Which meditation practice should I choose? What's your opinion on both?

I don't understand science but like this idea about a new paradigm and integration with spirituality. Is it still worth for me to read the book or its more for 'sciency' people?

I've been also recently looking into a lot of leftist ideas and movements and I'm shocked and repulsed. I thought I was very liberal and progressive but after this exposure I swinged back to the right just to keep my balance. I think both conservatives and liberals have to show their ugliness and out of proportion radicalness for us to find the balance in the end; and make the move to Yellow. -

agree, I think we shouldn't put everyone in the same box and don't judge anyones choice be it a man or a woman.

They have all human rights as all other people, they just want to be accepted and treated exactly as biological sex people and be taken into sports and private spaces, that is the right they want to have. But there are real issues with this and it just won't happen anytime soon. A good example of this transgender woman who was jailed to men prison and I think trans-women were banned from competing in women sports. Trans fight for the acceptance but it's not so straightforward to accept someone like that. It hurts their feelings. -

I agree; it seems that we over sexualise everything these days. But maybe it is because we have never spoken about sex and sexuality openly and now all is coming up to the public debate. It probably gonna get worse before it gets better. I don't know much about children development, but I believe that grounding, structure and a firm sense of reality is needed for a child in his/her early age until a person can explore alternatives freely when the time is right; and this time may be different for each individual. Maybe we need to create that space where a person explores themselves non judgmentally, but at the moment is is clear that progressives try to impose their agenda with this craze of 100 identities. I don't know, it seems that maybe in a hundred years we'll all be freely f@king each other in groups men and women and trans and maybe some alien species, and such thing as gay will be gone hahah Maybe we need to break old structures to create something new. I have varied feelings and opinions on this topic. -

I think it pretty much can be used interchangeably. -

I'm for equality and fairness at all times, however, I have issues with transgender women coming into biological women spaces such as sports, toilets, spas, etc. Transgender is a new breed and should be treated as such. It is not right to treat transgender-women as a biological women. Hence, there should be separate sports events and privater spaces. Show me one transgender man who beats men at sports? None; cause biological men have advantage so men/transgender-women beat women at sports all the time where they are let into a competition. And, I don't care about epistemology here or an argument 'gender is a social construct', I'm talking about a relative world, where I want to feel safe as a women and I don't feel comfortable with transgender women being in private spaces with me, it is what it is; exactly as transgender and non-binary want to be respected I also want to be respected. Women should stand for themselves more. -
* Look for books on projection. For example https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01H7INFEU/?coliid=IJ7M6A3I7BOAG&colid=376286RXIW9ZM&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it * This guy Kim Barta is awesome * J. Peterson talks a lot about shadow.

This sounds to me like a masculine way of approaching things. Courage doesn't have to relate with gender, but in the examples you're giving, I think you want to become more masculine and confident man. Maybe, working on self-esteem would help and just bitting the bullet and accepting the burn of doing something that you're afraid of, be it the fear of rejection or the fear of failure, etc. I relate with courage as a talk with the heart and the ability to psychologically accept any consequences. Maybe from a more masculine way it would be something like 'just fkin do it and accept the consequences like a man' heheheheh Just let your ass burn; it'll make you stronger and more confident.

When there will be something in your life that you truly want, you'll act on it despite the fear. Courage is a talk with your heart, it comes from your heart. You are afraid but reaching for it anyways. On a day to day basis, focusing on confidence and self-esteem would be more practical. From my experience, acts of courage are more rear occasions but surely very very significant.

My way of eating is as close to nature as possible. Meaning grass-fed regenerative meat, raw dairy and local seasonal fruits. No brainer. All that stupid nutritional propaganda that is going on now is scary AF. People are sick and ideological and believing in all that mainstream shit when the only right things is to look back at our ancestors, remember where we are coming from and re-align with nature. Here, some eye opener for all ya heart-bleeding vegans. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Deep-Nutrition-Your-Genes-Traditional-ebook/dp/B01G1J7WEU/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=deep+nutrition&sr=8-1 And btw, eating commercial meat is way better than poisoning yourself with that meatless whatever. If you against commercial meat cause of factory farming and can't afford regenerative meat, do yourself a favour and don't try to look for meat alternatives cause you hopeless want that meat so much anyway it's better just stick with your legumes and veggies. I'm not against anyone being a vegan, I'm against loosing our minds to greedy food corporations that completely and utterly corrupted mainstream nutrition science, and loosing touch with nature.
