  1. @electroBeam Best of luck man, I look forward to hearing about your awakenings and welcoming you back when the time is right!
  2. @electroBeam Are you still giving it all up to go and live in the forest/ simple life, or will you still work?
  3. @Leo Gura Well said! I think for the majority here, the focus should be on 1) awakening 2) integrating and abiding post awakening as our true nature and living this understanding.
  4. Leo!!!! This could be my favourite ever post you’ve made on this forum and I’m so glad tbis is the path you are going down, I mean if you’re staying sober for a while as well we could end up best friends who knows ? This is beyond true, awakening will only heighten the true passions within you and allow you to express then even more, life is fucking amazing and just wow! Every moment is truly an incredible spontaneous gift, I just love it so much!! Im going to make a thread on exactly this- Passion! Cultivating passion and a love for life is like unlocking the key to a never ending supply of joy, bliss and happiness, every day becomes a gift! what are your passions outside of Spirituality (and 5MEO ?), it’s easy to neglect them when we are seeking truth and awakening, I know I did!
  5. @Leo Gura Wow sounds like you really got it and went through some deep awakenings this last month. To add to it further there really is nothing to teach either, how can you teach THIS? Even that is saying too much! However, most aren’t ready for the level of teaching of true silence, therefore, your words, videos etc will help many become ready for that eventually!
  6. @Waken Yeah, probably not applicable here on 2nd thoughts. However, in the realm of business, that quote could be the foundation of an era of conscious business, as most companies simply don’t employ that message. it certainly can come from a place of love, depending how you interpret it and act on it. And, of course the audience you are serving. Maybe it should add discover what people “truly want”
  7. If Leo/ anyone else wishes to pursue Mahasamadhi as they feel that’s their path and their time here is up, we can of course offer guidance and advice, like I don’t think Leo should drop his body yet, but who cares what I think it’s up to him at the end of the day. The same goes for anyone else who feeks The time has come to drop the body. However, for 99% of us here, that time has not come, most here are under 30, if not under 40 at the oldest, and are not ready to leave the body consciously yet, and wish to remain in this vessel, so that should be our focus, awakening, and embodying that awakening. And, then doing whatever the fuck else you want to do in this lifetime! Whats the rush to get to “formless” love and infinity when love as it is, here and now is so beautiful in every spontaneous moment no matter what happens? This is it! Why not enjoy THIS before rushing off elsewhere? That being said, maybe it is simply an intuitive knowing that the time has come to leave this realm, personally I have not experienced this and don’t imagine I will anytime soon, life is beautiful enough here and now, so there’s no rush for this vessel to be dropped!
  8. @TrynaBeTurquoise Got it, thanks for the helpmate. I'll save the smoothie as a pre-workout, and stick to the oats for the first meal.
  9. Awaken, live from the heart and live in the world from the heart, true awakening allows you the absolute freedom to do as you wish. This quote may help you, surprisingly from a marketer. 'To get what you want in life, find out what other people want and deliver it to them in the best way possible.'
  10. Start with 16/8 fasting and go from there, gradually working up to a weekly 24 hour fast, (I'm doing mine now) be careful and analyze how you feel. Eventually, a weekly 24 hour becomes pretty easy, you could do OMAD, which works for some people, not everyone. Take it slowly, learn to walk before running a marathon!
  11. @Consept It's conspiracy free, I'm sure you'll love it, I can't imagine life without cold showers and the breathing method now, as Wim says: Get high on your own supply. @Zanoni Yes! @Jai Yes, awesome for spiritual growth too, anything that naturally makes you healthier and happier I support!
  12. @VeganAwake Well said, plenty of time to bathe in eternity, why not enjoy the show while it lasts!
  13. @28 cm unbuffed Alex is awesome. This shit is next level, only complaint is he hasn't realized happiness = truth, but relatively speaking 'Happiness' does dedicate your life to what you love and what is meaningful to you.
  14. Happy Birthday, Leo! I'm sure you'll treat yourself with some 5MEO in your cake!
  15. @Bonny Saskia I believe it's a complete breath-hold, so no air?
  16. @DLH Different strokes for different folks, I definitely agree. Anything that comes from love, I support!
  17. @Meta-Man As @zeroISinfinity always preaches Love Love Love Love The True awakening to lovE and abundance and integration of tbis solves a lot/ all the problems on here most people have, living from love and as love is the ultimate solution. Although when you know everything as YOU how is it possible to do anything but love and serve? And, of course enjoy the beauty you created in the most loving way possible, Life is amazing
  18. @TrynaBeTurquoise This is the whole meal, I’m thinking it’s too heavy and needs to be broken up, maybe I’ll go back to 3 meals per day. Oats w/ Chia Seeds& Omega seed mix, 1-2 tea spoons of Peanut Butter, then Turmeric, Ginger& Cinnamon added Smoothie- Bannana, Blueberries, Raspberries, Greens Powder, 1 Scoop of vegan protein, 1 scoop of EAAS& oat Milk 2 teaspoon shots of Apple cider vinegar beforehand. Thinking of just starting with the smoothie, and then having the oats with some salad/ soup later in the day instead as the largest meal of the day, probably post workout Let me know what you think
  19. @Keyhole I would add man made climate change to your list of things to research and see what you find....;) @TrynaBeTurquoise RFK a fellow man fighting for freedom? I’ve seen him big on Vaccine safety and obviously his heritage has been pivotal in going against the establishment, I haven’t done much research on him though. Is he a genuine guy?
  20. @TrynaBeTurquoise Thanks man, your list is very similar to mine, but if I’m giving advice I want it to as optimal as possible without the health jargon we talk aboht as most just want the results not the knowledge and deep study Screenshotted and will be sent when people ask! I was also going to ask I often break my fast around 12-3, with Oatmeal and a Smoothie, it’s a fairly high carb meal, but how could I have Oats later in the day to maximise Ketosis through the day? Unless just have the smoothie and then the oats a bit before dinner maybe?
  21. @Matteo if you’re a tech addict like most of us are try a dopamine detox and reducing artificial stimuli in daily life
  22. @zeroISinfinity you never fail to make me laugh, love love love you!
  23. @Nahm Truth= Happiness is such a beautiful and simplified message.
  24. Do what you love as much as you possible can, I would say it’s as simple as that. Of course there are then practicalities and nuances to deal with on your path, but follow your heart and all will be good. However, you also need to be practical in terms of survival, sometimes you may need a job that isn’t your dream job to survive, however simultaneously you could be working towards your “dream career.” However, yes, follow your heart as much as possible and do what you love. For example, for most exercise requires some discipline to start with but eventually becomes almost effortless when you find exercise You love and enjoy. Live from love, and you’ll see all the answers you need to
