@Meta-Man Well said again. And, just to prove it is very individual, I couldn’t be any more different, I am growing a business, very active and very much involved in “worldly” activities, but I am only 20, this could change as we age. You have ultimate freedom to do what you want post awakening, that’s the beauty, simply do what you love as much as you can, and that’s an individual matter. I love business and marketing and making it conscious and solving problems/ providing entertainment and helping people in many wAys Some just want to meditate all day, it doesn’t matter either way, it’s up to you as an individual! You also want to factor in personality, the Enneagram was very helpful for me with this, and understanding yourself. Yes you will have a personality after awakening, you don’t just become a blob surprisingly ? That being said, there is a time in most seekers life the “inward” path takes priority and this may mean less outwardly activities, but it doesn’t have to last forever, unless you want it to of course -
@Meta-Man Yeah man I've been vegan 5 years now, so whole plant foods is all I can eat haha. So, essentially similar to Dr Gregors advice in terms of focus on being satiated by whole plant foods, with slightly higher protein than your average Joe. Any recommend meals in particular to make staples? My only consistent meal atm is Oats (with PB, Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Chia& Omega Seeds )+ Smoothie (Bananas and Berries, Greens powder, scoop of Vegan protein& EAAS) every morning.

@Waken Yeah that’s fair, I see it like therapy but on steroids, so I thought the price was justified, but not everyone can afford it! good luck man and let us know your results! @Visionary results sound awesome -
Awesome man, now get to work on helping humanity! If you're looking for therapeutic guys doing it: Dr Rosalind Watts and Professor David Nutt run clinics over here in the UK, right now on severely depressed people for whom anti Depressants don't work

@flowboy It's genius marketing though right? You NEED this if you want to get shit done, and everyone needs to get shit done lol. I wonder what Seth Godin would make of the Coffee industries marketing I'll be honest, It's 12PM here and I've just had my first meal and about to have my 4th & last cup of Green Tea, my new rule is at least NONE after 12PM so I can sleep a lot better. I'll need to schedule a full week in to really kick the habit, but at least it isn't coffee! (I know I'm kidding myself)

@Raptorsin7 I know RASA is much less effective, also the coaching itself was as beneficial as the RASA for me at least. @Waken I love Ananda with all my heart but I never bought the photo thing, they e actually stopped it now, and are much more standardised with the process, no offence bro no way you’re at 1000 jist by reciting the theory lol, that’s like passing a driving test because you explained how to drive. I would recommend working 1-1 with a real teacher, over an extended period of time. -
@fridjonk Never gone low carb before, do you feel good on Low Carb?
-
@28 cm unbuffed L Theanine + Coffee used to work well for me. Maybe low dose caffeine and L Theanine until you have the time to detox? From the vid, you'd need like 3-7 days to feel relatively normal again, so that's a week off of work. I feel Wim Hof Method + Cold Shower first thing every morning could be a great boost. In terms of what to drink- Fluoride free water + Decaf Tea/ Coffee- maybe the placebo will help

@Joel3102 I think Leo's model of Economic stages is pretty accurate. Stage Yellow would be a mix of capitalism and socialism essentially, a hybrid system and of course in a much more conscious way. I mean that's simplification to the max, but I feel that would be ideal as a movement to a tier 2 society.

@SerpaeTetra Has someone been reading a little too much Karl Marx... Only kidding. But, this is quite a naïve view to have, people who add more value to the world of course should earn more money, is the system corrupt as fuck as it is? Of course, it's Stage Orange, does it mean it's 100% bad? Of course not. I think we discussed here or another thread about a personal cap on wealth, which I 100% agree with, nobody needs more than $1 Billion to themselves really do they? Especially when people are homeless and starving. However, you can become a millionaire by creating/ doing something epic and then using that money positively and for good and the betterment of mankind/ friends/ family etc. Of course, buy yourself a nice place to live, and enjoy the freedom that comes with wealth, but as people become more conscious we won't see as much of the 'Ego gratification' spending we see now, where people buy new cars every week for the fun of it and have 7 yachts, again I'm not saying one can't enjoy these things, but most Stage Orange people aren't sensible with this kind of stuff. I would reword your 'How do I get more than my fair share' to 'How can I provide so much value to my customers and humanity that in return I live in abundance and complete freedom.' This is more and more the direction business will go in as we become more conscious as a society! Money is simply energy/ tool, it can be used for incredible things, and for terrible things, so when conscious people have more money, well the possibilities become endless!

@Raptorsin7 I HIGHLY recommend you and anyone else who wants to awaken, and is sick of seeking and not establishing in Non-Duality to go and get RASA, simple as that man. It's not a magic pill though, still have to do the work! -
@Leo Gura This is perfect Leo, and is a great starting point for conscious business teachings. Will you make any conscious business teachings? I feel we need more conscious people creating amazing and value providing businesses that provide a foundation for business of the future. Also, most “spiritual” people have no idea how to market or grow a brand, and it’s often considered “dirty” I feel this is a huge issue.

@28 cm unbuffed tbh I don’t know, Alex is an extreme guy. I mean he lives in a house with just his laptop and bed, and when in business growth mode does nothing but work really, I think reducing it at least, I feel more research would be needed by more knowledgable guys!

@Nahm awesome man! Whatever it exactly was, I’m glad it helped. Next step, being able to give RASA to your own students ? Only playing. It is hard to believe some random 60 year old teacher (at the time) managed to transmit this, and then help a lot of people awaken and pas it on. But like you know, there’s no quick fix, it’s just an incredible tool! -
@Michael569 both man and Caffeine if you can

LfcCharlie4 replied to AlphaAbundance's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm Serious? Haha, its cool man, I expect to be put back when I'm saying some random teacher on the net is giving me a divine transmission helping awaken people lol, who would just accept that? What happened anyways?!! -
https://www.developgoodhabits.com/herbal-tea/ Haven't read up much on it, I just know Green Tea was supposedly great for Acne hence I started drinking it a few years ago, and its on Dr Gregors daily dozen. @Michael569any knowledge on herbal teas?
-
@fridjonk True. Also feel to a degree it can help you focus more for sure, it just isn't for me. @Charlotte Defo @RawJudah Hmm, I want the benefits of herbal tea though, and Decaf brands you recommend?
-
@Dragos haha, a lot has changed. I wouldn't say music is a bad habit, music is beautiful. Of course if you're addicted to it and listening 24/7, but I wouldn't feel guilty for enjoying music man. Junk Food on the other hand, yeah, there's not much to defend there for eating it regularly.

@flowboy Yeah, I think you're on point, I started when I was pretty B12 deficient for some energy, quit and started using again last year, it's such an easy habit to fall into, especially because Coffee tastes so good, and it's like Chocolate or Burgers& Chips where you know it's actually terrible for you. I think I'm going to come off slowly, I don't drink any on weekends, but recently have been staying awake later than normal, ideally I would like all my energy to come naturally. Agree RE: Sedentary. When I exercise I immediately feel energized to fuck, maybe skip the caffeine and add in several 5 minute pulse raising workouts every couple hours? @Charlotte Agree, when working long hours it's just SO easy to churn back cups of Tea and Coffee. I think anything used daily can be a bit too much in terms of 'negative' things. @fridjonk Becker is certainly a stage yellow enneagram 5 in my view, I personally won't be becoming a Minimalist but will be employing tactics like no phone during work hours, site blockers etc, caffeine is something I've been putting off... @Average Investor Yeah, Becker sounds like a hardcore addict tbf, he took 8 days off to recover and still isn't back to normal, he went cold turkey, maybe reducing consumption is a better approach if you plan on still being productive.

@fridjonk People want entertaining, and it is entertaining at the least, most of my friends watch it and I watched it last summer, and to be fair the producers do a good job of creating entertainment and drama (exaggerated and fake mostly I suspect) But, at the end of the day it's reality TV, so what more can we expect really. Hey, life's about having fun and enjoying it, and there's worse things than sitting in a Villa for 8 weeks and being paid for being attractive right?

I guess you can come at this from multiple POV, such as exploring reality and God's creation etc. But this has kind of been my argument all along, once you 'get it' why do you need to keep going back for more? From an exploration POV I get it, as it's not like an explorer goes on one journey and then says right done that, next thing. But, from a 'I need more' standpoint to me, that is still someone who is seeking and has not found so to speak. So, I guess like most things it boils down to the motivation behind it. For exploration of Infinity, I now understand and admit my bias against this beforehand, but I also think if unchecked it can cause endless seeking. But, I have never tried 5MEO so how would I know for sure? I just don't feel any need to. -
@fridjonk Love Island dominates the British summer, and then the contestants become modern day Social Media 'Influencers' lol. The pinnacle of our culture.

@Hello from Russia Yeah, it is convenient. Like I said, how the top 1% have increased wealth by 100s of Billions, as average folk go into economic despair, the wealth gap has only got bigger and bigger. And, yes because more conscious people being wealthy, (hopefully) means more conscious businesses such as Actualized.Org but in all domains of life, and less 'Low consciousness' businesses like McDonalds and Co. @Heaven Exactly, go and listen to people who have made millions the right way, Leo is one example. Yeah, you will care less about the money after a certain point (studies show 70k/ year, probably more these days) and more about the value you and your business bring to the world. As a side effect this will likely earn even more money.
