  1. Ohh, well in that case do not worry about whether it is a few seconds off, and no, don't count the seconds. Doesn't matter if once in a while you do only 4 seconds or even accidentally do 10 seconds. With time you will probably find a perfect amount of time that will stick with you because of habit.

  3. Yeah, I replied that way not to have to explain my motivations much further, since they are coincidentally aligned with the forum and there are pretty good videos explaining why one would want to do so on Leo's channel.
  4. Pick a goal. I can tell you what tools would help you achieve it faster. Doesn't have to be anything about your body, could be finances, relationships, anything really. Think of it as an experiment. Won't cost anything other than like half an hour a day, or even less.
  5. Life mastery and insight to the nature of reality. It can be used on anything you want, not just eye color. Everybody wants to change some aspect of their life, many people want insight into the nature of reality. This does both to a degree.

  13. It is worth it. Maybe try 2hr (in two sessions) for a few days just to get it back together. The amazing thing about body scanning is that it lets you train both insight & concentration at the same time which no other technique does. Also idk if you are lying down but perhaps try sitting upright for a while, that helps concentration too.

  18. I think it is more like two ways people start pursuing enlightenment. One does it FOR liberation, the other FOR insight. Both (I think) lead to enlightenment.

  21. If you are decent-ish at communication the learn wordpress (you can do it in a week, lol) and find people who need a website. (Whether in real life or online) As long as you can find clients it is relatively easy to make money. Also, idk if you have experience (or even realized it exists) but there are spiritual ways to draw more clients in/make more money. The only catch is you have to correctly differentiate between complex websites and simple websites, so you don't accidentally begin working on something too hard to handle.

Idk if I can share this kind of links, but search "list of transcendental meditation mantras" and the first link (blogpost blog) has a table they use depending on your age (which is probably unnecessary, but you dont have to come up with a mantra yourself that way). Concentration meditation, so basically breath meditation, but you should count the breaths in order to make sure you are actually training your concentration and not unknowingly doing something like zazen. I was not familiar with the term "anapanasati", but it is safe to assume it is kind of the same, except slight difference of meaning (one is about developing samadhi, which basically means concentration, the other one is about breath, which develops your concentration too).
