Hmmm... You're right. I haven't done psychedelics yet, and I still want to try classical spiritual methods. -

Buddhism is an ideology. Every Buddhist is trying to be a carbon copy of the Buddha, instead of exploring their own unique individuality. Even the best spiritual techniques, when formulized and institutionalized, become dead. Stop clinging to old technologies as if they have any value in of itself. Use psychedelics. -

I actually do have two weed pipes on my book shelf as decoration, as well as a tobacco pipe and cigar cutter (I personally much prefer tobaccos products to marijuana, cigars and cigarettes alike). Any pipe is good and more preferable as you can reuse it. But you can also get marijuana paper off of amazon, and in any marijuana store. Happy huntin'. -
@Leo Gura When is your Capitalism v. Socialism video coming out? Tell me when so I can link you books.

I can imagine the only sensible reason to use it would be for medical and recreational purposes. Actually you can use it to relax your body, which is great for w wide variety of purposes. -
How true is this statement? Does the desire to hurt other people only appear in broken wounded minds?

ALL philosophies are false. Drop your philosophies and experience the enlightenment directly, and all of your philosophising and questioning will cease. -
One of my favorite past times is actually to go into an art gallery just stare at the paintings.

This one speaks to me, I really like this one. I love to stare at it for minutes on end. Jackson Pollock is incredible.

The amount of discipline is astounding... Discipline is important.

I was going to say no, but according to your profile, you live in India. If you were living in America, then definitely no, due to aggressive American foreign policy which serves to destabilize other regions of the world, something which India for what I am aware of is not engaged in. Joining the Indian armed forces would actually be beneficial to you. You would learn discipline, honor, duty, and service to your community. You would know what it means to sacrifice for a greater cause. You would also learn survival skills, and marksmanship. It would make you mentally and physically tougher to do such a thing, so go for it. But don't feel obligated and make sure it doesn't interfere with your life purpose. Just while you're doing your service, do make time to meditate. I don't know how that will work for you, but according to the American soldiers I know, Soldiers do get a lot of ''down time'' (resting hours) while on training and on duty. So utilize it for meditation. Maybe ask your superior officer if you can bring a meditation cushion with you on base, and tell them it's for religious reasons.

If you don't appreciate classical art, than you are blind. You eyes might medically be working fine, but metaphysically, spiritually, you are blind. If you cannot appreciate classical music, you are deaf. Medically, your ears might be working fine, but metaphysicaly, spiritually, you are deaf

The only thing that would permantly for sure end wars would be the abolition of invidual Nations, and the creation of one world Government, and the implementation of one world unified language to diminish distinctions between different cultures. -

Creating beauty to marvel at.

Most of the people who rag on society like this don't appreciate the thousands of years of evolution, and their fortune of living in a first world developed democracy. Yes there are flaws to living in first world late stage Capitalism, but the survival benefits are enormous.

Good God, NO! Not having a High School diploma is going to make having a job so much more difficult, even entry level service jobs. You still will most likely need a job in order to keep your head afloat financially while you are perusing your life purpose. Otherwise, you risk mooching off of your parents in your late twenties, which is not good, even if you're perusing your LP. What if your LP changes and requires college? You won't have a High School diploma, so how are you going to make that work? You are only sixteen, you lack so much wisdom. PLEASE do not make such a drastic life changing decision, I beg of you. You are not mature enough at that age to make such decisions. You should do the opposite, and try to finish High School with the best grades possible, for the sake of college and career success. Yeah, Yeah... I know grades don't really matter as much as society makes them out to matter. But being the type of person to have flying marks in school is valuable in terms of learning discipline and having a nice work ethic.
