest and most warlike of all the Gauls, because they are accustomed to fighting often with the Germans, who are their neighbors, and have often defeated them. The Aquitani are less accustomed to grain-growing than the other Gauls, but live more on milk and flesh, and eat a great deal of fish. **
  10. Self improvement. Astronomy. But it would be peripatetics style at the beach in Greece or Turkey.
  11. You have to live on Mars to think like that.
  12. Listen to music half of the day and check how your brain performs
  13. It is nice that you try to be honest.
  14. Well from my low IQ point of view Beethoven created music period. I think many people give a shit about IQ. That is why this thread is so active.
  15. The title is perfect as it is form my low IQ point of view. Well as a low IQ guy I thought the study is about people who consume music not people who produce music but that is just me.
  16. Yes active listening is very difficult like it is hard to stay happy while being tortured. Even my analogy is not perfect I wanted to emphasize that active listening is hard to do.
  17. Yes awareness is a straw man. That is why it works. It is like saying bro you are god. lol.
  18. So sounds like if you get tortured that is not the problem but that you are not aware while being tortured is the problem?
  19. We are not Einstein. I am shure he might compose great music. Many of us just cope with reality. So music becomes an addiction we can't stop.
  20. Don't assume I make it in full awareness. Very few people can do that. It is like getting drunk with full awareness.
